Fantastic experience with Vuksani Services Group!

I had found Vuksanki when I searched Yelp for plumbers in the New York area. They promptly responded to me and gave me a competitive estimate for installing shutoff valves. Erik Jacobsen, the senior plumber at Vuksani, arrived on time and did an excellent job with a much larger than expected task. I called Vuksanki again a couple times for other work. Erik was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and various options. I would absolutely recommend them again and would use them again. In fact, I recommended Vuksani to other persons in my apartment building.

I called Vuksani for an urgent repair of a pipe leading to an outdoor garden spigot. Martin called me back promptly, and asked for some photos of the pipe and area where the leak was. He quickly identified the issue over the phone and scheduled to come the next morning to do the repair. They were on time, very professional and showed me the issue and quickly did the repair. Martin also provided a recommendation for drying out the floor area where water had soaked in. Overall Martin and team did a great job at a great price and I would highly recommend them.

The plumber came really fast, diagnosed the issue, and needed to come back another day to do the work. Sent an estimate but then I didn't hear back again so had to get another plumber. The owner contacted me to apologize and made good by refunding me. I am very pleased with his attentiveness.

Great communication and quick responses to questions. Very patient and accommodating when my co-op building wasn't ready for them to come in to do the work in my apartment. They were able to provide their license and certificate of insurance right away when the co-op requested them and the work was done quickly and cleanly and looks great!

I had two technicians come out to give me a quote for work to be done. They said they would be in contact with an invoice and scope of work. When I didn't hear from them after a few days, I called their office... I was told someone would be in contact soon. I didn't hear from anyone for a few days after that so I called again. It's been two weeks and no word from the technicians or the office. If you cannot service a request, let your customer know! Unprofessional.

My building has some arduous insurance requirements for people to do plumbing or appliance work, but they were very patient and provided all the necessary documentation. Additionally, the person who came out and looked at our washer (which was the problem) was able to fix it the same day. Super quick, efficient, and nice to work with. Would definitely hire them again!

I've lived in NYC for over 50 years and Vuksani is hands down the best plumber I've ever worked with and the most professional. Always, always responsive immediately and on time. Always gets the job done and done well. Vuksani has helped me cope with an old townhouse that has needed some kind of repair every month or so and I don't know what I'd do without them. Every member of their crew is so nice and friendly as well. You will never use another plumber.
