Wally spent two hours trying to clear the drain of my bathtub before he discovered it was not a clog but a bigger (nightmare) plumbing problem. Not only did he refuse my offer to pay him for the time he spent at my house that day (he didn't charge me because he couldn't clear my drain) but he showed up the next morning to explain to the plumber what he had observed the previous day so the plumber wouldn't have to retrace his steps!

I am astonished by his work ethic.

Also, as other people have noted, Wally is very handsome.

Wally has been my plumber for many years, and I wouldn't call anyone else. He's very experienced, knows everything there is to know about pipes, water, and old houses. He never tries to upsell you on expensive, unnecessary procedures, always tries to find the most affordable way to solve the problem. And a big bonus: he and his partner are really nice.

This review looks like it will be quite repetitious and there's a good reason why. Wally is one of those guys that had my trust just seconds after meeting. Being from the midwest myself (where good service and manners are hammered into our brains) I could tell that he wasn't going to give us anything that we didn't need, he has always had our best interest ever since. Excellent service-he has always answered our calls and shows up quick! Humble and very polite~this guy is truly a class act. As a newly licened realator I want my clients to have only the best, I really can't say enough about the quality of service he provides. OH and Ladies (and gents ;) he is also VERY handsome, he will change your vision of 'plumber butt' forever!

Wally Adams is the absolute best - I can't recommend this company highly enough!
He responds to texts and phone calls in a timely manner. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and HONEST. I had received quotes from 2 other plumbers who had recommended complete replacement on a toilet. Wally came out, assessed what the REAL problem was, and fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price.
He also did a re-pipe for our kitchen sink. Again, great communication, on time, and fixed it fast! He even replaced an unrelated supply line that he noticed was starting to crack - free of charge!

I called and left a voicemail this morning on Dec 26 figuring most plumbers might be swamped with service requests after the holiday... The other companies I had called were telling me they wouldn't be able to get to me either until late tonight or mid-day tomorrow.
