We had an emergency toilet back up situation on a Saturday night, it was a disaster and already had a plumber come out and say they weren't able to fix the problem and that we'd have to find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, Vortex Plumbing was able to send someone out, on a Saturday night, thank goodness!

Their plumber, Eric, showed up and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! He wore a mask the whole time, he was super knowledgeable, and very friendly.

He took a look around the property and got right to work on the pesky toilet. Within 30 seconds he was able to identify and solve the issue.

We are so thankful for the awesome service we received, we can't thank you enough for fixing this emergency on such short notice! I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone.

My grandmas water started backing up in her kitchen sink on Christmas Day. We called vortex and they had someone out there within a couple hours to fix the problem. Was very impressed with their quick response and ability to fix it so fast!

My HOA requires us to use Vortex plumbing, it is a racket. They charge $90/hr and milk it. Be careful if a second person shows up, they will double the rate, this should be established at the beginning not at the end. We have had to use them several times over the past few years and I wish we could use another service.

He fumbled around for an hour saying he didn't know WHAT part he needled even though that was ESTABLISHED IN THE BEGINNING! Still I was charged the hourly rate. I feel cheated.

My go to plumbers!!! Today was my second experience using Vortex. My first time was with Paul for a slab leak, second time was with Mike. I thought Paul was good...Mike was equally as good. Very thorough and a bit of a perfectionist ( which is a good thing ). My appointment was at 9am and he was here at 9am. I had 4 things going on and he saved the hardest for last. Mike was professional the entire time and I never had a doubt my issues would be fixed. They have become my go to plumbers from now on. I definitely recommend them.

Vortex plumbing was awesome, I called them they came out that day, assessed the job, Paul and Eric were informative and skilled they capped off the pipes, rerouted the plumbing, cleaned up their mess and their price was great. They saved us! We will use them for all
our plumbing needs.

Patrick was the 4th plumber we had out to look at our slow draining sink. With the first 3, they ran the snake twice, a 75 foot camera line, offered to tear the wall out, remove a 2 foot section of the garage floor to get to a possible problem, do a hydro flush of the pipes. Some of these possible fixes would have cost up to $2,000.00.

But Patrick came out and within minutes he saw that it was a simple solution. The style of hardware in the sink didn't have a plunger but a metal screen type. It has about a dozen circled holes. This type is usually used for commercial use to prevent unwanted items from going into the drain. Patric drilled the holes a little larger and the slow draining water moved much faster. It was a refreshing change to have a plumber that didn't try to flush my pocket book. Thank you Patrick!

Had a bad experience with a plumber I was using. Was referred to Vortex by my HOA. Best experience I have had so far. Paul was on time. Previous plumber was late both times. Paul was able to shut the water off. Previous plumber wanted to charge me 2100 to change the water valve. Paul changed the kitchen faucet and didn't change me an arm and a leg. I will be using Vortex for any plumbing issues. They are very honest and professional. Thanks Paul and Vortex!!

I've used Vortex Plumbing on two different occasions. Both experiences were very good from start to finish. The employees that manage the appointments are thorough and polite.

Both times we used Vortex, they sent Patrick. He was punctual, personable, and thorough.

The first time, there was a leak in the ceiling of our garage. Patrick explained the entire process before he began cutting away at the damaged dry wall. He determined the cause of the leak and came up with a solution right away.

The second time Patrick came out, it was to repair a twisted/damaged hose spigot in our back yard. Just like the first visit, he thoroughly explained the process before getting started. He was in and out of here in no time.

I will definitely be using Vortex Plumbing again in the future.
