This company was paid in full for a sump pump and hot water heater. One month ether installing the new parts, the system failed. A technician came out and tried to say there is not under warranty because the water heater flooded and wanted to charge me again. I did not fall for it because you guys put in supposedly a new sump pump and a new hot water heater so how would it fail? Currently, I've been waiting at home for two days for them to come service the unit. They have never shown up and every time I call them to see why they have not shown up they tell me the technician is at another job before mine and he is on the way. He must have spent the night at those jobs because he has never shown up. my guess is that they have their money so the hell with it the customer. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Confirmed an appointment for today and no one showed up. They confirmed that they knew that today was Labor Day and that they would be here! Called several times and was told each time that my call was being escalated. They must have escalated it to their walrus mascot (who cannot call back because he has flippers). Suggest calling a local company and not this franchisee. Zero stars and still sweating it out.

Great work the two plumbers did. BUT the Salesman overcharged us big time. We got confused with all the pricing and information the salesman kept telling us. I told him we were very confused. (We are seniors) he was pushy .... Telling us how inexpensive Waldrop was .... Etc... we ended up paying over $1200 for a not high priced new toilet ... the shut off valve & line alone was $300. We never saw invoice with all broken down u til I checked our email. We also got a new water pressure valve which ran $800. The salesman scared us that it was beginning to wear out and if it did our floor would have to be busted up because it ran through the front of house to garage. Pressure was 110. The Salesman pushed to have work done that day ! I guess he did not want us to cancel ... we wanted a different toilet and he said it would cost more to install and they would have to order it .... We ended up getting same toilet we had installed last year from Lowe's. The plumbers were professional but the Salesman... not honest. Rating our experience with the Salesman below. The plumbers we give 5 stars.

I had the worst experience with Waldrup Plumbing and Heating and urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Our TXV part failed, and their technician, Clark, insisted the entire condenser needed replacing but refused to provide an estimate for a new system. Clark returned alone, took a lunch break before finishing, and warned us about freon theft. Later, our AC wasn't cooling, and we found freon caps in the yard.Clark came back late, got confrontational, called my husband a liar, and drove away without fixing anything. We spoke to Esther, who rescheduled, but they canceled and refused service due to the altercation. Clark also made inappropriate sexual innuendos, making us uncomfortable.We discovered water dripping onto the AC's wires and had to call the Holly Springs fire department, who confirmed the fire risk. Waldrup hung up on the HVAC specialist from the fire department. Another technician found the condenser improperly installed. Waldrup's incompetence and unprofessionalism were infuriating. Avoid them at all costs.

First let me say we did not hire Waldrop so my stars are for the fact that they are overpriced and the sales person said """"you can afford it...I can tell"""". We got a Trane system installed for less than half of what they quoted and could not give any reason other than they have engineers. We did call the salesperson and told him he did not get the business. He was a nice guy but you don't tell people the reason you are charging them 3x as much is because they can afford it. In this economy Waldrop would be better off at least competing with the other companies prices.

Our A/C quit working the other night. My husband got us an appt for the next day. Our technician Chase was very nice and did a great job checking for issue's. He had a problem he hadn't seen before so he came back with his manager and he confirmed the problem. Both were extremely polite and we have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend.

My water heater stopped working. The technician said I needed a new water heater. I let him replace it for 2,500, and STILL had no hot water for 2 days after the replacement. They sent another tech out a few days later, and he said the my issue was electrical. I replaced a breaker myself and have had no issues with hot water since. A simple fix ended up costing thousands, all because the original tech wasn't thorough with his diagnosis, even after I paid an expensive diagnostic fee. Waldrop stood behind the original employee and only offered a $130 refund. This happened a few months ago, but I was just reminded about how upset I was because a lady named Esther, from their office, just called and left a message about scheduling someone to come out and perform a maintenance check on my air conditioner for $79. So that $79 can turn into another thousand dollar upsell? No ma'am!! I hate it when companies take advantage of those who don't know enough to question what they recommend. That's dirty. And although I can't do anything about it at this point, I'll make sure others know my experience so that they can at least make an informed decision. It's not my desire to get anything for free, neither do I want to needlessly hurt a business. However, my experience wasn't good...and they shouldn't be able to just get away with it.

Technician blatantly lied regarding parts being replaced, pricing kept obscure until after payment, significantly more expensive than competitors. Management states they have now way to address such issues after the service has been performed. Even with waived dispatch fees will still be substantially more expensive than competitors, would not recommend this company.

Had two online chat requests for ventilation work on bath/dryer vent exhausts. Company did/could not respond with email quote (Apr-2024). Telemarketing calls occurred instead. Despite chat agent assurances, and full read-back of quote request, after contacting company fourth time, the response was, """"nothing on record for you"""" and they """"don't do that type of work."""" Very unprofessional. Not Customer oriented. No personal service. Totally wasted online experience. My time is now happily spent warning others to never utilize Waldrop services.

Totally unprofessional. Lack luster communications. No emergency services. Sold me a unit twice the size of what I needed for my home. Ridiculously expensive!!!
