I normally do not write reviews for products or services. However, I want to give credit where credit is due to this excellent plumbing service. I got their contact information from Yelp and called them to help me resolve a clogged patio storm drain. The telephone receptionist was helpful and immediately scheduled a visit by their technician. She said he would arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM. The appointment was for the next day. Imagine my surprise when the technician Edwin and his partner Milton pulled up at 12:01 PM. They took a look at my problem and gave me a clear proposal on the spot. I was surprised at the expense quoted, which was $1600 for the first two hours of work and $500 per hour there after. Edwin assured me that they could finish the job in under two hours. Despite my concern about the high price, I went ahead and approve the job. Edwin and his partner showed up on the appointed time literally within one minute of the scheduled time with all the equipment they needed. They set out to do the job, and an hour and 15 minutes later the storm drain was completely unclogged, all debris was picked up and the transaction was finished. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend Warranted Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I rarely see complete 5 stars on Yelp but these guys truly live up to it. I had a leak in my condo and I called Warranted Plumbing Services. Eliel and Jose showed up on the same day and took care of business. They were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Although I am not looking forward to my future plumbing issues, I am looking forward to working with these guys again.

I called Edwin at 8am for emergency sewer backup and he arrived at 8:30am and had my line cleared within 30 minutes! He has previously replaced all fresh water pipes, both old commodes, all faucets, garbage disposal and checked hot water heater. I highly recommend Edwin Rivera from Warranty Plumbing for all plumbing needs. He is honest and prices reasonable unlike a couple of national chain companies.

Had some old water pipes and some undersized drainage lines. Got several estimates to replace a large portion of these. Warranted gave me the most reasonable price and was one of the few that didn't feel like they were trying to upsell everything. They were also the only company that found a fractured drain pipe after going through my crawl space for the estimate.
Once they provided a quote, I was nervous the end bill would be higher because a company could easily say more work was required, but that wasn't the case. Final bill was exactly same as the estimate.
The crew knocked out the work very quickly given the scope and were very meticulous about minimizing dirt throughout the house and cleaning up at the end of the project.
From the initial estimate to the completion of work I was thoroughly impressed with this company.

Toilet was self flushing, they came the next day and fixed it. Toilets are old and need to be replaced so they told me what to measure. No cost and I will definitely use them once I buy the new ones

Our water heater stopped working the night before. The next morning I called for immediate service because it's winter time and my house is full with family from the holidays and we have no hot water. I called the next morning and I got immediate service. Initially they were gonna come between 2-4 then they called and was able to move it up immediately. Luis showed up and he was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the pros and cons of either repairing our current water heater and replacing it. Our current water heater was 9 years old which is the same heater we had when we purchased the house new in 2012, so we came to the conclusion that it was time to replace it. Luis arrived around 10:45. We agreed on a fair price and the new water heater was installed immediately the same day. They were completely done by 1:15pm. 15 minutes later we had hot water again. Great customer service. Will definitely call them again.
