I woke up one morning to my garage flooded from my old rusted classic tanked water heater. I called a couple companies and got quotes for a new tankless water heater and installation and out of the 4 people I called , Water Heater Service Pro's quote came in a thousand dollars cheaper than all the competitors I called. This would be because they are a family-owned and operated business, which are the best to support. Enrique and Joe came out the next day and fixed my problem, installed the new tankless water heater ( that works fantastic) and made the area in the garage where they worked nice and tidy. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. All that, in less than half a day, I have brand new tankless water heater that provides hot water all day long with no waiting for the tank to fill up. I will ALWAYS use this company for my hot water needs, and I will recommend them to anybody who needs a new water heater. Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome! I had a water faucet leak in my garage and they came out the same day (don't expect that every time, but it was awesome!) Joe was extremely professional, let us know what was happening and worked past dark to get it done. The job was difficult (he had to cut into a wall), but it was done right and I we really appreciate it!

That did an awesome job. We paid the quoted price and the provided what we asked for... we'll much more really. Our 50 gallon water heater tank began spewing water all over our garage floor at about 10:40pm on Christmas Day. We turned off the water heater and the intake valve and I went directly to Yelp. I knew this was going to cost us and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday, because everything was closed on the weekend, so I welcomed as many quotes as we could stand. Water Heater Service Pro was the first to respond and to come out. They gave my husband a quote to replace the monster tank we have currently. After he left, I got the ""bright"" idea of replace the 50 gallon water heater tank with a tankless water heater. So I contacted them again, after doing my own research, with a barrage of questions...which he answered very patiently and thoroughly.
They weren't the lowest quote, but it was more solid. They didn't have the most ratings on Yelp, but they were all 5 stars, and they sounded the most experienced with my request. They didn't have to call me back later with details or send someone else out to provide me with a quote, like all the other plumbers who came out. They were courteous, confident, knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and potential HOA restrictions, and efficient. Oh and they cleaned up once they were finished. Definitely a plus. But I would recommend them to my family because they did a great job!

Woke up this morning with no hot water! I got a good reference for Water Heater Service Pro, so I gave them a call. Joe was out here within 2 hrs and got it fixed very quickly for a fair price. He was nice and professional and I appreciate that he showed up with a face mask on. Will def be calling them for any future water heater needs.

Thanksgiving Heroes! We woke up this morning to no hot water. I tried re-lighting the pilot light but it didn't work. Placed a service request with our home warranty - First American - and was immediately put in touch with Water Heater Service Pro. I was supposed to wait 24 hours for them to contact me, but being an impatient person and knowing Thanksgiving is tomorrow (along with cooking, clean up and showers) I needed this taken care of immediately.

Enrique took my call and was at my home within an hour. He did explain the issue may not be resolved today, but I had high hopes. He and his brothers arrived, were able to light the pilot but realized the issue was a part needing replacement. He called his parts person, who thankfully had the part, left to get it and returned promptly to install.

From start to finish the process took less than 3 hours. They were professional, courteous and incredibly quick.

When your hot water heater goes, it's an emergency, especially in the winter. It happened in the evening, so I logged into Yelp to see if I could contact someone to replace it. To my delight, Enrique got back to me immediately and we set up an appt for the next morning. He arrived on time, was able to schedule me an appt later in the day for the replacement and actually came earlier due to a cancellation (he called first to make sure that was okay). He and his assistant, Mike, did an amazing job, bringing me a top of the line heater, installing it carefully and worked cleanly and efficiently. No disruption to my day and hot water back in less than 24 hours. No one could have done better.

This family-run/owned business is terrific! I would use them again and recommend others do the same. Nice people, excellent service, fast response. You couldn't ask for more. And the price was fair.

My old water heater started to leak last week and knew I need to have a new water heater sooner than later. I was lucky to find Henrique and Joe right away and they came over to my place the same day and gave me an estimate. They explained the pros and cons of both tank and tankless water heater so a layman like me can understand and make an informed decision. They are super courteous and knowledgeable and immediately I knew I am in good hands and I can trust them. Their price is reasonable and more than fair compares to the other three bids I received. Decided to go with the tankless water heater and they showed up on the scheduled installation date on time and completed the work professionally and neatly. After the installation, they walked us through all the steps on how to best use our new tankless water heater and we are loving our new endless flowing hot water. They even made a quick stop the next day to complete a tiny job I requested without charging me.

They went above and beyond in delivering what they promised and I am very happy and grateful for their excellent workmanship and services. Highly recommend Water Heater Service Pro because you will be happy you do!
