I called Scott with Water Heater Wiz on Monday and he came out very quickly and gave me an estimate. I liked him so I went with him immediately and he and his brother Brad came out today and did the job today in two hours. I had the area around the water heater all clear for them for easy access. They were quick, efficient, clean, and had very fair pricing. Highly recommended!!!
And they know good quality, water heaters too. Listen to them.

Joey is one of the most helpful and professional craftsmen I have ever met. He was immediately on site after I sent in a request (I mean immediately--He was there in less than 10 minutes) made some initial diagnoses on his way home from working (my call came in after work hours and he responded anyway) and maintained communication with me about what things I should do regarding my water heater throughout the evening.

Joey provided helpful information and advice during our initial phone call, his first visit, and when he came back first thing in the morning the next day with his tools and equipment. He made some faucet and piping repairs before he even began working on what we needed help with and the entire time he was helpful, prompt, professional, and pleasant.

Joey says that water heaters and providing homes with access to water are his passion, and I believe him. It seemed cheesy at first or like it was just a slogan, but he really did convince me that he believes in what he does and he truly behaves like what he does matters to people. I know it mattered a lot to myself, my wife, and our baby.

Joey went above and beyond for us and has even been putting us in contact with more service providers for further maintenance issues that we have with things outside his areas of focus.

Joey is probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met, certainly the most helpful and trustworthy craftsman I know, and he's dang good at his job.

I tried to install a bidet and accidentally broke the supply line angle stop hose. Joey was very responsive and had a great price. He got a better unit installed and even showed me how to do it so I could tackle it in the future. I highly recommend them!

I had some issues with my tankless water heater and Joey reached out to me. We traded texts and after some photos, he called me to explain what he thought was the issue, and gave me some tips on how to fix it myself. It was a relatively easy issue that I myself missed, but thankfully Joey was qualified to guide me. He offered to come out and take a closer look if that didn't work, but thankfully it did. I am thankful for Joey's prompt service and guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend Water Heater Wiz. Scott was extremely helpful and fast in getting us a new water heater. He reached out right away after I sent my request through Yelp, he was at my place in 30min, he was very knowledgable and shared his assesments on my old heater and then provided a reasonable quote for replacement. After I gave the go ahead to replace it took them less than 2 hrs to have everything setup.

Very honest company.
My Farmers insurance company requires a whole house water detector and an Automatic Gas Shut off Valve.
I searched on Yelp to get few quotes on installation of these equipments. They will cost me few thousand dollars.
The gentleman at Water Heater Wiz suggested me to find another insurance company instead of spend thousands dollars in front to save few hundred in order to get Insurance from Farmers .
He said he can install them to make money but because of honesty, he would suggest me to go a different insurance.
