Walleys went through several design revisions with me to work out the best system for heating and cooling our home. The job had some challenges because of how our home was built, and they were particularly good about custom solutions. We're very happy with the end product, and working with them has been great. I can't thank these guys enough for squeezing us in and getting our new furnace installed in a days notice during the peak of Winter. It's wonderful to have heat back after not having it for 2 days. Have 2 HVAC systems installed almost 2 years now, I waited for a more long term perspective to write a review. They have been consistent and responsive tuning my systems to my existing ductwork. I would definitely call them first if I want to change another system and have referred friends to them as well.

I couldn't say enough great things about Wally's. I own a 3500 sq ft business with two older HVAC units. I was having issues with both units and had already invested funds into a few service visits with another HVAC service company. I was looking at pricey quotes for more work and parts with two units not working when I decided to get a second opinion. Based on yelp reviews I tried Wally's. They sent Christian to me, who was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and repaired both units for under $500 in short time. I was shocked. Since then, they are always quick to respond when I need them. Christian has always been able to correct the issues I'm having quickly, making sure I understand what he did or what may need to be done in the future. Their office team is also friendly, professional and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wally's.

I used Walley's to fix up some pipes in my house and i was blown away by the professionalism. Not only was scheduling the service a breeze, the customer service I received was top notch. I got a confirmation call the day before the service and a follow up call once the service was complete. The office staff did an amazing job. Now the Techs that arrives were professional and very courteous of my home. They were in and out about 25 minutes and came prepare to complete the job. I was blown away by the service I received and i'd recommend this fantastic Heating and A/C company to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

Their customer service was informative and courteous. Wally was good at responding to emails. However, their quotes were significantly higher than other HVAC places. On two separate quotes for various jobs, one was 1k more and another quote was 3x as much (and this particular job took 45 minutes to complete by the company I went with rather than a half day as Wally had predicted). Since I ultimately went with another company, I can't say how good their work is, but would recommend getting a couple of quotes from different companies before proceeding.

Not sure what company you all are reviewing.. But when I called this am - they only wanted to ""diagnose"" the problem (small amt water by furnace in basement) for $149 - couldn't book appt to service the furnace or the a/c -THAT, according to our phone conversation, is another SEPARATE call out! ... It was a very weird conversation. I'll look elsewhere for a company that makes sense.

Walley's crew is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Recently I had a small oil drip not long after my annual cleaning. I called Walley and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house ASAP and fix the problem. Christian and Spencer are awesome!

Back in 2013 I had an HTP Superstor Indirect installed by Walley to replace an inefficient tankless coil. Walley's quote was competitive and included a high quality circulator, larger diameter piping from the boiler, a cold start HydraLevel module, and new expansion tank. The other guys were more expensive and were planning to do a ""good enough"" install with far less upgrades.
