Had the folks at Water Heater Masters replace a water heater in my rental unit. They came out and fulfilled their obligations. City Inspector came out and wanted the unit to be higher from the garage floor and wanted the supply valve to be replaced. I forwarded the report from the inspector to Alex. He sent someone out to make those corrections. No questions asked. No additional charge. For any future plumbing needs that I might have, i'm going to check with WHM first. They are a great outfit to work with. Honest and dependable. Their prices are right there, reasonable in my opinion.

The reviews are spot on. I came home from surgery on Tuesday and my wife noticed a lack of hot water. I was in no state to troubleshoot but my daughter tried to re-light the pilot light with no luck. I called Water Heater Masters that evening, got a call back shortly later and an appointment scheduled between 11 - 1 the next day. Humberto arrived around noon and confirmed our 12 year old water heater was shot. I had previously (August 2024) gotten an estimate from them of $1900 - $2100 and Humberto confirmed $2100 for EVERYTHING! (Water heater, new gas and water valves and flex lines, haul away, etc). No nickel and diming attempts for additional bracing (existing earthquake straps were good), pans, hazardous waste disposal fee, etc. Humberto was done in about 1.5 hours and we were back in business.

By the way, back in August I got a ""free water heater inspection"" from a plumbing business we had used quite a bit in the past. They now only do water heaters which was a bit of a surprise. It turned out to be a somewhat aggressive attempt to get our water heater (which was doing fine) replaced. It took a couple of days to get the estimate which touted a 25% discount! Even so they were quite expensive. This annoyed me and prompted me to use the Yelp get a quote from multiple vendors which included Water Heater Masters. It was good to have this knowledge in hand when our water heater did quit.

I would not hesitate to recommend Water Heater Masters to anyone in need of a new water heater.

Dave was kind and quick to find solutions to a difficult install. Excellent quality work double checking every connection. Very patient with issue with my payment. Exceeded my expectations for one of the lower estimates.

Just wow... our hot water went out since yesterday night. Today I gave Water Heaters Masters a call since the reviews seem great. Alex quickly answered the phone was able to schedule me for 11-12pm time frame! So quick! Humberto came by and diagnosed the problem. Since my water heater was 9 years old and out of warranty, the parts needed was expensive and even after changing out the parts, we may need to eventually replace the water heater soon anyways. Therefore we decided to just have a quote to replace the water heater now. Shockingly, Humberto told me he can do it right away! The whole process was quick and I liked how I didn't need to make another appointment to have this installed! I highly recommend Humberto! Very efficient and such a nice guy. Super informative about how to maintain/drain the water heater, ignite the pilot, and also told me how to clean around it. The price was reasonable. Who knew changing out a water heater is such a breeze!

My water heater went out in the middle of the night. Called on a Sunday morning but no answer. To my surprise within 10 minutes I had a call back and the best part was that they were open on Sunday. A technician was available and arrived within 1 hour. An estimate was given which was quite reasonable. I asked when could we schedule the replacement and he said ""I can do it right now!"" From the time I called to the time the heater was replaced it was 4 hours. The job was well done. The technician had the patience to explain everything that needed to be done. Thank you for the great service!

Just needed a simple water heater replacement. After calling, Alex was quick to respond with a fair price estimate and got me scheduled first thing the next day. Add me to the list of 5 star reviews. Had Umberto out twice: once for an overdue maintenance, then another time to replace my 20 year old recirculation pump. In the process of replacing my pump Umberto was able to bleed the hot water line of air that was introduced by another company that sold and installed my water heater. Have a few more years left on my tank then going tankless with Water Heater Masters.

Hot water is such a privilege we often forget about until it's gone. When my water heater gave out for the last time, I knew it was time for a new one. I was impressed at how quickly water heater masters responded . The young man Rigo came the same day I called, had a brand new water heater in his van and got to work right away!

I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get the old one drained, disconnected, hauled out and the new one installed so beautifully! This is a big purchase and it feels good to have confidence in an upstanding business like this one!

Special thanks to the technician Rigo who was so kind and knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Not having hot water reminds me of how lucky we are for these amenities and for pros like water heater masters.

I cannot say enough about all the people I dealth with at this company. Matthew, Alex and Dave were all fantastic. Dave repaired my water heater at a very fair price. The unti was almost inaccessible, and, Dave, like the other techicians, could have easily bailed and said I needed a new water heater. THIS COMPANY STOCKS PARTS for somewhat older hot water heaters. Mine was a 2009 model, although it was not installed until 2012. All I heard was ""obselete"" or the equivalent from the other plumbers. But, Matthew explained that they have ""kits"" to fix older water heaters and that is exactly what Dave did. Although I thought Dave was fantastic, I told him that I wanted some assurance that the pilot on the burner would not just go out (as it had been relit by another company twice) leaving me to very soon need to replace the hot water heater. He spoke to Alex and agreed that I would only pay for the basic diagnostic service call until we had a few days to test out the unit. Well, the water heater has worked great, so I called today and paid the balance PLUS a $50 tip for Dave, who, boldly, did not bail from the task of getting to a very inaccessible water heater.

Decided to replace my water heater and contacted Water Heaters Masters. Brian replaced our water heater and did a great job. Everything was explained and area was clean at the end. Highly recommend!
