Best emergency plumbing experience! Bam Bam and scratch fixed my flex pipes quickly and efficently while the water was turned off in 10 units in my building. In an emergency situation the rates were on high side but i guess you cant predict this stuff and no way anyone was going to keep 10 units without running water for the night. Tough situation but Bam Bam made light of it and appreciated that. Wont go to any other plumber for my condo. Kudos waialae plumbing!

We had a leak in our ceiling and Waialae sent someone out immediately. They assessed the situation quickly and let us know what needed to be done. At first we thought they might have to cut a large hole in the ceiling but, David saved the day and we only had to make a small hole. I thought it would take a big portion of the day but, they were done within a few hours. Many thanks to David, Roger and Kendall for doing an amazing job with speed, professionalism and fantastic customer service. I will most definitely use them again.

I contacted Waialae Plumbing to replace all shut off valves in my condo (bathroom/kitchen sinks, toilet and washing machine) as well as replace all fixtures (kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub). I purchased my own hardware from Home Depot so that I could get the fixtures that suited me, otherwise you will have to go with what they have in the truck. Just a warning that if you purchase your own fixtures, only the labor is under warranty. They only warranty fixtures that they provide. I was given quote over the phone based on the services I requested. The manager said he would send 2 plumbers and the job should take one day. Well, only one plumber ended up coming and the service took 2 days. Our plumber was Bobby and he did a fantastic 5* job. He was very meticulous and thorough and gave us tips on how to clean the fixtures. He also said that after a few years, if we noticed that the bathtub started dripping, the regulator valve would have to be replaced. The reason I gave Waialae Plumbing 4* instead of 5* was that the manager was not the friendliest person. I give him 3*, but at least the quote he gave me was pretty accurate. Overall, good experience. Before contacting Waialae Plumbing, I did call 2 other plumbers who had good Yelp reviews and neither one returned my call. Guess they don't need new business.

First of all, I don't know much about plumbing and how to fix the issues...except that it shouldn't be leaking. When we called Waialae Plumbing we were able to get an appointment pretty quick (within the next 1 or 2 days). They fixed all the issues we had and everything seems to be working as it should. We will definitely call them next time there is a leak or clogged sink/tub. They are very familiar with the condo I live in too so that is a big plus.

We just moved into a new condo and Waialae is the known plumbing company for the building. They work on the common area piping jobs for the building so we figured we would use them as well. The home inspection found a lot of issues.... leaking sinks, the hot/cold in the shower was reversed, the water lines for the washing machine weren't properly installed in the laundry area and could cause a major leak, and a few other issues. The garbage disposal also wasn't working and the wiring was exposed and dangerous. The guys at Waialae did most of the work in 1 day there are no more leaks, the hot/cold works as it should and the washing machine hoses are connected to a brand new wall-box to secure the connections. The next time they came they wired the garbage disposal properly and since they do construction, we also had them install a light switch and run conduit (due to concrete walls). Kim usually answers the phone and is always helpful and nice to work with. Very efficient staff when you need job quotes or more info. Their hourly labor charge seemed a bit high but I guess its average price in the industry.....and you get quality work with them!

I use a lot of service companies. This one is No 1 on my list since I first called them for electrical work (waialae electric) and then used them for plumbing (waialae plumbing). I recently had an underground water leak and called them late one morning. They had their guy out here early afternoon who found the leak and capped it. The next day I called the office to schedule repair and the woman who answered the phone knew exactly who I was and what had been done and that we needed to schedule another visit. They sent the same guy (although I know they have many) he arrived right on time, with the materials and did the job. And my experience has been just like this for the past two years! Exceptional! Don't call anyone else.

We had a leaking tub in our upstairs bathroom, and we weren't sure where the leak was coming from. Looked up plumbers online and found Waialae Plumbing who was BBB accredited so that gave me some assurance in calling them. Since we needed the work done as soon as possible, I was glad that they could come out the next day. The appointment was for 8:00 AM and right before 8:00, Bill showed up at the door. Great! I showed him to the bathroom, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Turns out the tub spout was incorrectly installed. Bill had another spout in his truck so he was able to replace the one we had. The one he installed was much better quality and fixed the leak as soon as he installed it. We also had him look at another issue with the water valve to the house. The handle had corroded and had broken off so there was no way to turn off or on the water to the house. Bill explained that it was an old manufacturer who was no longer in business but that they could fix it. He explained what they would need to do and estimated the cost and amount of time it would take. Since we were also interested in shortening the time it takes for the hot water to get to us, he explained what was needed in order to do that. Finally, I asked Bill to take a look at our kitchen sink handle which was leaking. As soon as he saw it, he knew that a replacement cartridge was needed. He said this particular part did fail a lot. Since he was going to be coming out to repair the water valve handle, he suggested we wait for the kitchen handle part to come in and schedule the appointment to take care of both things at the same time, saving us from having them come out twice. Wow! What impressed me the most about Bill was that he was very honest and sincere. And by taking care of these three issues, he showed how knowledgeable he was about plumbing. You wouldn't think so because he looks kind of young, but he's been doing this for many years so he really does know his stuff. I was so impressed that I asked my property manager to also use Waialae Plumbing for any plumbing jobs for our rental. It's great to find someone in the trades that is trustworthy. I am looking forward to our next appointment and will definitely use Waialae Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Their service is horrible. Made an appointment and took the day off of work. When they missed their appointment time, I called them and they said that they were trying to call me. I asked what number they were calling, they gave me a phone number I never heard of. Then the receptionist told me that they can't make it out today and offered another appointment over a week away. Horrible customer service.
