Our water heater went out so I posted a message on yelp to see who could help. Posted the message at 7 pm and these guys replied by 7:05 pm. They came out the next morning at 9 am and gave us clear advice in a very non-pushy way. Gave us all the options and spent time discussing pros and cons. We opted to replace the unit given ours was nearing two decades of use. They immediately purchased the new unit and had it installed by noon. Fantastic. I figured that since they were already here we might as well tackle the ice maker that never worked. They took a look and quickly diagnosed the issue. By 4 pm they had replaced the pipe coming to the fridge, which involved three guys and lots of activity in a very small crawl space. I'll enjoy a hot shower and cold filtered water tonight thanks to this crew. Can't recommend them high enough and will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs.

We needed some toilets and faucets replaced and Luis did a fantastic job. He encountered some hitches with our set-up but took the time to get everything installed beautifully. The price was fair and he made sure everything was clean when he finished. I'll be using them again down the road when the need arises.

He installed a faucet for nearly $200 plus. Three months later it is seriously leaking so we turned off the water and called him. He came and said their was no leak, and any issue was the faucet itself !! Don't think he bothered to turn the water was on. Called him repeatedly, left messages and even offered a little money to come fix it, even though it was brand new, from Costco, and was only ""installed"" three months ago. Very disappointed! This company has been great, they came out the same day I called and repaired a leak caused by a wax ring. They also came out again to re-inspect their repair to ensure it was not leaking again. They have have been very responsive and accommodating, and have also demonstrated great expertise and knowledge in their craft. Their prices are very reasonable as well, I will definitely use them again!

I hired Warranted Plumbing services to install a new water line for a fridge I just purchased. Since the project had a quick turnaround, Luis and team came by about 20mins earlier than the scheduled appointment to take a look at what needed to be done. CALL THEM ASAP! I can't thank Edwin Rivera enough for his professionalism and effectiveness. I called Warranted Plumbing on a Saturday at 1:50pm for a damaged water drain for my new washer and dryer and we couldn't turn our water back on because it was broken so we needed someone ASAP. I called all the companies on I found on yelp and never got a response or too long of a response or even closed. When I called Warranted Plumbing I was told they could be at my house between 2pm and 3pm! He was here within the hour! Gave me a quote for high and low so best or worst outcome! Luckily he said it was an easy fix! in and out within 30 mins and even help me connect my new washer and dryer!!!

If you have an emergency and need quick and good working people, call them!! Edwin was amazing! Thank you!
