Water Heater Service Pro. Their name speaks for itself, they are service oriented, professional, they know their stuff and they are personable. Our hot water heater pilot light went out and I didn't want to troubleshoot the issue myself so I sent a text WHSP, got a call minutes later and Enrique was giving me a diagnostic within the hour. We determined that the heater should be replaced but only after he offered me all the options and the costs associated. He arrived the next morning with the water heater and his team at 11:00am (as promised) and installed the heater In short time. My water heater co exists in a closet with my furnace so removing the old and installing the new presented a challenge. Enrique had anticipated the problem, solved it and they went to work.
This is a family owned operation and the team are Enrique's 2 brothers. I could not be more pleased with their work, pricing, integrity and personalities. In addition they wear uniforms, their equipment/ tools are high quality and their vehicles are in good shape.
They are delightful and I highly recommend them.

My water heater had been out since Saturday, My Home Warranty Co sent me a contractor on Wednesday and that panned out to be an ""All Bad"" situation. I put in a Yelp request and within minutes I had a number of responses telling me to call for scheduling but, Enrique hit me back with ""We can come today if your available"" (that made all the difference in the world) I said yes and they were here within an hour there were no games played, diagnosed on the spot, Precise estimate, ordered parts on the spot, and my water heater was repaired today and let me add he communicated effectively and showed earlier than promised!! I have to also ad to this story because I had to call him back for something I screwed up (broke the gate valve off my water connection) so all I went through to get hot water and ended up with no water...LOL!! But in the blink of an eye he was back and in a matter of an hour my problem was solved. I love to make good business connections and I can say with certainty this business is a keeper!!! My water heater was 18 years old and needed to be replaced. Not only was it old but it was obviously out of code. It wasn't secured and the stand was about to buckle. . Water Heater Service Pro, along with a few others, were recommended to me. All the others had over 100 reviews, but II decided to go with these guys. It didn't matter that they didn't have a ton of reviews, the reviews that were there were positive. I really appreciated the great customer service on the phone. I also like the fact that they responded right away. I spoke with Enrique, and I sent him a few pictures so he could assess the situation and make a few recommendations. He and another team member, Mike, came out the next day and took everything down and replaced with new water heater, straps/bands to secure it , stand, fittings, water pan and got it all up-to-code. . His prices are very reasonable and they are very professional and responsive.
Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

They were on time, communicated well, and were very patient with my cluttered laundry room, where we had to scootch some things around in order for the new hot water tank to be brought in.

They were the mandated company from my Home Warranty Service and they could have been anybody... but I lucked out; they were friendly, professional and wasted no time between Enrque's 1st inspection, finding an available Warranty-mandated replacement tank and getting it installed by the next day,

Before I knew it, Joe had the old one drained and hauled out. Both Enrique and Joe were friendly, quick, And professional and Joe did a good job explaining how the new pilot system on the tank worked (which I especially appreciated).

I would recommend this service to anyone With water tank problems.

My 7+ y/o AO Smith 50 gal. water heater's pilot light would not come on. Tried checking YouTube and the Manufacturer for any assistance, but to no avail, since it was out of warranty.

After reading almost all of the reviews here on Yelp, I was convinced that Water Heater Service Pro were the guys we could trust to assist with our hot water issues.

And were soooo glad we did! After I called, Enrique came in a few minutes later without us paying any consultation fees! There were way too many Water Heater companies on Yelp that were asking up front costs just to diagnose your issue. There was even one company that was asking for $125 up front just to inspect it?? WTH??

Enrique was very professional as he diagnosed the water heater, pulled the Pilot assembly and explained in detail why its not working and why it needs to be replaced. We agreed to his quote and received the replacement parts the following day. And BOOOOM! HOT WATER ALL DAY!! Yaaaay!!

We're extremely happy with Enrique and his team for being professional, prompt and showing empathy, which is quite important when trying to trust a service company you've never worked with before.

The day we dreaded as homeowners finally came...a leaky water heater! Woke up one morning to soggy carpet to find it was leaking through our bedroom wall. After calling around, not only were they the ONLY sympathetic people on the phone when I explained our issue, but they moved things around to come out to us the same day! I am sure that can't always happen, but for the price they charged, it was almost too good to be true. We appreciated their patience explaining our options as we had to make quick decisions & they were very quick & efficient when installing the new one. Would highly recommend!
