Of note - they also recently beat a competing quote (opening up concrete and pipes and dropping in a liner + new clean out) by $1,900 and did a fantastic job. Also didn't charge me for the camera inspection which the previous bid did for $175.

Great that they were able to come out right away (weekday morning), but are incredibly expensive. Charged $120 for a less than 5 minute snake job (I've usually paid around $80 for the same job). Also, they left my bathroom a mess. Left the ceramic toilet lid in my sink and left poop tracked all over my bathroom floor and even a few spots on my wall. I don't expect plumbers to scrub down and sanitize my bathroom, but I've never had a plumber not be considerate enough to clean up after themselves. It was gross. Definitely will not call again.

These guys are THE BEST! Wally and his team are prompt, friendly and do an excellent job. I had a simple clogged drain that needed to be fixed and Wally showed up and remedied the problem in record time. While here, I showed him an additional job that I heard from another plumber would be super time-consuming and expensive. Wally disagreed. He fixed that problem on the spot, at a reasonable cost and everything works great. I will say it again: THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of meeting Wally and Steve today. Tub was clogged for 2 days and after trying everything to unclog it, we needed professional help. Hubby found Wally on Yelp and read all the great reviews and had to contact him. The job was quickly done and he also let me know what he was doing, what was needed to fix the issue. I wish I'd called Wally sooner! My main line was backing up and, because the last people who rootered it told me I'd need to replace it at great expense, I was trying to delay dealing with it as long as possible. Wally & Steve came out and were great! They got the job done quickly and efficiently and explained that my pipes were fine and wouldn't need replacement anytime soon - such a relief. They did a great job and, while Wally and I settled the reasonable bill, Steve kept my four year old entertained and giggling. I can't say I look forward to my next plumbing proplems, but I am relieved that I know I'll be dealing with these charming professionals when problems do arise.

Wally has been my go-to plumber for over 10 years. I've had him out to do a number of jobs and also recommended him to friends. He's always provided A+ service. I know that things sometimes change over time, and if anything does as it relates to Wally's service, I'll come back to Yelp and amend my review. For now, Wally is on my YES list when it comes to plumbers.

Free at last, free at last, thank God almighty, I'm free from national chain plumbing companies. Me and the wife just bought a new refrigerator and we needed a new water line. I called Wally and they came out the same day. They gave me a great estimate and headed off to purchase the supplies to do the job. I also headed off to get some cash to pay him. He came back in 30 min and was making a glass of water 20 min after that. My man is fast! I gave him a $20 tip without a second thought. They have an emergency number if you find yourself in a pickle after hours. And most importantly, they are staffed by professionals who lives in the neighborhood. I'm soooo glad that my money is staying here and not lining the pockets of shareholders who could give a rip about our local economy. Thanks Wally and next time I'll have some BBQ for ya!
