This company is great. I use them annually to service my water heater to avoid issues in the winter, normally caused by unexpected cold or wet weather in LA. They are efficient, reasonably priced, call you to let you know when to expect them in a 3 hour window and are fully compliant with all COVID-19 working regulations including masks, gloves and social distancing. They also clean up and are incredibly polite. Definitely worth using.

I had a great experience with Water Heater Pros. I had a banging sound and visible flame that was worrying me. I thought I would need to replace the whole heater, but Ryan was able to fix the issue by replacing the burner. They were able to come out quickly and I felt confident in their expertise. The water heater blew over night on a Friday and flooded the place. After calling another (more advertised & recognized) plumber, a friend recommended Jose at Water Heater Pros. The previous plumber wanted to charge me extra on top of their estimate to help turn off the water for the 2 day interim before it could be fixed preventing further damage. When I called Jose, he wanted FIRST to lead me through (over the phone) how to shut things off to stop the water from flowing. He also assisted us in emptying the water heater that was continuing to leak. This was BEFORE we even began to discuss an estimate, timing or anything else.
KUDOS FOR CARING SERVICE!
He sent guys to the house on Sunday at no charge to make sure.
On Monday, two friendly plumbers, Ryan and Adrian, did a quick, professional & phenomenal job charging less than half of ""the other guys"".

After getting estimates from 3 others, I settled on the Water Heater Pros. I would recommend them because 1) They were referred to me by Noritz. 2) Over the phone, Jose seemed honest, knowledgable and fair 3) Ryan, who installed the system was professional, open and helpful. He worked quickly and neatly and was very straightforward to deal with 4) The job was done expertly, in a timely manner and at a very fair price.

I have already referred them (or mentioned them) to 3 other people. Don't waste your time with others, call them first!!

Need help with your water heater? Call these guys immediately. Don't waste time calling anyone else. Jose and Ryan know their business very well, and are two great guys. I've owned rental property for 30 years, and have used lots of water heater companies. None compares with Water Heater Pros, and they are the only guys I will be using in the future! Jose and Ryan showed up on time I had full maintenance at very reasonable price . My 8 years Nourtiz old tankless heater was working well and after their service looks like brand new again., Both are knowledgable guys and very honest. I recommend them to my friends for keeping up their tankless heather service every two -3 years.

I needed new tank fast. Others told me a couple of days. I called Jose and he was also busy but said he would have Ryan come by to check it out first. The old tank was not even 6 years old. It needed to be replaced and I asked it they could install today. They moved around their schedule so I could get hot water ASAP. The I got home the tank was completely installed and the new piping was all installed and they explained clearly why it broke and why the new install will not have a similar breakdown.

They even waited for the water to heat up and made sure of no leaks and all settings were ok.

Ask for Ryan and Jose as they are very professional and provide perfect service.
