Joe from Water Heater Service Pro was intelligent and professional - 2 criteria I hold in high regard. I was complaining to a friend how rare it is to see those qualities in a service person and then I met Joe. He helped me figure out what was the best option for me, discussed differences and benefits in the brands. He then followed up our initial phone conversation with an email with the specs for me to review at my leisure. He has a calm demeanor and not at all pushy about getting a sale. I called him a few days later because he far outshone the other companies I called, and his price was better. A quality water heater is not cheap, but once I got over the sticker price all around, I still chose a better brand and model, because who wants anything going wrong with a water heater? No one! He removed my old heater, installed the new one within the 2 hour timeframe he had told me and everything was set up nicely. I highly recommend.

Our water heater of 30 years gave out on us and leaked water everywhere! I contacted them in the evening and got a quick response from Enrique who was very professional and extremely helpful!! I was able to send photos of the old tank so that they could briefly assess the damage and see what would need to be replaced. The quote they provided was extremely reasonable with no hidden fees or added costs. They arrived the very next day exactly within the time frame they said they would, and with the new tank in tow.

What I love the most is that this is a family owned business with local home grown roots in the Bay Area! Enrique and his brothers, Joey and Mike, were very friendly, knowledgeable, cleanly, and quick to install my new water heater. We got hot running water within 2 hours. They even disposed the old water heater. Totally recommend them! Service is impeccable!!

My wife called me at work in the late afternoon and said the water heater was leaking. She went online and found this company, which had great reviews. We gave them a call and schedule them to come out the next day around lunch time. Enrique and his assistant arrived and replaced our water heater in such a short period of time. They made some improvements to the installation, including bringing it up to code, that left me with great confidence in the job they did and with the company. I'm very pleased with the turnaround time and the work they did. I totally recommend them should your water heater need replacement!

So anyone who has ever had their hot water heater go down knows the helpless feeling of wanting to get it fixed as soon as possible.  Unable to relight a pilot light on a Monday i reached out via Yelp and was put into contact with Enrique who let me know he could be there the very next day.  He showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem and let me know realistically when i could expect the parts to arrive and get me back up and running again.  He did exactly what he would say he would, when he would do it and for the fair price he originally quoted.  Exceeded my expectations and will absolutely reach out again to him when i have another issue.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. My water had been leaking for a week and I had been getting the run around from my home warranty & their preferred company so finally just handled it on my own. I reached out to Enrique Monday night, and we scheduled an inspection for Tuesday afternoon. Joe arrived for the inspection Tuesday and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Wednesday morning Joe and two more of their guys came out and had the water heater replaced. They were all super friendly and efficient. I appreciate their quick work!
