Their customer service was informative and courteous. Wally was good at responding to emails. However, their quotes were significantly higher than other HVAC places. On two separate quotes for various jobs, one was 1k more and another quote was 3x as much (and this particular job took 45 minutes to complete by the company I went with rather than a half day as Wally had predicted). Since I ultimately went with another company, I can't say how good their work is, but would recommend getting a couple of quotes from different companies before proceeding.

Not sure what company you all are reviewing.. But when I called this am - they only wanted to ""diagnose"" the problem (small amt water by furnace in basement) for $149 - couldn't book appt to service the furnace or the a/c -THAT, according to our phone conversation, is another SEPARATE call out! ... It was a very weird conversation. I'll look elsewhere for a company that makes sense.

Walley's crew is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Recently I had a small oil drip not long after my annual cleaning. I called Walley and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house ASAP and fix the problem. Christian and Spencer are awesome!

Back in 2013 I had an HTP Superstor Indirect installed by Walley to replace an inefficient tankless coil. Walley's quote was competitive and included a high quality circulator, larger diameter piping from the boiler, a cold start HydraLevel module, and new expansion tank. The other guys were more expensive and were planning to do a ""good enough"" install with far less upgrades.

Walley's performed a full replacement on an aged outdoor package unit (combo AC and Propane Heat system) at our home in southern NH.

I garnered a handful of quotes from competing providers during the process. With Walley's I cut to the chase they understood exactly what I wanted to do with the project.

They came in on the money and replaced the system like clockwork.

And their followup and organizational practices are near perfect.

Walley's is a professional, friendly, and fair company. I had an issue with my AC unit and called them to take a look at it. Walley showed up on time, greeted me well, and was ready to tackle the job. He was very informative and explained ALL of my options, not just the most expensive ones. He did what he could and the job was very reasonably priced. I am going to need a new unit sometime in the nearer future as mine is approaching 16 years in age rapidly. This is an expensive investment and not only did he speak to me about an estimate so I knew what I was looking at, he gave me options that would potentially lower the price by a great deal. I will absolutely be calling them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

After having issues with the last HVAC company I was dealing with, i called Walley's after finding them on my A/C units' manufacturing site as a recommended local contractor. From the moment I called Walley's, I felt comfortable in my decision to switch companies. Savannah answered all the questions I had, and set me up with an appt.. Christian ( the Dr.) was very friendly and knowledgable and explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. The good, the bad, and the ugly... Any and all situations. Thankfully for us, it turned out not to be as bad as we thought. The price is the best, of all the companies (ok only 2 others but..) I've dealt with. They are my new Go-To HVAC company! Extremely satisfied with Walley's! See ya next year...

Over the summer during a heat wave my central air went out and I needed someone in a hurry. Wallys provided excellent and quick service. Then in the fall, my furnace needed replacing and Wally's took care of it with fast, friendly service. Their follow up is excellent! They kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of the services they offer.

Walley's installed a new furnace, A/C coil and condenser and hot water heater within 2 days. They were very professional, prompt and respectful of my property. They covered the furniture and carpet as well as their shoes. They were very patient and agreed to install a furnace that I had researched that they normally don't install. They are very customer service oriented. I almost went with a company that has been around for 21 years, however, I did not receive the quality of service and follow-up that I did with Walley's. Walley Jr., who works in sales, as well as the installers were all very professional. The owner, Walley, Sr., is hands on and came by to help the installers. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for future maintenance.
