When I called to inquire, the phone was picked up quickly. The gentleman listened attentively and asked me to text him some short video clips and pictures of my plumbing issues in my bathroom so he can give me a quote. From there on, communications through text messages were swift and smooth, and he was able to arrange someone to come to work the next day! That was a pleasant surprise because two day ago my experience with another plumbing service company was the opposite and frustrating.

Pauli, the plumber assigned to my project showed up within the one-hour window the next day and wore a mask. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Seeing the hard wood floor throughout our apartment, he took off his shoes at the entrance, which I appreciated very much. An hour of intense work later, the toilet tank problem was fixed, and my bath tub drain was no longer clogged up. It was such a releif!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Vuksani Pluming & Heating. Responsive, reliable, professional! My water heater stopped working after 10 years. Vuksani asked to provide screenshots of the product and recommended an installation of the brand new one. And they did replace it next day. The servicemen, Pauli and Jake, were professional and personable and did a great job despite some challenges with bringing the unit through a narrow space. The price was reasonable and I am a satisfied client. I highly recommend this company.

I've been meaning to update this review. The guy who Vuksani sent to fix the issue actually exacerbated it by back pitching my radiator... So, so much for that. Again, I appreciate the gesture but I just didn't see the point in trying anymore with the company. Luckily, soon after I found a plumber who was able to diagnose the issue and fix it for me!

Contacted them because of a kitchen sink issue. Reliable, answered fairly quickly and they know what they are doing.

Price is reasonable but a bit on the expensive side if they find additional issues. Would call them again.

These guys are amazing! I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day. The whole time in the process they were very communicative, very helpful and let me know what everything was going to cost up front. They are the perfect mix of speed and professionalism. I reached out to this company last week to get someone to check the plumbing in the house , usually my father in law would handle any plumbing issues but after we lost him in December we have been lost. I tried to have someone from this company come down and give us their suggestion. The receptionist was very nice which is why they get 3 stars but they never called me back. Customer Service is my number one priority, and trust me people are willing to pay for good service. If you can't call someone back to schedule an appointment then I can't imagine how your communication is after doing a job. Thank you for making a decision for me I will go ahead and pass on your services.
