Had a bad experience with a plumber I was using. Was referred to Vortex by my HOA. Best experience I have had so far. Paul was on time. Previous plumber was late both times. Paul was able to shut the water off. Previous plumber wanted to charge me 2100 to change the water valve. Paul changed the kitchen faucet and didn't change me an arm and a leg. I will be using Vortex for any plumbing issues. They are very honest and professional. Thanks Paul and Vortex!!

I've used Vortex Plumbing on two different occasions. Both experiences were very good from start to finish. The employees that manage the appointments are thorough and polite.

Both times we used Vortex, they sent Patrick. He was punctual, personable, and thorough.

The first time, there was a leak in the ceiling of our garage. Patrick explained the entire process before he began cutting away at the damaged dry wall. He determined the cause of the leak and came up with a solution right away.

The second time Patrick came out, it was to repair a twisted/damaged hose spigot in our back yard. Just like the first visit, he thoroughly explained the process before getting started. He was in and out of here in no time.

I will definitely be using Vortex Plumbing again in the future.

I was referred to Vortex Plumbing and I'm so glad. I needed a plumber for a gas leak that no one new where it was coming from. Gas company only gives you a slip to call a plumber! Can you image the cost of searching for an issue in a condo? After being quoted possibly over $1,000.00, and a second plumber assisting, these guys were able to find the actual problem and fixed it immediately. I felt like they really cared about my place and finding the issue. I would highly recommend Vortex Plumbing and appreciate knowing they were honest and not out to take all they could from me. Paid hundreds less than what I was quoted. Could have been so much worse. If ever any issues again, I will be calling Vortex Plumbing and requesting Patrick as he was great!

Vortex is prompt, courteous and clean.
They submitted the best bid for our Water heater installation in 2015 and did an excellent job. When the drainage valve failed on a saturday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. the Plumber Patrick answered immediately, juggled a busy schedule to come over and solved the problem. Every time we call them they respond promptly, make an effort to accommodate schedules and provide competent, professional, courteous service. The negative reviews I read here are truly puzzling. And, by the way, the other plumber we called never called back.

Horrible !!!! These guys are crooks.
They can and shut off the water to our building without so much a knock on our door and there are only 4 units ion our condo building. LAZY Plumber. Then left without a word and came back 6 1/2 hours later and said that is not his problem talk to the homeowner association.
There ARE cheaper more attentive plumbers out there.

No customer service. No communication what so ever about arrival time. The tech says one time and the office says another and the tech still isnt here. I have been forced to use this company. I would NEVER purposely use them. A phone call goes a long way and this company will just leave you in dark.
