The boss Eddy was very kind and willing to negotiate on the service fee.

On the day of, the service team was late by 2 hour due to being held up on another job. That's the only reason I m not giving 5 star here.

The service was done professionally and quickly, and the team on site was very nice. I would recommend their service.

Erik ghosted me after collecting a diagnostic fee. He promised to order a part and return for the repair, and deduct the diagnostic fee from the bill. But he's disappeared. it's been weeks and he won't call me back. His answering service takes messages but nothing. I'm starting over with a new service and I don't have a heating system and it's cold!

50 gallon hot water heater died after 20 years of service. Woke up to no hot water and a slow but steady drip from the tank. Vuksani answered promptly, quoted me a fair price based on pics I sent, showed up within a couple hours and had the job finished in just over an hour after arrival. They left the space clean and tidy, too. Definitely recommend

First, they requested photos of the job site and whether my building requires COI or not. When they received all the answers from my end, they just started ignoring my messages. I assume quality of their service can be as inconsistent as their communication with their clients. When, for some reason, they have no interest working with you, they see no reason to even replay with a simple yes or no

They were able to come to my apartment to install new valves in place of stripped ones for our new dishwasher. They did the replacement and installed the dishwasher for a reasonable price. Due to a manufacturing flaw with a faulty gasket, the dishwasher then leaked. Eric came to check it out right away. While he couldn't fix it, he didn't stick me with a bill since it wasn't their fault. Strongly recommend.
