Scott was so professional and supportive. My pilot light went out and he came within a few hours and more importantly I wanted to make sure that everything was OK. After spending quite a bit of time looking at my water heater and Relighting the pilot, he discuss three options for an alternative to the system that I had. Best of all he didn't charge me for the visit, which I think is rare in today's day and age. Highly recommend.

100% happy with these guys. Small business. Honest work. They'll go over the pros and cons on the different types of water heaters and why they prefer one over the other but perfectly happy to put in the water heater of your choice.

Our water heater had gone out but they were willing to come out that day after their last job to give us an estimate. They returned in the morning and put in our new water heater and removed the old one (and the outdated solar one that was just sitting there). They flushed all the lines. FYI, if you're in an old house with rusty pipes, make sure you flush the bigger faucets first.

They guarantee their work for the same length as the manufacturer's warrantee. Scott went over maintenance with us and left us with a nice big sticker with their phone number. Told us to call for any questions or concerns.

Oh, and they quoted us less than three other companies we had called. $2,100 total.

I sent out a request on yelp for a water heater replacement and I was flooded with companies and individuals wanting to come take a look. Water Hearer Wiz took the time to talk to me about the work I needed and gave honest and intentional feedback and answers to my questions. From the initial consultation and visit to the end, they were super clear on the work being performed and costs. They initially were gonna plumb for a gas line as well, but once the work started, they discovered the house was already set for the gas line we needed and instantly called me and took it off of the estimate. I really appreciated the customer service and time they took to understand the needs of the project. I would refer them to anyone looking for help with their water heater! 12/10 service!

Water heater went out late Saturday night on Labor Day weekend. Joey and Brad were available and came out first thing the next morning for free to see if they could fix the issue (another company quoted me $189 just to come out). A new water heater was needed, but they offered to install it that morning and for nearly half the price competitors were asking. They did fast, quality work, and we had hot water by noon. No extra charges or hidden fees and they seemed very personable and trustworthy. I recommend Brad and Joey for water heater fix/replacement, and will go to them for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are great; I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and plumbing companies and I can 100% vouch for these guys. i had a situation where I needed a water heater replaced asap and all 3 main guys came out (on a national holiday no less) and went above a beyond. I had some dry rot issues among other things and these guys took care and coordinated everything and at a price that was incredibly reasonable; just the water heater replacement price was less than what I was quoted by the big box stores and some other small shops. My husband David and I cannot say enough about this company! Joey and his partners went above and beyond in helping our family replace our water heater. My husband put a phone call to have an estimate and they came out same day after 5:00pm to access the heater and what was needed to be fixed/replaced. We scheduled a morning appointment and was fixed by noon. If you are looking to fix/replace your water heater, this is the place to go! Great prices and exceptional work.
