I called and left a voicemail this morning on Dec 26 figuring most plumbers might be swamped with service requests after the holiday... The other companies I had called were telling me they wouldn't be able to get to me either until late tonight or mid-day tomorrow.

Wally called me right back and was able to send Gary out to my place within an hour. Gary fixed our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the service!

I happened upon a recommendation for Wally on a Facebook group, and am so happy that I did. We've had to call him a few times for different plumbing issues, and he always gets to us quickly, does great and efficient work and is very reasonably priced. He also didn't charge us on one of our visits because the clog had already worked it's way out of our kitchen drain. He's a very nice guy and I recommend him highly.

Of note - they also recently beat a competing quote (opening up concrete and pipes and dropping in a liner + new clean out) by $1,900 and did a fantastic job. Also didn't charge me for the camera inspection which the previous bid did for $175.

Great that they were able to come out right away (weekday morning), but are incredibly expensive. Charged $120 for a less than 5 minute snake job (I've usually paid around $80 for the same job). Also, they left my bathroom a mess. Left the ceramic toilet lid in my sink and left poop tracked all over my bathroom floor and even a few spots on my wall. I don't expect plumbers to scrub down and sanitize my bathroom, but I've never had a plumber not be considerate enough to clean up after themselves. It was gross. Definitely will not call again.
