Water heater was nearing the end of its life expectancy and I wanted to take the initiative before a surprising blowout. Called on weds to get an estimate for a water heater replacement and met w/ Jorge. Jorge was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional and was clearly the right choice to go with. Jorge installed a new Bradford White water heater, valve, Grundfos circulating pump and made several modifications to accommodate the new install. He was very thorough, efficient and clean. Solder joints were nicely done and the overall install was great. I would highly recommend him for your next water heater replacement!

If I could give Sam 10 stars, I would. I've had this same problem of low hot water pressure throughout the house for years. I called WHM and they sent Sam out within a couple hours. He spotted the name of the heater, and said he had seen this problem before. He got straight to work and a short time later, fixed it. Now all the pressure is perfect.

(BTW, other companies wanted to replace the huge water heater, and wanted to upcharge me to bring 3 extra people to exchange the heaters up and down my stairway. When I inquired about a tankless heater, they wanted to redo all my plumbing and replace my gas line. The quote was over $10,000.)

I can't recommend WHM enough, and Sam. Such an honest and experienced company. WOW! Don't hesitate to call them. Their pricing was amazing, too.

Water Heaters Maters are the best plumbers ! The Best in the business !! Our water heater started leaking, my wife called them at 1800 hrs. (6 pm) The night before and they said they would be at our house between 0800 hrs. to 0900 hrs. the next day. He was very prompt and arrived a little after 8 am. He walked us through our options and explained everything. The installation was done very clean and very professionally. We are very happy with our Tank Less Water Heater !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!

WHM left our water situation better than before the water heater died!

My husband noticed that our water heater was leaking in the garage. We called Water Heater Masters in the afternoon and Brian was at our house by 8:00 a.m.

After confirming our fear that the water heater was toast, we showed Brian the setup our home builder left to support a tankless option and talked to him about replacing our dead gas-heated tank heater with a tankless one. He told us what we'd need and we checked it out. We noticed the builder set up everything but an electrical outlet but Brian suggested a temporary fix until we could get an electrician to come to install an outlet for the unit.

Brian was a great listener and very informative. He came back later with the replacement unit and he and Alex (I believe) spent a few hours installing a new tankless water heater. They were thoughtful, patient, diligent workers. They answered questions, made suggestions for improvements, and raised issues with us whenever they arose, explaining clearly so we understood what we would need to decide, and moving quickly once we determined how to proceed.

Our house is somewhat large and the distance from the water heater to the master bathroom has always meant that we wasted a lot of water waiting for shower or bath water to warm up before getting in. They recommended and installed a hot water recirculator in that farthest-away bathroom and I can say that I've never had water warm up that quickly in the entire time that we've been in this house.

The unit was not cheap but it will last longer, takes the risk of future leaks off the table, and, it's now clear, will also save us on our water bills.
