Very pleased with the service i received from our plumber Edwin. I called about 10 places and found that warranted plumbing was a reasonable price. My mom had a back up in her kitchen sink. When i called they said someone would be out in about 30 min. 20 min later he was there. After fixing the sink fairly quickly i told him we also had an issue with one of our toilets. After deciding to buy a new one he left to go get one and was back quickly. Edwin seemed very knowledgeable and very polite definitely recommend this plumbing company . fast cheap and friendly will definitely be a return customer. Thanks Edwin!

Needed help for a backup sewer & they gave me a quote right away. They were at my door within 30 mins and got the job done in less than an hour. Came back the next morning and put in an easy access clean out for any future problems. I thought that job was going to take a while but they were done in about 30 mins. Edwin the service tech was on time and explained everything so I knew what would be done. He was great and very courteous. Thank you Edwin for your great service!

I contacted Warranted Plumbing Services, along with two others yesterday, to obtain a quote on fixing a running toilet. Warranted replied in less than 10 minutes. I also received a reply from one of the other plumbers 30 minutes later. Based on other Yelp reviews, I selected Warranted. I was scheduled the same day for an afternoon appointment (free estimate).

Edwin & his apprentice came out to inspect my toilet. Since it was raining, they took their shoes off prior to coming into my home. Both were very professional. Edwin inspected my toilet and informed me of the cause of the constant running. He quoted me a price for repair but also suggested I replace the toilet, as it is very old, and it would be more cost effective. I elected to replace the toilet rather than fixing the old one. Edwin stated he would locate a new toilet and phone with the price, prior to purchasing.

Edwin phoned this afternoon after having located a toilet that would fit under the vanity overhang. The price seemed reasonable, so I authorized him to purchase it. He returned with his apprentice to install the new toilet. In the process, I had him check the shut off valve and it also needed replacing as it, too, was old (I purchased a 30 year old condo with lots of ""original"" parts). Edwin replaced both the old toilet and shut off valve. They both left and I decided to clean up the bathroom a little. In doing so, I noticed the toilet was leaking. I phoned Edwin and he returned the same day to inspect the problem. Turns out the new toilet had a hairline fracture. This caused the toilet to leak every time it was flushed.

Edwin returned the newly installed toilet to the retailer and picked up another one, installing it once again. He checked for leaks in all the usual places including from the bowl area of this one piece toilet. No leaks were detected!

Overall, very professional. I would use Warranted Plumbing again in the future!

I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday and received a response within a couple hours and before any of the other 3 business I reached out to. Edwin was able to come out the next day and check out our issue at no charge. He thoroughly explained the issue and pricing so that I can shop around if I wanted to. I heard from the other 3 businesses shortly after and all 3 prices I received seemed competitive except Edwin gave me a set amount whereas another company gave me an hourly rate (but note that they didn't come in person). Anyways, I chose to work with Edwin because I felt I was making a good, no pressure decision and I was well informed of what was being done. The job just finished and all seems well so far and every was left as it was.

I submitted a request for a quote at about 6pm Tuesday night, 8am Wednesday morning Luis showed up to my house at 8 on the dot which is usually never the case, usually a 3 hour window. Luis gave me the quote to fix my clogged shower drain, and within 45 mins, drain was working perfect and he also cleaned the soap scum around the base of the tub from the standing water before the drain was fixed. Excellent service, highly recommend, Extremely respectful and quick to respond and repair.

Told me they don't charge for diagnosing the problem on the phone and then insisting they have a diagnosing fee of $125 when they arrived on site. They also called my tenant to notify them that the service was cancelled when it wasn't.

Awesome! I woke up to zero hot water this morning and freaked out a little. As a new home owner, this is a new experience for me. I requested estimates from two companies via yelp. Truth be told, I expected the other company to be the one we'd go with. But I got estimates from both and here's why these gentlemen won: 1) Totally know their stuff. Told me all about my POS water heater and gave me clear options; 2) Had the parts! Did the repair right then! 3) Better estimates for this repair and for my future replacements. Highly recommended. I called this morning and was told a tech would be out between 1 & 3 PM. A minute later they called and said they had a cancellation and would come right out.
Edwin & Jose greeted me professionally & personably and explained their rates. I explained my plumbing problem and they assured me they could fix.
The problem was fixed in 30 minutes and they took time to explain what it was they did and how much better it would be. They told me they warranted their work and if I had any problems, to call them and they come right out.
It was a fabulous service and I highly recommend them. Edwin was exceptional!

Called in the morning to get a quote for a replacement water heater with installation, and by late afternoon/evening we had hot water once again! Edwin & Jose came out to give us a very reasonable estimate for the job (cheaper & quicker than the big box stores), then came back to complete installation of our new water heater as promised with proper upgrades per new code regulations.

I'm comforted to know that I've found a reliable plumbing company for my future needs. I'll be recommending them to family & friends as well.
