After getting cancellations Over multiple days, from two other plumbing companies contracted by our home warranty company, we called Wallner plumbing and they came out the same day. Bob Hollowell was my plumbing angel! He was very respectful and gracious to let me ask questions and be his helper. He worked and worked on our clogged mainline drain in the pouring rain until he found the problem. Told me to feel free to call if we wanted to ask him anymore questions as my husband wasn't there when he serviced the mainline. I had another plumbing problem today and I called Wallner and requested Bob! They accommodated my preference, quoted me $145 and are sending someone out in a couple of hours. From now on will be calling Wallner for all of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs!

My A/C went down last summer, over the July 4th break and I couldn't get ahold of the company I regularly use. Wallner's called me back that day, and had someone out within hours. I was freaking out because I know emergency calls can be quite pricey but with small children and triple digits I had no choice. The service tech was incredibly nice, was able to fix the issue same day, and the bill (I feel) was very reasonable. He also updated me on some options if it goes out again which I was very grateful for. He went beyond just ""fixing"" the issue. I highly recommend.

This review is for the online appointment system. Don't bother. Sent a request early in the AM so they would have it before the phone calls started. What a waste of time. No follow-up at all. I had to call them, then got the excuse that they were swamped with phone calls and could not get to my needs until the following day. Prompt service - phooey.

Wallner installed our a/c-heat combo on our roof 4 years ago and did a fabulous job....Today we took advantage of the special they have been advertising to service a/c units...Doug came and did a fantastic job..he performed this job throughly...from replacing the air filter to cleaning the grill etc...he was friendly and courteous..(even to our dog) and he left the job site clean...We appreciate him and we now have peace of mind our unit is running good as well as cleaned....We would recommend Wallner and especially Doug ....he is a wonderful asset to the Wallner team!

Wallner Plumbing Heating and Air is the best!! Had a non-working air conditioner in the 100 + degree heat...Called the office and had very helpful, friendly service and Andy was there in no time and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes! Couldn't ask for a more friendly and efficient technician! Thank you Wallner Plumbing!

Seemed friendly and courteous both in the office and the technician. But never got back to me with quote for repairs, even after 3 calls. Would have used them without even comparing quote but now will never use them since real customer service has shown itself.

Called for service due to the garbage disposal needing replacement. This was a return visit, because they had replaced our Water Heater. The quality of the job for the water heater was well done, but seemed quite expensive. Upon this second visit, the technician charged us $525 for changing out the garbage disposal. He did not give us a quote before replacing the unit. I was quite surprised at the amount charged, but paid the fee. That evening I researched the cost of the disposal online, which was $118. Which meant we were charged over 400$ for labor. I called the next day and was not able to reach anyone. On the second time I reached someone they put me in contact with the person that made the repair. We exchanged words and I left the conversation quite frustrated. The owner then contacted me and said I would be reimbursed around $125 due to the fact the technician did not give us a quote.
We have called to try to have someone come look at the job as we are still dealing with water leaking under the sink, but now hesitate to use them due to past excessive charges, experience as well as poor quality of work.

While the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, I felt the charges for changing a capacitor in my air conditioner was excessive. I contacted their customer service department and received a reasonable refund .

Wallnerr comes through again. Plumber Daren Clay did service work on my HVAC unit yesterday: totally professional, knew what he was doing. Yearly service is done and we are ready for summer. Appointment was made and he was here within a few minutes of scheduled time. Good job!
