David is the absolute best. Not because he's honest, talented or kind (though he most certainly is all of those things). He's the best because he genuinely cares.

David's worked on a few projects for me: repairing a noisy toilet, changing out all of the hardware in my kitchen, and taking a look at my plumbing to make sure all was in order. He did all of those things thoroughly, efficiently and professionally, and followed up with me to make sure all was in working order after the jobs were done.

David is one of a kind. If I ever have an issue or a project, he's my first call.

We highly recommend Wallace Plumbing. David is friendly, professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. We needed a pipe replaced under our bathroom sink. The job ended up being more involved than we had described, but David performed the repair perfectly. He even cleared a slow drainage problem we had been experiencing for years. And being a true perfectionist, David reconsidered a part he had used and asked to come back the next day (Saturday) and replaced the part 100% free of charge. Who does that?

After searching for a local plumber, I found David on Yelp. I like the fact that he was a one-man business and advertised that he was vaccinated. He also reached out to me in the evening and he came on time the next day. David took care of a Toto toilet's hissing fill valve and replaced a vanity sink. During the two hour process, he also educated me on various plumbing issues around the house, including replacing the washing machine hoses, not replacing the older stop valves under the kitchen sink, and how to maintain tension on the angle stops. David is a very competent, respectful, and easy to get along with. He doesn't do unnecessary work, he doesn't talk your head off, and he isn't messy. Hope this helps.

David got in touch quickly, got to our house quickly and was able to replace our broken dish disposal a lot faster than I would have anticipated. He also advised us on the replacement unit model and size. He's friendly, efficient, and was very communicative. The new dish disposal is working great now and we'll hire him again the next time we need some plumbing help.

David was able to provide same-day service to fix a leaking outdoor spigot. From David, I learned the culprit was electrolysis. The previous plumber used two dissimilar metals, causing one piece to corrode and lead to the leak. He clearly provided my options on how to resolve the leak and ensured I understood the work performed. He had to work in a tight space too because the electrician placed a box tightly adjacent to the spigot.

I would undoubtedly use David again for future plumbing needs. Wonderful overall experience - from scheduling, the work itself, and the reasonable rate.
