We had an urgent issue for our water heater and we called other 2 companies who promised to come as scheduled during weekend but they both can't keep their schedules. Then we looked at our broken heater and found water heater specialists on it. We called on Sunday night and they came in 2nd day around 8:30 am. They kept their promise and fixed our water heater problem totally. We got our hot water back when we badly need it. The plumber David E. did excellent job! Called for trouble shooting of our water boiler as it is not heating up, but almost got asked to pay $89 for nothing. The guy just came and touched a few buttons on the screen of the boiler and tried to charge us $89, which he called trouble shooting. It is something any person can do, we expected him as a professional to do REAL trouble shooting and find a solution for us. Really bad experience with this company
