Enrique and his guys literally saved the day. I was
working through First American home warranty who sent a low rated company that appeared to be super sketch. I started messaging companies on Yelp and came across Water Heater Service pros.

Once I was able to figure out the logistics, I contacted Enrique and he was able to come out same day, he was even accommodating by picking up the new tank and swapping the old one (other company wanted me to do it).

His team was fast, efficient and professional.

I would highly recommend, and even ask your home warranty to use them (water heaters)- because with them you are getting quality work.

Kudos to Enrique. When I called he was immediately in homeowner problem solver mode to try and help me with my tankless heater. He swung by after he finished another job.

It turned out to be just the breaker. None of the switches looked like they had 'popped' (labeling was hard to read) but Enrique found the one that had and reset it. He did not charge me for a service call!

I will look no further next time I really do need a water heater!! They have the word 'service' in their name for good reason....

I had a team at my home to service my water filtration system and flush my tankless water heater. When the service person turned the valves to shut off the water to the tank, the water continued to flow. I was told the valves would likely need to be replaced. I was given a rough estimate and told that a formal quote would be sent over in a day or two. I had a busy week and over week later I hadn't heard back from the company. I looked up Water Heater Service Pro, saw their excellent rating, read their reviews, then got Enrique on the phone. Enrique asked questions and had me take photos of the valves, the piping and connections, and text these to him. The next day he and his team arrived on time, completely prepared, and found the problem. A piece of material was found in one of the valves which had jammed the mechanism in the open position. They surgically removed the culprit and since the replacement parts were unnecessary, the invoice was far less than estimated - and their estimate was already hundreds less than the quote I had received from the other company. These guys are pros, they do quality work, they explain what they are going to do and why - then they execute like surgeons. I highly recommend WSP for all your plumbing needs.

i felt very comfortable with Enrique and his brother in my home. They wore masks and came well prepared with everything they needed to do the job. They answered my questions without making me feel stupid, and offered to come out on the weekend if it was an emergency.

I got a confirmation call prior to the appointment and the estimate for the time it would take to do the job was spot on.

I would recommend this family-run business to any one needing help with their water heater.

When a water heater goes out we want prompt responses. I sought 3 companies here on YELP at 8:30 in the morning. Joe of Water Heater Service Pro replied within 15 minutes with a phone call. The other 2 replied later in the day. I told Joe what was wrong and he quoted me $400. But then he asked me ""are you sure about your diagnosis?"" He decided to ""stop by"" to double check (free estimate). Sure enough, the problem was bigger. A new gas burner was needed. Now the quote became $800. Joe recommended replacing with new for $1200. Why would I spend $800 on a 10 year old water heater. Joe was right. Our new water heater was up and warming by 3 pm that day. He had to re-route pipes. He did clean work and brought us up to code. And he took our old unit. When your water heater goes out, don't mess around. Simply contact WATER HEATER SREVICE PROS.

Called them up and got a visit same day. Joe was nice and friendly, diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to order parts right there. Got parts next day, called Joe and he was there in a few hours, replaced parts and suddenly we had hot water again. Great service, great people, great outcome. Couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely be my source for water heater problems from now on.

I woke up one morning to my garage flooded from my old rusted classic tanked water heater. I called a couple companies and got quotes for a new tankless water heater and installation and out of the 4 people I called , Water Heater Service Pro's quote came in a thousand dollars cheaper than all the competitors I called. This would be because they are a family-owned and operated business, which are the best to support. Enrique and Joe came out the next day and fixed my problem, installed the new tankless water heater ( that works fantastic) and made the area in the garage where they worked nice and tidy. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. All that, in less than half a day, I have brand new tankless water heater that provides hot water all day long with no waiting for the tank to fill up. I will ALWAYS use this company for my hot water needs, and I will recommend them to anybody who needs a new water heater. Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome! I had a water faucet leak in my garage and they came out the same day (don't expect that every time, but it was awesome!) Joe was extremely professional, let us know what was happening and worked past dark to get it done. The job was difficult (he had to cut into a wall), but it was done right and I we really appreciate it!

That did an awesome job. We paid the quoted price and the provided what we asked for... we'll much more really. Our 50 gallon water heater tank began spewing water all over our garage floor at about 10:40pm on Christmas Day. We turned off the water heater and the intake valve and I went directly to Yelp. I knew this was going to cost us and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday, because everything was closed on the weekend, so I welcomed as many quotes as we could stand. Water Heater Service Pro was the first to respond and to come out. They gave my husband a quote to replace the monster tank we have currently. After he left, I got the ""bright"" idea of replace the 50 gallon water heater tank with a tankless water heater. So I contacted them again, after doing my own research, with a barrage of questions...which he answered very patiently and thoroughly.
They weren't the lowest quote, but it was more solid. They didn't have the most ratings on Yelp, but they were all 5 stars, and they sounded the most experienced with my request. They didn't have to call me back later with details or send someone else out to provide me with a quote, like all the other plumbers who came out. They were courteous, confident, knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and potential HOA restrictions, and efficient. Oh and they cleaned up once they were finished. Definitely a plus. But I would recommend them to my family because they did a great job!
