I noticed the leak behind the toilet this morning (Saturday), and tried to tighten the nut and made it 1,000 times worse. I asked for help through Yelp at 1 PM, bracing for a few days without even the access to a toilet. Farid responded quickly, and it was fixed by 2 PM. He was very professional and educated me what not to do and why. I know I was lucky to catch him at the right time, but I would definitely call him next time I need a plumber.

For no apparent reason our kitchen sink drain all of a sudden clogged and refused to clear. After two days and several hundred dollars spent with another so called ""clogged drain expert"" it felt like this was about to get real expensive. They didn't guarantee their work and we were told the only solution would be to cut out the siding on the exterior of the house and add a new cleanout. Or the other alternative they said was to pour down some type of bacteria solution that would slowly eat the clog and clear the drain over the next 2 weeks! Not an option! Randomly called Farid at Washington Rooter expecting more of the same but since he was free within the next few hours and would guarantee his work we figured why not get one more opinion. Within the hour the drain was cleared and he was out the door for far less than the others who couldn't fix it! This industry is loaded with so called experts that don't know what they're doing. I'd completely recommend Farid with Washington Rooter as a guy that knows his stuff and will get it done!

We had issues with our sewage line, and found Washington Rooter on Yelp. We were able to contact Farid in the evening and had him comeby the next day. He was able to inspect and clear out the line, quickly and efficiently. He kept the work area clean and was safe wearing a mask the whole time. He also gave us a full breakdown on what was causing our issues and educated us thoroughly on what to look out for in the future. Highly recommended!

Farid came within half an hour on a Saturday, and fixed our clogged drain in less than 15 minutes. He took his shoes off at the door, wore a protective mask, and cleaned up the whole area after he was done. I highly recommend his service.

We started changing compression angle stop vale for our toilet and found there was some leak after installing. We were not able to figure out the issue. I called Farid and he promised to come on Sunday afternoon as soon as his other job was done. He called an hour earlier, since we had to shut off main water source, it was necessary to fix this asap. Farid came with right tools and parts and was able to do the job very quickly. I found him very professional. He knows his job pretty well. Would definitely recommend him for any kind of plumbing job. He is now on our speed dial for any future needs.
