Our water heater started leaking on the evening on February 27, 2022. I called Water Heater Specialists and made an appointment on March 1, 2022. The appointment window was between 1 pm and 4 pm. Nick showed up shortly after 1 pm and immediately inspected our leaky water heater. He recommended a replacement water heater. In about two hours, we had a brand new Bradford White water heater. Bradford White is the last remaining water heater maker that makes water heaters in the USA. We hope to get many years out of this water heater before it needs replacing. Thank you Nick!

My water heater started to shake like it was going to explode and there was some water leaking into the pan one evening, I had to shut it off just to get it to stop. So the next morning I called the phone number that was on my water heater and they sent Brian from Water Heater Specialist in within the hour. Brian was very professional and was able to identify the problem immediately, and also called out a few issues on the way the current installation of the current water heater and how it can be improved to make it safer. After discussing the costs, he explained the process of the new replacement, worked on swapping in the brand new water heater and was done in about 2.5 hours. Our water heater died this Saturday. I called Water Heater Specialists, and was told I could have someone out within 45 minutes! David showed up, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new WH within a few hours. Was very professional and helped us out of a difficult situation. I honestly expected to be told some time during the week, but 45 minutes was unreal!

Our water heater was about 7yrs old and the pilot went out, our warranty expired so predictably everything was crapping out. Nick was awesome, professional and got us hot water in 2hrs. Quicker than my computer getting repaired! A+ sometimes you have to just bite the bullet and get a new one vs spending the same amount futzing with your water heater's expiring parts.

Victor is excellent, incredible, fast, reliable, professional, he helped me replace my old broken water heater last year and got job done quickly and efficiently, very clean installation. This is the worst service experience. The owner or the phone operator is an abusive misbehaving person. I seriously don't understand how they have stayed in business.

This company does not have the knowledge or skill to repair. They only want to replace the heater and will half fix the problem and lock your money in.

I had a leak in my heater. Called the company and someone came. Saw the obvious leak in the inlet, quoted me $400 to fix it. There was leak at the bottom too. Replaced the inlet pipe and told me it will dry out and be fine. It has been several days since and buckets full of water are still collecting.

Upon calling the company back, the operator is abusing, screaming and obviously not willing to understand their fault and wrong repair.

I paid the money to fix the leak, not change the pipe. The other leak did not strut after the fix, it was there and it was not fixed.

Worst experience with these guys. Do not recommend even in an emergency.
