Yesterday Wallner plumbing installed a new gas water heater in my home. It was easy to get a quote, and set up an appointment at a convenient time. Tony arrived right on time, assessed the job and got to work. He was friendly, professional and kept me informed as the project was in process. He completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned everything, even cleaned the tub where he drained the water from the old water heater. The charge was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Wallner Plumbing was recommended and I am so thankful for that recommendation. I am happy to pass on my recommendation. I feel very confident that if I have any other plumbing needs I will definitely call them. Thank you!

We have used Wallner Plumbing for over 30 years and never been disappointed. We had this weird vibration that came when we used a sink or toilet. A bit scary. Tony came and identified the problem immediately. It was a faulty reduction valve. He replaced it and used all PEX plus added a full house shut off valve. He also identified a problem with a couple of our toilets that just needed a new flapper. Quick, perfect job, no mess and the price was much less than we expected. Hard to beat.

Wallner is just THE BEST. Tony came in to hook up new sink, faucets, and change out a toilet. He arrived on time, worked super efficiently, and doesn't finish until he knows things are 'right'. We were impressed! His van is like a rolling plumbing shop stocked with just about anything needed to do the job (and our job had a couple of challenges that he could solve thanks to the great inventory of spare parts, gaskets, piping that they carry). On top of it all, Tony has a great attitude. We and about four of our neighbors have used Wallner over the years and we continue to get such top-notch service. It is SO NICE to know who we'll call for any plumbing needs. Tony, thanks again for the great service you gave to us. You're appreciated!

After service was treated like an idiot. Told us we were turning off faucet to hard. Only use pinkie pressure. Went on you tube and bought a $20 tool and fixed myself in 5 mins. My problem was not High enough priority for them to return and complete the repair.

Really great service. They helped with doing my upstairs remodel. It was Tony and young gun that I don't remember his name. They did a great job, great attitude, very easy to work with and reliable. I will certainly be using them again for future jobs. I felt the price was fair the service they provided which is rare in Woodinville and the surrounding area. Called to fix two leaky toilets, a leaky tub, and two leaky outside faucets. They were able to give me a quote over email based on pictures, then came out to fix the problem. Once they assessed everything in person, the final bill came out at half the original estimate. I'm sure it could go either way depending on the work that was needed, but the fact that they will revise downward points to integrity. Will update when I see how the repairs hold, but right now I'm thrilled!
