As a new homeowner, I was very unsure of who to call when my water heater was leaking. Water was all over the ground and everything contained in my storage area with the water heater was soaked. My friend, Nick K., came over to take a look and said I needed to get it replaced. He recommended Water Heater Online because they had replaced his water heater two years ago. Upon calling, they had one opening on the same day and could be at my house within 1.5hrs.

When Plamen arrived, he recognized Nick from his previous work and got straight to it. It was very hot, about 95 degrees, but he got the job done within 1.5hrs. Everything was done so professionally and clean. Plamen ended up drilling a small hole in the storage area and connected a pipe to allow water to flow outside of the storage unit instead of inside to prevent any future damage from leaks.

I had even noticed some mold on the wall behind the old water heater and had treated it with bleach but forgot to mention it to Plamen. When the job was done, I had noticed that he had scrubbed the area and removed all the mold without being asked.

Before leaving, he walked me through how to ignite the new water heater since the starter is different from the old one, and advised me on putting the dial to 'Pilot' when on vacation to save on my gas bill.

Very pleasant experience to a normal homeowner hassle.

Plamen from water heater online and his assistant Cristo did a great job installing a tankless water heater in my garage and getting rid of our 2009 old water heater that was in the laundry room. Plamen is very courteous, professional and honest efficient plumber. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do when he gave me the proposal. I believe the job turned out to be a little bit more challenging than we thought but he did it and made it happen and never asked for any change orders. This company is terrific. I had a water line blow out and was quote $2k for a new water heater or $350 for the repair. I chose the repair, and in 10 minutes they were gone and I just spent $350??? 1 week later another pinhole leak from somewhere else, and the unit is 13 years old, so time for a new one.

I called Water Heater Online. They gave me an incredible quote over the phone, had someone come out the next day, out in a new one, took away the old one, with great customer service and fact finding before the technician (Clamen) showed up. Don't go anywhere else!!!
