We recently determined that we were paying for a lot more water than made sense. I was unable to identify the source of the leak and so decided to call for help. We first called Letts as we have used them before and were happy with them. Unfortunately they have become pretty popular and I got tired of playing phone tag with their answering service.
So I called Warranted Plumbing. They answered right away and scheduled a visit for the next day. Some hours later they called to say a plumber was in my area and could come over right away. Gratefully, we accepted the offer.
Luis Chavez was the lead of two technicians that responded. I was pretty sure that the leak had to be in the crawl space as I'd eliminated a yard leak and believed that the toilets were not leaking. He politely listened. He went into the crawl space briefly and said. I think your problem is with the nearest toilet. I was skeptical, Luis was right. He fixed it, tested it. Charged a fair amount and informed me that the work was guaranteed for 90 days.
We have reduced our daily water usage by about 600 gallons since he came.

This company is top notch! I called them on a Friday with a serious pipe leak under my house. They were there within two hours, took a look at the problem, went to get supplies and had the pipe replaced in no time at all. We had been told by the previous plumber/handyman that we should have our house re-piped. The plumber from this company said no, we didn't need new pipes we just needed a new plumber. He answered lots of questions that we had about our plumbing, hooked up our icemaker as our refrigerator had just been moved, and took a look at our tankless water heater. He was courteous at all times, put down protective coverings on the floor to keep from tracking dirt through the house and wore a mask at all times. This company will definitely be our plumber for many years to come.

Called today for a constantly running toilet. I was able to get an appointment same day. They were even able to come earlier than the scheduled window of time (they called to make sure I was available first). Customer Service representative who answered the phone was SUPER helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Overall, my experience with Warranted Plumbing was great!! Luis Chavez fixed the running toilet issue quickly (with masks on and shoes off). My problem was a quick fix, and they were very honest and reliable about the work performed. Would hire them again in a heartbeat for other projects!

Special thanks to Super Technician Luis Chavez!
He is very knowledgeable and such a trustworthy Technician! He gained our trust and made a great impression upon his arrival and fixed an issue with a Navien Tankless Water Heater in less than an hour! It is worth mentioning that he came to help us cleaning the mess that 2 other companies' representatives created for us without having the knowledge and experience with these high tech units! I have to mention that I have called few other companies before calling Warranted Plumbing but as soon as I explained the situation they stated that they are not able to help me for someone else already touched the unit! But Warranted had no hesitation since they know their job inside out!

After three days of no working water in our home, Juan came to rescue. We could not get anyone to come out, and this company came within 30 minutes!!

I'm so thankful for his service, gave me a card right away; took off his shoes without even needing to each time he came inside the house. Also mask from the beginning. very professional and COVID-19 compliant. Thank you!!! I have a health condition and I appreciated that he took the time to keep it on and had it on the whole time without me asking at all!

He even Explained everything in DETAIL what was done, what he recommends for the future and stayed for feedback and questions. 10/10 recommend!

Edwin did a fantastic job! He put in a new garbage disposal, copper pipe for my refrigerator ice maker, wax ring for one of my toilets and faucets for my washing machine. He was on time, very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. He also had great availability for setting up an in-home estimate and an an appointment time for the service call. The office always answers the phone during their business hours, too. I will definitely use them again in the future!

They came and did a free estimate for a leak. They weren't able to find the leak because it was under our foundation, but they did refer us to a company that was able to find our foundation leak. I did also have them install our faucet in our kitchen. It was just under $200 I believe, Idon't think thats expensive because no one here is in any kind of shape to crawl under our kitchen sink and do the work. It was quality work and I would definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

I used Warranted for the first time this Sept. 2020, chosen based on Yelp reviews, for our condo in Walnut Creek, and I wanted to say how much I agree with everyone's 5 star ratings!!!
1. One 31 Aug Mon. our condo management sent a message saying water to a few buildings would be shut off on 2 Sept. Wed, from 9am-6pm, to fix a leak in the parking lot. I asked them to confirm that my building would have its water shut off, as I'd wanted some plumbing work done which required the water to be off, explaining exactly the work I needed, and they confirmed yes, the water would be off 9-6pm on 2 Sept. They knew I'd be taking advantage of the water shut off to get plumbing work done.
2. Warranted's plumber Juan came out to our condo on 1 Sept Tues to provide a quote for a) loosening the shower faucet which had been hard to turn, and b) more importantly, adding a turn-off valve to the kitchen pipe under the kitchen sink, something that was missing in the property report check when I bought the condo last year, and which was considered a risk if the pipe ever burst, as flooding could occur. We'd agree to a 9am appointment for next day 2 Sept. Wed.
3. The next day 2 Sept. Wed, the water to the building had yet to be turned off at 9am, so the appointment was postponed to 1pm. The water was shut off to the building at 9:30am instead of the 9am appointed time.
4. Warranted's Juan arrive promptly at 1pm, fixed the shower faucet, and moved on to the kitchen, around 1:30pm. Just as Juan was broke into the kitchen water piper to add a turn-off valve, the main condo plumbers had finished their work early, and turned the mains water back on, instead of at 6pm, the original planned time.
5. Of course, DISASTER!!!! The condo flooded, water seeped through our floor down to our neighbour below. The exact thing we were trying to prevent with this plumbing work actually happened! Juan called out Edwin while the apartment was flooding. The mains water turn-off valve to the kitchen was in a different part of the building than the turn-off valve to the shower (very odd construction). We finally got hold of the main condo plumbers for them to turn off the water so Juan could finish his work adding a turn-off valve to our kitchen pipes. He and Edwin then went to our neighbor's, whose ceiling was now puffed up with water, to create a small hole to drain their ceiling. So embarrassing, but luckily our neighbor was very understanding.
6. Warranted (Edwin and Juan) then bought fans to place in both our neighbor's and our apartment, to dry out both our apartments overnight and patched the neighbor's ceiling where they'd made a hole to drain the water from our flood.
7. At the end of all this, their bill remained exactly what was quoted, for the work they did on our condo, on our shower faucet and kitchen pipes. Their worksmanship is excellent. These are people who are decent, have character, and are extremely professional. I would definitely use them again, especially as I am hoping to do a bathroom remodel.

I have seldom had such good experiences. I am late writing this review, but last June our garbage disposal started leaking in the middle of the evening. We needed it replaced ASAP. Warranted arrived early, and finished then replacement 15 minutes faster than they said they would. Totally amazing and totally worth it.
