Wallner Plumbing is PHENOMENAL. Every time they do work at my Mother's home, I am more and more impressed. Their patience, straightforward communication, explanations, kindness AND extreme promptness is unparalleled. No joke. My Mother said today that she felt they treat her like family and I almost cried. She is not easily impressed and I never in a million years thought I'd hear her say something like this. I can't thank Wallner enough for the huge relief and comfort that their efforts bring. Truly!!!

Excellent service. Tony replaced a valve necessary for our dishwasher and repaired a leaking faucet. Reasonable rates. Prompt and responsive. Wallner will be the next plumbing service we call.

I guess business must be so great that you can't bother to respond to any of my requests for service. I first sent a message through Angie's List, which you didn't respond to (yet the two other businesses did respond). Then, I called and left a voice mail, again no call back or response. Maybe you didn't feel my job was ""big"" enough to waste your time, who knows. One of the other businesses that responded got my business and completed the work. I can finally throw away your business card that I've kept all these years because I will no longer be contacting you for my plumbing needs.

I had to replace the main water supply pipe between the meter by the street and the inlet of the house. We called Wallner and a couple other plumbing companies to provide some price quotes. Tony of Wallner came to take a look and then quickly provided a couple options via email. We chose the inexpensive option which requires me to do the digging. Tony gave me useful instructions to perform the digging. When it came time for the installation, Tony showed up in the morning on time and then finished up the job sharp on time as he had indicated, which was very helpful for me since I had to take the morning off from work. The job that Tony did was very good, he is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I am so glad that my wife found this company. The other plumbers' quotes are 20 to 40% higher. One of them even said ""the rental rates in your area are so high, my quote is reasonable"" as if the plumbing rate is determined by the rental rate of the area; I immediately rejected his quote.

We had both Stephen and his son Adam out for two different jobs. They were both on time, professional and competent. Stephen helped us hook up a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Adam replaced an old shutoff valve and rerouted some pipes to move it higher for easier access. We were very pleased with their work.

I needed a new gas line installed for an outdoor grill. They responded quickly to E-Mail query for a new quote, unlike most other plumbers who were contacted and never replied. Showed up on time for the quote and when we chose them they completed the work on time and within the quoted price. A few weeks later we thought there was a problem with the work that was done and they responded quickly to come out and fix the issue. It turned out to be a problem on our end but they didn't bill for the house call or time spent investigating it. Made a yelp account literally to just make this review.

Wallner Plumbing was great! Needed my leaking hot water tank replaced. It is built into a wall 6 foot up in my garage. Was a bigger job than estimated over the phone and took both the father and son but they did a great job quickly AND stuck to the original estimate. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

They billed almost double from the original quote and would not honor the original quote. They indicated my renter had approved a new verbal quote, but did not provide a revised quote prior to performing the work.

I am so grateful to have found this company! They came on time, the guy was perfectly professional and worked very quickly and efficiently. They re-installed a dishwasher, fixed a toilet that was making a funny sound post-flush, diagnosed and fixed a leaky hose under my sink, inspected the hook up of an ice maker line - all in one hour. They charge a reasonable rate and were very honest. It's a family business and they don't advertise much, but don't skip them because of the lack of hype / reviews. I almost used a co. that has 5 stars on yelp (it has Forest in the name), but he quoted me an outrageous rate compared to Waller. I think Waller could be the last honest and knowledgeable plumbing company.
