First of all, I don't know much about plumbing and how to fix the issues...except that it shouldn't be leaking. When we called Waialae Plumbing we were able to get an appointment pretty quick (within the next 1 or 2 days). They fixed all the issues we had and everything seems to be working as it should. We will definitely call them next time there is a leak or clogged sink/tub. They are very familiar with the condo I live in too so that is a big plus.

I use a lot of service companies. This one is No 1 on my list since I first called them for electrical work (waialae electric) and then used them for plumbing (waialae plumbing). I recently had an underground water leak and called them late one morning. They had their guy out here early afternoon who found the leak and capped it. The next day I called the office to schedule repair and the woman who answered the phone knew exactly who I was and what had been done and that we needed to schedule another visit. They sent the same guy (although I know they have many) he arrived right on time, with the materials and did the job. And my experience has been just like this for the past two years! Exceptional! Don't call anyone else.

Received an immediate response and Kim knew the right questions to ask to make sure she sent someone who was well prepared for the work that needed to be done. The work was done cleanly - no mess to clean up afterward. Before invoicing the costs were reviewed item by item so I knew what I was paying for. It's the first plumbing job I've had done in the condo so I can't comment on whether their rates are competitive, but their efficiency and prompt professional response is worth a lot to me. They are now my "go to" source for plumbing work. (I contacted Waialae after I spoke with another plumbing company 7 separate times and they NEVER got back to me - I always had to contact them. I am STILL waiting for them to call me to set up an appt - 3 weeks after initial contact. This is why I was so impressed that Waialae responded immediately!)

Our experience with Waialae Plumbing and Construction was positive. We needed someone to check an issue with our old water heater and fix a drain pipe. They responded promptly, and we had Warren assess the water heater on the same day. He is knowledgeable and gave seemingly honest and reasonable suggestions about what type of water heater would work best for us. He completed all work orders in a friendly manner within the estimated time and made a suggestion for its maintenance. Overall, the cost was reasonable for the job.
