Vent Gator cleaned all my air ducts and my dryer vent. They responded to my inquiry quickly and the work was scheduled within the week.
Jason and Dillon worked hard and quickly through my home. They're delightful and the job was impeccable. I'm in the mountains and on a raised foundation with floor vents. I had no idea how much was trapped in my system! I saw it!
They removed everything then sanitized my entire duct system. My house has never been cleaner from the inside out!
I highly recommend Vent Gator for a super clean home. I'd give more stars if there were more!!

We almost needed an emergency vent cleaning after a local vent cleaner didn't do the job right and left us with 2 loads of soaking wet laundry and a party at our house about to start. The owner of Vent Gator was very responsive and willing to squeeze me in at the end of his Saturday. The company who didn't do the job right the first time ended up showing up and fixing the issue but, next time, I will be calling Vent Gator first.

This rating is based on the company's honesty and professionalism. Jason was dispatched to take our service call and he arrived right when he said he would. He was excellent about communicating arrival and departure. Instead of running a Mickey Mouse job, he called to notify me of issues that were preventing him from conducting the vent cleaning. He even climbed the roof to inspect for open vents but ultimately couldn't complete the job due to poor venting issues when the home was constructed. He didn't even charge me for the visit and time he spent on the issue. I will definitely keep this company in mind next time their services are needed .
