I found Wally Adams services on Nextdoor.com and he was the most recommended plumber in the neighborhood. So I gave it a try, called him in the evening, explained our problem, and next morning he was already here, inspected thoroughly and instantaneously found where the problem was, for free.
He is the plumber you should go to, he is knowledgeable and honest.

Asked for a quote, said he was off (although, he was messaging me back and forth) and would give me a quote the next day. I gave him a price based on what I've been charged in the past and he said no. Of course, I found someone else who has 5 stars and is coming on Wednesday for that price. Just was too relaxed on giving me a quote and definitely doesn't seem like he wants a job. Well, found someone who does.

Wally's the Best! I found Wally on Yelp maybe a year ago (2018). I needed to get a sewer pipe rooter'd out, it was full of tree roots. Wally was there within the hour and did a great job! Fast forward 8 months or so, needed the same service so I called Wally back, since he'd done such a great job the first time. It only took his worker what seemed like minutes and he was done. Three months after that last visit (earlier this week), the pipe stopped draining again. We knew the problem was a tree right next to the pipe leading to the house. I asked Wally if he could fix the pipe problem once and for all, instead of having him come out every few months. He said ""Sure!"" So the next morning he came out, they pulled out the tree, cut some concrete, dug a big trench uncovering the pipe, replaced it, checked and made sure everything was working properly. Poured concrete and returned the next day to check on it.

The day after all this, Wally contacted me to see if everything was still OK. I mean, who does that nowadays? Good people, like Wally. He cares about his work and the customers as well. And the charges are very reasonable!

My friend's comment to Wally about me, ""If she didn't like you, she wouldn't call you back."" 100%! (Hope this wasn't too long.)

I've had Wally out to my house a couple of times in the last few years. He strikes me as very knowledgeable and honest, and genuinely concerned about his customers. Would hire him again if I had another issue!

What a wonderful find on yelp. Wally was very prompt, professional and honest. It's difficult to find someone who is honest and won't take you for a ride. But he was awesome.
