Farid from Washington Rooter was fantastic! I had filled our sink this morning to soak some items and then went into our home office for a meeting. When I came out there was water all over our kitchen floor and under the sink - the pipe was leaking. I contacted Farid through yelp and he called quickly, came the same day and took care of the problem very quickly with the quoted price he gave me on the phone. He is definitely going to become our ""go-to"" if we have any other issues and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

Found a leaky stop valve during the middle of the night when the bathroom floor was covered with water. I called Washington Rooter first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours they were out to fix the problem. They were fast, friendly, communicative, and affordable. I had a slow kitchen drain clogged with grease that no pipe snake would fix. In comes WA Rooter with the hydrojet, same day appointment. Scheduling was great, worked around my meetings, and when they arrived, took steps to protect my carpet, and fixed the problem in about half an hour. This sort of job of course needs observation over time; so far so good!

I wish I called Washington Rooter first. Our kitchen sink was clogged. 2 plumbers dropped by and can not fix it. 2nd plumber charged us 250 dollars and suggested us to replace the pipe. When we called Washington Rooter, the owner responded us in 10 minutes and asked us details. He is very confident and promise us won't charge us if he can't fix it. When he arrived, he shows his deep understanding on sewer system. He tried snaking first, then hydro jetting.He kept us informed. He verified his work throughly by camera. We spent 826 which may save us 10k on pipe replacement. Also he educated us the right way to use food disposer. Will call again if we hit the same issue next time.

Farid was a pleasure to work with throughout. The price was fair, his team worked quickly, and he adapted on the fly when more details about the issue became apparent (a cracked pipe had led to severe root intrusion). If I encounter a similar problem in the future, I would not hesitate to call Washington Rooter again.

Quick and easy.

He quoted me a fair price and came a few days later. He was by no means cheap but most other plumbers in Kirkland asked for my address and then quoted me what amounted to about $800+ an hour for work.

The cost of having a fine house in a nice neighborhood is laughably criminal so it was nice that Farid was - again not cheap but - on a scale that didn't make me want to keep looking.

I'm hoping to have him as our 'any occasion' plumber.

Finally found a reliable plumber that doesn't take advantage of the situation. Called Washington Rooter to unclog the drain in our condo. After less than 30 mins of being there, they've already unclogged it and it was at 17 feet deep. Will def call again for any plumbing issues or projects.

I discovered a drain leak from the bath tub over the weekend. Called first thing on Monday, and they showed up within 30 minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue and got to work right away. All fixed in less than 2 1/2 hours from the time I called. They are reasonably priced too. Thank you so much!
