I love these guys, I thought I had some serious issues with my water heater but all I needed was an adjustment on the ventilation pipe, and he didn't charge me a thing for the service call. I picked this company because it's in my home town (local business patronage is always a good thing) and they had the highest rating on Yelp (I can see why). I plan on using this company for all my future plumbing needs, I loved their honesty and professionalism and they didn't smell bad either... Thanks Wally and Steve....

Wally just left my house after unclogging my kitchen sink. He came the day I called him, and arrived when he said he would. They worked quickly and repaired the problem. He was friendly, knowledgable, and I can say with certainty that I have found my new plumber. Don't bother with anyone else!

This review is very late, but nonetheless very well deserved. We had just moved into our new house last year and had several visitors staying with us when the drains started to back up. We're talking toilets that wouldn't flush and back flowing showers. How embarrassing to have this happen in front of visitors in our new home. We called Wally and he came over within an hour to help clear the main pipe and everything was A-OK. When the sewer line clogged again about a week later, Wally came back the same day, after hours, and snaked the line again free of charge. Everything has been great since. Wally was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most of all, reliable.

I called these guys because of their great reviews. They're good guys, both of them. I had two other guys come in to give me an estimate before I called Wally and Steve. The other plumbers who came to fix my leaky shower faucet claimed the job would be timely and expensive. Wally and Steve arrived and within 15 minutes, explained exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, what they needed, and how much it would cost. They lived up to every word they said. The next time I need plumbers, I will call them first.

Called my ""go to"" guys this morning... Due to having problems with lighting my very old water heater. They showed up in 10mins.

As it turned out the reason was the earthquake shut off valve was triggered... And hence to gas. Wally didnt charge me for the call. Thanks, Wally!!

I found Wally Adams by Googling ""plumbing service for Eagle Rock"" & his business listing on ""Yelp"" came up. With all the five star reviews from 21 other people including some fellow Eagle Rock residents I figured he had to be my best bet. After seeing his YouTube video on his web site I was sold and gave him a call. He said he'd be there in 35-40 mins and he was here in 25. They unclogged my kitchen sink in less than 30 mins. I appreciate their professionalism and Wally & his partner Steve (who also lives in the area) on top of everything else are very cordial. I forgot I didn't have any cash so luckily they take checks. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs fast, honest and reasonably priced plumbing service.

If you ever have a plumbing problem, look no further than Wally Adams Rooter and Plumbing. This is the second time I called Wally out to my house. I had a sewage line
that was plugged and needed someone to check it out. I called Wally in the morning and he answered right away. He said he had a morning that was fully booked but he would be out to my house in the afternoon. Sure enough, Wally and Steve showed up ready to get down to business. They snaked the plugged sewage line and charged me a fair price. Anyone else would have charged me to replace the whole sewage line. Wally is someone I trust to solve any plumbing problem at my house. It's a shame that very few people in the plumbing business in my experience provide a service where the customer feels he or she is not being ripped off. Wally's business is one that I support and recommend to anyone who needs an honest assessment for all of their plumbing needs. Thanks Wally and Steve for a great job!

Wally was great: on time, efficient, clear and friendly. I called; texted some pictures of my plumbing issue, and he came by a couple hours later and solved the problem at a totally reasonable price. Will absolutely hire Wally again for plumbing issues!
