I wish there was a six star option! Seriously, I have had 4 plumbers in the past 6 years...all good, some better...but hands down, Water Heater Pros is the best.

We have a tankless Noritz water heater and despite a completely newly remodeled home/plumbing/pipes/shower fixture etc... we had a weird problem where the kids shower went cold despite the master shower still hot when both were in use.

Previous plumber was nice but didn't know anything about tankless and offered up no solutions so I had to search for tankless specialist.

Called Nortiz and was told ""It's not the Nortiz water heater"". Great. Now what?

Combed through nextdoor.com, found Water Heater Pros, a company many had given detailed positive reviews...and checked out the yelp reviews here...

So I called Water Heater Pros and Jose answered - Ryan came the next morning and within minutes of hearing my description of the problem, running both showers - Ryan had the answer. Replaced part, found other issues/concerns with our set up of the recirculator (WHICH BY THE WAY the contractor's plumber who I thought 'knew his stuff' DID NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY!) so Ryan fixed that too and now we will #1 save money and #2 not run hot water thru pipes all day which will shorten the life of the system. Ryan even found out how to fix the 'clank' we hear when the clothes washer is drawing in water and shutting it off (which by the way....NO ONE COULD diagnose or fix before!) I was beyond impressed with how much Ryan knew about water heaters, in my case, tankless. Insane. He's almost passionate and encyclopedia-like about it! All good for me - problem solved and was very affordable. Had me checked everything was working and that I was satisfied with work. Job done!

WHP is primarily for water heaters and doesn't do cartridges etc of fixtures. I had earlier called our other plumber for that issue (which on a side note - if you ever have leaks with your fixtures...call the manufacturer FIRST bc had I called Moen PRIOR to calling regular plumber - I would have been sent the cartridge FREE and saved myself $$).

Why oh why can't ALL companies be professional, affordable, highly competent and friendly??? This was such a great experience that I won't cringe the next time any plumbing/water heater issue happens.

I recommend this company highly! They fixed our Noritz after days of problems and head ache with another company that literally was trying to swindle us! Ryan really knew his stuff, was honest in his assessment, and reasonable in his pricing. We will continue to use Water Heater Pros in the future and suggest that you do the same :)

Very happy with my experience with Water Heater Pros. They instill a high degree of confidence in their ability to quickly and efficiently remedy a broken Noritz tankless water heater.

I have a family of 4, and we suddenly find no hot water late on a Thursday afternoon. I contacted Noritz who provided 3 referrals to trained repair services.

Of the 3, Water Heater Pros was the only one that answered my call (just after 5 pm) and arranged for an onsite assessment Friday afternoon.

Was further pleasantly surprised when Ryan had called me on Friday morning to see if he could arrive early, which I quickly agreed to.

When Ryan and Adrian arrived, both very pleasant and professional, they quickly assessed the problem and contacted Noritz for all parts affected, and had it shipped to my home address as the most efficient plan to avoid having to pick up the parts from their office.

Parts arrived over the weekend, and Ryan and Adrian came over on Monday afternoon, and within about 1 1/2 hours, we had hot water again.

From their preliminary assessment (with Jose), to the onsite assessment, to the actual repair (Ryan and Adrian), they were consistent in their information, pricing and time-frames, and cleaned up the area after the repair was complete (including recycling the boxes that the parts arrived in)! Would be very happy if all repair services were just like this.

Needless to say, we will absolutely be calling them for all of our future water heater maintenance and service needs.

Jose, Jesse and Tony are amazing! Call this place if you have any water heater issues. I will definitely call them again if anything ever comes up and I will continue to sing their praises to whoever listens. Here's why: I am a mom of two little boys ages 3 and 6, who need baths every single night so when our water heater's pilot light kept shutting off I was so upset. After the 4th or 5th time, I finally had enough and decided to call Water Heater Pros based on their yelp reviews and availability. They were able to come within an hour or two of my phone call and it was in the evening too! Tony came right away and installed a new part to get the part running again. Unfortunately, a couple of days later the pilot light went out again. When I called, Jose immediately said he could stop by and fix it right away. When he came by he discovered the real problem and needed to replace a specific part. He did everything he could to get it fixed. He called a water heater part company but they were closed at 4:00. It was 4:15. He called several other companies but they were not able to ship the part that we needed to fix the water heater right away because of the New Year holiday. Meanwhile we were going to be about 5 days without a water heater. He continually updated me on his progress. Three or four phone calls later he said he has two options for us 1) to wait a couple of days until we get a new part or 2) his co-worker Jesse happened to find an identical water heater to ours in the shop with a used but working part. Of course, I picked the second option since we needed hot water asap and he and Jesse came over right away and fixed the water heater WITHOUT CHARGING US. It's been almost a week and the water heater is working perfectly. I'm so grateful to this company for not only responding right away but also having EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a great experience working with this company! We were visiting our daughter and could smell gas near the water heater. The gas company detected a leak and had to shut off our gas until it could be repaired. We called Julio at Water Heater Pros around noon and he kindly fit our job into his already full schedule so we would not be without gas overnight. Juan, the technician arrived within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice guy. He located two hard-to-find small leaks and made the repair within a short amount of time and we were able to have the gas company turn the gas back on before the day was out. So grateful! I manage a busy hair salon & spa and our water heater went out late in the afternoon on Friday. Jose (possibly the nicest guy on the planet,) met me at the salon at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday to ensure that our staff and clients would enjoy hot water.
