Phenomenal service! We had just moved into our new home and quickly found that we had no hot water and water was leaking from our outside vent. Water Heater Service Pro came to the rescue so quickly and identified the issue and explained it so thoroughly. They recognized that nobody likes showering with cold water and treated our case with urgency which we so appreciated. They even helped out with installing our dryer to the gas line which they totally didn't have to do but were more than happy to! Highly recommend their services!

I never write reviews but the service was so amazing I had to. I would give Water Heater Service Pro a 10 if I could! I was struggling with the original plumber our home warranty assigned. I reached out to Water Heater Service Pro as a recommendation from our hot water heater manufacturer. Enrique was straightforward, honest and super knowledgeable. I was 5 days in with no hot water and still struggling with another plumber when Enrique reached back out to me to check in and see if my water heater project had been completed. He was not even the contractor assigned to my project and he cared about us getting our hot water back. More than the original plumber who was dragging their feet! I managed to get my home warranty to switch to Water Heater Service Pro and once the contract was in their hands they had a new water heater installed within 36 hours and $300 less out of pocket! They came out for the installation today- arrived when they said and were all pleasant and finished the job quickly. It's so nice to find a company that truly cares about people! I wasn't even their customer when they first started helping me! I highly recommend Water Heater Service Pro.

I wish I could give more stars. I scheduled an appointment with Enrique for an estimate to add a new water heater to my garage. He was promptly available and we were able to schedule something right away. On the day of the appointment, he calls me saying that they were triple booked and needed to reschedule the appointment. He apologized and offered to stop by the same day in the afternoon (appointment was for the morning hours). I told Enrique that unfortunately I wouldn't be home in the afternoon but would be okay rescheduling it. So far, no big deal, these things happen, I get it.
We were able to reschedule it for the following week. Day of the appointment comes and I waited, waited, and nothing. I decided to call and Joe answered saying that there was no appointment scheduled in the books... When I asked if I could speak with Enrique, he said he was out of town. Joe offered to reschedule the appointment. I had to politely refuse ANOTHER reschedule. I wish I could recommend this company, but the lack of follow up and communication, and leaving me hanging really did it for me.

Look no further. I need to have my water heater replaced. I checked with all the local businesses with 5-star ratings and Water Heater Service Pro was able to give me the best deal. Enrique was great with scheduling and explaining what needs to be done. Michael came on time to install the water heater unit. He did an excellent job. It took him 2 hours and after that we have our hot water.

We recently bought a house and saw the water heater was 20 years old so we knew the clock was ticking. The pressure relief valve went out at about midnight on a Saturday and banging, hissing and leaking occurred. I didn't want to repair just the valve since the life of the water heater was 20 years old, so I called around and Water Heater Service Pro was by far the cheapest price I could find. They were willing to come out on Sunday (same day I called), but Monday worked better for me so we scheduled for Monday morning. Joey and Mike came by and the installation was done seamlessly. Mike even rerouted our pressure relief drain line in our crawl space (at no additional cost) since it was routed incorrectly. Awesome customer service by a family owned business. Highly recommend!!

A very friendly, professional, and pleasant tech, Mike, came out to check out our garbage disposal. He determined that the disposal was fine - it was the electrical outlet that was the problem. He promptly submitted his report, so the home warranty company could then authorize an electrical inspection. I'm very impressed with the prompt service and professionalism from all at Water Heater Service Pro staff I've come into contact with. A family business with top notch professionalism.

I am a renter so all repairs go through a management company. Always have had great results. July 1 my
Disposal croaked - water all over under the sink which is stressful always but it's not my house. The management called in a contractor that I've never dealt with before - long story but 2 weeks later no fixed disposal and 'that' company asking for a review. This morning the contract was handed off to these guys - I called to schedule an appt - was almost shocked when Enrique answered the phone and told me someone
Could come this afternoon! Joe showed up with a courtesy call ahead of time - fixed the disposal right away. Responsive, polite, easy going. I think Joe said they've only been in business together for 6 years ( plenty experience before that of course ) but they know what customer service is about. Highly recommend!!
