My water heater was making crazy noises (like rocks and pebbles were rolling around inside of it) every time I would run the washer on hot or when someone was taking an extra long hot shower. It was installed in 2010 so I decided it was time to replace it rather than wait for something bad to happen. I contacted this company through the quote tab on yelp and received a timely response from Stuart. I sent a couple pics of my water heater and was given a quote for a new one from the same maker. I stuck with the same brand because the old one has worked for 15 years with no type of care or maintenance from me. I didn't know how much it costs to replace a water heater so I asked around at work to see if the price was fair and most everyone said it was a good price point. The install went well. Now I hope I'm good for another 15 years :)
