They deserve Zero stars.... This is the worst Company l have ever dealt with... They sold us an A/C unit that broke down and they could not fix it! They tried multiple times to find and fix the coolant leaks and failed. I wouldn't recommend this Company to my worst enemy..... Don't use them!!!!

Horrible. Fixed the leak by stuffing 3 washers in the faucet so the shower didn't work, something a handyman would do. Didn't give a quote until after he did that. Over 200. charge. He said if he actually fixed it, it would cost over 800. I regret using this company.

The day before our home sold, in the night, we found out there was a leak. Making matters worse, we were not home! We had moved out.

Coordinating with the realtor, us, and the emergency plumber, they stopped the water from doing major damage and retuned the next morning to fix the leak.

They even helped us by calling our insurance so we could be covered... On the last day we owned the house!

They were so helpful. You can trust their work and their professionalism.

Again Wallner plumbing to the rescue. My A/C went out and Andy to the rescue. Turned out to be a Freon leak, small but caused a lot of discomfort in this hot weather. Thank you again for your prompt courteous service.

I would like to thank bob and Scott for the great job they did for me in replacing my faulty plumbing it was a very difficult and complicated job they worked hard for two days in the heat under difficult conditions, they were pleasant and professional I will always use Wallners as long as I live in Redding !

After getting cancellations Over multiple days, from two other plumbing companies contracted by our home warranty company, we called Wallner plumbing and they came out the same day. Bob Hollowell was my plumbing angel! He was very respectful and gracious to let me ask questions and be his helper. He worked and worked on our clogged mainline drain in the pouring rain until he found the problem. Told me to feel free to call if we wanted to ask him anymore questions as my husband wasn't there when he serviced the mainline. I had another plumbing problem today and I called Wallner and requested Bob! They accommodated my preference, quoted me $145 and are sending someone out in a couple of hours. From now on will be calling Wallner for all of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs!

My A/C went down last summer, over the July 4th break and I couldn't get ahold of the company I regularly use. Wallner's called me back that day, and had someone out within hours. I was freaking out because I know emergency calls can be quite pricey but with small children and triple digits I had no choice. The service tech was incredibly nice, was able to fix the issue same day, and the bill (I feel) was very reasonable. He also updated me on some options if it goes out again which I was very grateful for. He went beyond just ""fixing"" the issue. I highly recommend.

This review is for the online appointment system. Don't bother. Sent a request early in the AM so they would have it before the phone calls started. What a waste of time. No follow-up at all. I had to call them, then got the excuse that they were swamped with phone calls and could not get to my needs until the following day. Prompt service - phooey.
