I am SO glad I used Wally Adams! I called this am at 7:45 because my sink was backed up and it was fully operational by 9:45! WOO HOO. We so underestimate the power of the kitchen sink....this team is phenomenal, communication is very very good, they are so polite and I felt so good that I called them. they also fixed a half aXXXX job that someone done previously and no more leak! This is an update to my last review. When I had to replace my water heater, I asked for a 12 year warranty water heater. I was told, ""They don't make them anymore."" This from a plumber! Later I found a lot of 12 year warranty water heaters that are available. Just terribly disgusted with these people.

These guys are the best. Came out quickly, did everything that was necessary and NOTHING that wasn't, didn't try to upsell or use scare tactics. And best of all, totally reasonable pricing. I couldn't be happier that I found them after having dealt with so many horrible plumbers in Los Angeles. I almost hesitate to post this for fear they'll get too busy, but they deserve the praise. Wally is knowledgable, calm and informative. quick service - here within a few hours, and gone in 30 mins - but in that time i learned about the piping on my house, the ventilation, the exact cause of our problem, and how to approach it in the future. all of this was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand, but also showed complete mastery on his part. he guarantees his work, a real sign that he gets things done right the first time.

Fast, professional, and got the job right the first time. Wally didn't try to add on unnecessary additional work to the estimate like the other plumbers that gave me estimates.

Wally and Steve came by the next day and installed a new clean out and cleared my clogged drain pipe. The job they did was so clean that when they finished the job my yard was so intact that it looked like they weren't even there!

Very professional and gives a fair price for the work. I found my go to plumber and will refer all of my friends, family, and clients!

I have never written a review and hate to write a negative one, but for the sake of people who are at all relying on yelp to find a good plumber, these guys quoted DOUBLE what other plumbers did, sent me to the costliest plumbing supply store and told me a couple of things that I know were not entirely true.

I don't know how they have a perfect rating. Odd... if you know nothing about plumbing - beware!! get another quote!!
