Dave was amazing! We called him last minute to see if he'd be available to be what we thought would be a straightforward job of hooking up water to our fridge. After analysis it was a much more complicated job since our new home had some not so standard/ jacked plumbing. Dave was able to make it work and fixed a few other things in the house before he left. Great guy and super nice. I will definitely use him from now on!

David is the best! I started using him years ago because I had several friends who were clients and they raved about him. He just came to my house on a Sunday morning to fix a broken shower (I couldn't turn the water off). He cares so much and he is just so nice. He was very responsive, came out quickly, and fixed our problem. I can't recommend him enough. It is rare to find a home repair person who has such an amazing work ethic and who cares so much about customer service.

Dave did a great job for me on a Sunday, no questions asked, after two other plumbers could not solve a fairly simple problem. Showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done and why, did the work and tidied up at a fair price. And a good guy to boot. Highly recommended.

David is as good as it gets! On two separate occasions showed up on time and did great work. Once installing a new sink fixture and applying new putty around the edges. A second time stopping a leak by removing all the hardware and replacing all the washers etc. On the second visit David also exhibited his handyman skills fixing two gates and a door that wouldn't shut. David is my first call for all my plumbing needs and sometime more.

David is solid. When I first found him on Yelp, I couldn't understand how he could have five stars. But after he replaced my water heater, I understand.

From the very first phone call, he was unique among the places I called. Another plumber promised to call back to schedule something; I left a message on the voicemail of another. David answered the call himself. He was pretty busy over the next few days and suggested another plumber might get to it sooner, but then he said, ""Well, tell me what's going on. Maybe I can point you in the right direction.""

He gave me some advice on what to look for in a water heater, and then could do it in the next day or two depending on when I could get the replacement water heater delivered. David even quoted me over the phone. He was up-front with his pricing and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.

I called him a couple of times to ask about water waters--if I should get a different size, if the brand mattered, etc.--and he patiently discussed my options with me each time.

We scheduled the service for today, and he showed up when he said he would. He answered other questions I had about tank vs. tankless water heaters. He did the work in the amount of time he said it would take, and even fixed the top of my water heater enclosure to ensure water doesn't get in.

He did a good job and--more importantly--put my mind at ease from the very beginning. He did solid work and he was patient. You really can't find a better plumber.

Dave was just great ! Showed up on time, did the work, very patiently explained everything, and did a fantastic job of diagnosing a hard-to-find leak. As far as I am concerned my search for a plumber is over. I will most definitely be calling him again.

I called David Wallace, a plumber, based on a recommendation from someone on peachhead. Thank you so much for the recommendation but I will definitely not be using him. I was upset by the fact that he refused to come to my house and look at everything and give me an estimate. Instead, he told me to explain my issues over the phone and would give me a quote/estimate that way. I'm not a plumber but it seems to me to really know what's going on, so that you can give a reliable estimate, one would have to come and look at the problems to make a determination of exactly what/how things need to be fixed based on the specifics of the plumbing in that house. The fact that he wouldn't come over does not sit well with me and so I won't be using him.
