We heard a constant dripping noise last night at about 6:00 PM. It was coming from our water heater. By 12:00PM today WaterHeater Specialists had installed our new water heater. They were so friendly and clean. We have never had such great and prompt service.

Have been dealing with them for years and they always stay with a problem until it's fixed. This time our old (very) water heater started leaking and it was determined that it needed replacing. We have a somewhat unusual system (forced air) and I couldn't believe they had one on the truck ready to go. The water use was barely interrupted and within two hours we had a new WH installed and ready to go. Scheduling and repair personnel are always prompt, friendly and efficient.

We began to notice water in the pan of our water heater and weren't sure if it merited concern. Yup! That's what Nick let us know. The drip was the result of corrosion brought about through the installer who made some textbook mistakes and we were none the wiser. Nick explained the problem in layperson's terms and fixed it immediately. He even gave us advice on what to do when we decide to replace the unit. Thanks! I liked how polite he was and the professionalism of the company shows.

From my initial call inquiry about service to actual installation was top notch service. I appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, and prompt care. I had a faulty water heater and within that day they came out and replaced everything in 2 hours. Truly miracle workers. Plumber Nick was attentive to detail, efficient and wore his mask the entire time while being mindful of making too much noise for our pets. Would 1,000% recommend.

We got home one day and we found out that we don't have hot water coming out of the faucet. So I called Water Heater Specialist and wow, one ring and someone answered.
He got my information and told me the technician will be in our house next day between 12noon & 4pm.
The next day the technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained to me everything and proceeded to fix the problem with our water heater. He fixed it quick and I'm very satisfied with the service.
Great job and will recommend you to family and friends.

I just had the water heater fixed. John was very helpful. He answered all my questions. The heater was fixed at same day.

They are definitely quick and they only do water heaters so they know what they are doing. They will come sooner than any other place and they will make sure any substandard flues and pans are upgraded as part of the job. The downside is that I am not convinced Bradford White is the best water heater out there and that is what they install. I think I would rather have an AO Smith. I was not impressed that my prior Bradford White only made it 9.5 years before needing to be replaced due to a bad thermostat. Also, you will definitely pay more for the emergency service - depends on if that is worth it to you.

The whole thing seems like a scam to me. All bad reviews are buried! +1 to one of another recent NEGATIVE feedback.

I installed new water heater March . I paid 2650dollars. Suddenly my heater stopped working Aug . I called this company. (check CA LIC number a sole ownership https://www2.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/LicenseDetail.aspx?LicNum=741904)

FALSE CLAIMs to get good service. I tried to call 4 times and gave invoice number, contact number., phone number. First i was told your phone not in our records, then your address not in our records , then called back with oh i found your address and you were talking to my receptionist . DUDE we are not fools here.
