The service is pathetic . I dont know what happened to customer service. It was awful from the start I wanted several of my 15 year old units replaced and man they were a big let down. The phone operator or representative was awful and you can tell how phoney she was. You cant give me a time, you can't give me a day well you can't give me service then . I'll take my 4 brand new unit buying self elsewhere thank you. So rude, but the company is losing alot of customers.

Our heat went out on Christmas Day. Had our logs on when we went to sleep. Decided to turn them off because of safety issues. Called Waldrop heating and air at about 1:00am. Keep in mind we have a newborn baby. They said a 24hr technician would call us. Technician called 30 min later. The guy asked what was the problem. I said our heat went out. He then sat in silence for about 2 min waiting for me to respond. He got an attitude and said, """"Well you called us at 1:00am so what can I do for you."""" I said, """"You could help us with our heat not working."""" He then proceeded to get an attitude by expressing that it was a burden that we called him. The website said 24hr emergency service. He then said he would call back in the morning. We did not answer because the tech acted was a douche bag. So we called someone else and they were happy to help us. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND WALDROP HEATING AND AIR TO ANYONE. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Well at least the people we talked to were. I'm sure not everyone is like that at at Waldrop.

After """"routine"""" maintenance on our service contract, a salesman came out and gave a price quotation on one of our units. Before the service call, both units were working fine. After a few hours, I noticed the temperature in the house continued to rise although both units were running. I called about this and was told a technician would be out the next day. I decided to look around for myself. I found that the power to both the units outside was disconnected. I don't know if this was negligence or a ploy to make me more eager to buy a new system. Waldrop will NOT get anymore of my business and I have requested a refund for the remainder of my service contract.

Better get everything in writing charged me 89.00 service to tell me my a/c unit need to be replaced sent out a sales rep to quote us a price and he told us they will not charge us the service if we went with them and even told us they will give my son a referral fee for recommend them to us because he had them installed his new unit we have never heard anything back from them I call the office and told the lady I need to talked to Ken the guy that cam out to quote us to call me and told her what we were told . Got charged for the 1st service any way and my son never got his referral form them As far as I know the guys that installed did a great job but their guy that quoted the job is a lie teller Don't believe him at all for this I would NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL

I called on a Thursday after coming home from work and realizing the 2nd floor AC unit wasn't working. I gave them my contact information and was told that they would call the next day (Friday) with technician availability. Around 10AM the next day hadn't heard from anyone so I called and was told that they had been very busy and dispatch would be calling. Dispatch then called immediately after and said they would be keeping me updated throughout the day. It is now Saturday and I never heard from anyone again. I cancelled my request with Waldrop and will be contacting another company. Very disappointed.

Our A/C quit working the other night. My husband got us an appt for the next day. Our technician Chase was very nice and did a great job checking for issue's. He had a problem he hadn't seen before so he came back with his manager and he confirmed the problem. Both were extremely polite and we have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend.

Big shout out to Bob from Waldrop who came for my service call today. One never knows who is going to show up on these calls. He looked """"experienced"""", but it turns out he really knew his stuff. He dealt with the explanation by my husband and my correction of the details and chronology of events without any concern. He immediately said, """"I think it's your thermostat, not the motor, but let me check a couple of things."""" About 20 minutes later we have a new thermostat and we are in business of cooking down this house! He then lets me know where I can buy filters online at a good price, tells me he will out the thermostat in as a warranty replacement, and that in a few days I will get a bill just for labor. Quick. Efficient. Honest. Knew His Stuff.

I am a Waldrop comfort plan customer for 14 years now. I am selling my house and buyers had some issues they wanted addressed with our HVAC units. Waldrop came out at no charge to take care of. However I did choose to repair on thing that was not out of code when the units were installed. So they did have to charge me to fix that. As usual they did what they said, came when they said and as always very professional. Nick is a great guy, very nice, does great work. Highly recommend.

I've heard their jingle for years, and we finally were able to put it to use. We called Waldrop to repair our extremely old trane unit, and they were out to our house within an hour and a half. Wes was extremely professional and nice (he never forgot his boot covers when coming back into the house.) They listened to us and helped us to repair our existing unit since the compressor was still fine, and weren't pushy on replacing an expensive machine. He even had (one of the two) parts we needed on his truck! The other part came in two days and they got us fixed up quick and easy. Would definitely recommend them.
