I can't say enough good things to express my utter appreciation for the extraordinary job that Edison and Jack did to repair a major leak and replacement of pipes in our brownstone building. Not only was their workmanship superb, but they responded to my call immediately, despite the global Coronavirus crisis. I called them on Saturday and they were here first thing Monday morning (today). I was rather nervous about having workmen around during this pandemic, but they wore protective gear and were completely cautious about everything they came in contact with. They worked diligently all day to solve our emergency situation. They were considerate and courteous. And they left our place in immaculate condition. Their price was fair considering the amount of work they had to do. This was by far one of the best experiences I ever had with a home service business in all of the many years I have lived in the city. Vuksani is a real find!

A great company to deal with. My bathtub and sink were completely clogged. I only have one bathroom. I contacted several plumbing companies. Edison got back to me within 10 minutes. He promised to send someone early the next morning. Jack arrived on time and fixed the problem within one hour, leaving the bathroom completely clean when he was done. They are very professional, very responsive, and fixed my problem completely. The price was very fair. I will use this company any time I need a plumbing contractor. They are great. I highly recommend.

Had a little plumbing crisis on a Saturday. Searched here on yelp and Edison replied quickly. Jack was here in a reasonable amount of time. Very polite and professional. Fixed the problem and left the bathroom clean. I would highly recommend Vuksani.

I called at 8am on a Monday morning and it was so nice to hear someone pick up the phone esp when you have a hot water problem in the middle of winter. Price was reasonable. Job done by Marko and Jason. I got intermittent text updates with ETAs. Will definitely be using them in the future. And they take Venmo .

Our shower head has been giving us headaches for the past two years. I've had several plumbers (recommended by my building) come in and repair it. Both times, they charged me an exorbitant fee, only to have it break again 6-9 months later. Of course, that was always past the usual 30-day warrantee time frame so I was screwed.

This last time, I called Edison based on the Yelp recommendations here. I couldn't have been happier. Edison replied promptly, asked for photos of the showerhead, and sent two guys (Eric + Jason) over that afternoon to fix it. They weren't able to finish on time so they had to come back a few days later to finish the job.

The whole experience was fantastic. Their rate was reasonable. The service was amazing. And the work was impeccable. What more could you ask for in a NYC plumber?

I wholeheartedly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I did not go through with the appointment as I was able to fix the problem on my own. However, the owner did reply to my issue within the same minute. He also gave me a quote on how much the clogged toilet was going to cost before which was very nice. Thanks so much for the facts replies.

My water heater broke down and I reached out to several contractors. Vuksani quoted a fair price and was the only one that could service me the same day.

The plumbers, Alfred and Erick, came on time and were very courteous. They did a solid job in less than two hours and took time to explain the new water heater to me. Five stars. I'll definitely go to Vuksani for future plumbing issues.

My toilet was completely clogged, overflowing, and nasty. It was a Saturday evening and Marko was at my apartment in less than an hour. He was able to unclog the toilet in a very short period of time and, throughout the visit, was courteous and focused. If I have any more problems in the future, Vuksani is who I'll call!
