Rene was prompt, polite and reasonable in price. Parts were onhand and our A/C unit was repaired same day. I had two companies look at issue and both said the same thing. After service he even replaced the filters at no cost. Not a big expense, but most would have charged something. Thank You again.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me options to upgrade and improve my AC, or just fix the current problem. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Hired them to repair A/C unit. The system worked for a couple of hours then stopped. They returned, told me I needed to replace the fuse which was burnt out. I purchased fuses, replaced them and they instantly failed too. At this point I decided to hire an electrician, at a further expense, who dismantled the unit with me present, and showed me two dangling bare wires from the replacement motor which contacted the frame and caused the fuses to burn out. I left a message for the owner directly to inform him of what happened and got a return call from the CSR. I told her no offense to her but I'd like to speak with the owner direct to inform him as a business owner what I experienced. She was friendly and told me she'd have him call me, which he didn't. I guess the people before me who gave a good review were lucky. The website that referred me to them said that they do the job right the first time. Not happy! This process started on a Thursday and was fixed thanks to the electrician on a Tuesday during warm weather.

I had them come out for an estimate for my heater not switching on. I was quoted 700 to replace a main board. I wanted a second opinion and went with someone else that found the problem was a wire coming lose. Total cost to fix: 70.
So I never hired this company. Fast forward 3 months I am now getting g phone calls soliciting their services. The first time I asked them to not call me anymore. They still call. Now they're call blocked and convinced me to write a review.
Bottom line, make sure you get more than one quote. Wasting 35 bucks for a diagnosis is better than overpaying 500 dollars.

We had a clogged drain for our AC
The only bummer was the time he arrived, but that was not his fault, his previous jobs took longer than expected. Again this wasn't his fault, I just wish the front desk could have notified me.

An honest review of R&R.
Beware of cheap service call. I called this company because their service call is very cheap $39. The technician didn't really diagnose the problem. He just touched here and there and then recommended to replace many items. They're added up in the thousands dollars. Right away I already noticed this pushy tactic suggesting to replace the entire unit for ~$9,000. Next day, I called another guy for a 2nd opinion. This new guy took his time to trace the problem and found the root cause of the problem. My cost ended up just a fraction of what R&R wanted from me.
People giving this company 5 stars were probably because they didn't know any better or they're friends and relatives.
Not recommended.

We've been dealing with an on-going issue that numerous companies couldn't seem to fix, until a life saver stepped on the scene.
Dustin was awesome, he was able to diagnose and repair the issue. He was super informative along the process and also offered steps to help our system run more efficient.

Our HVAC fan was malfunctioning. I scheduled a service call with R&R. A technician showed up at the agreed upon time. I won't reveal his name because he was a good guy who unfortunately is associated with a not so good review.
First impression: He showed up on time, no mask until he saw me wearing one, at which time he went back to the vehicle to retrieve a scarf. I gave him some shoe covers
I described the symptoms to him (the HVAC fan was cycling on and off). Instead of going to the attic where the fan is located, he went outside to the AC unit, opened it, took some measurements, then proceeded to up-sell me. He said my system was near end of life and I should consider replacing it. I told him we should fix the problem first, then we can discuss a new system sometime in the future. At this point, he still hasn't looked in the attic where the problem is located.
When I led him to the hallway where he could hear the fan cycling, he went outside for tools and a ladder, the went to the attic to take a look. After about 5 minutes, he came down with a part in his hand and explained it needed to be replaced. 15 minutes later, he had replaced the part. Once again, he started up-selling us. He said we need to invest in a new system, but we could do a ""band-aid"" and replace the motor and associated parts. Both options were pricy. I told him my wife and I would discuss it and get back to him
The part he replaced didn't fix the problem. It started again as he was driving away. The dispatcher sent him back to us, He didn't go back in the attic, but told us we need to replace a motor at an inflated price.
He left without fixing our system, but returned the check we gave him for the repair. subsequently, I had another technician form a different company look at our system. The 2nd technician removed the part R&R technician installed because it was the wrong part. I shared the diagnosis and costs for repairs I received from R&R with the 2nd tech. It turns out his quotes were extreme. I don't blame him for this. He was quoting me R&R prices.
The 2nd tech gave up. I had to call a 3rd company who sent a technician who was able to correctly diagnose our HVAC system and make the repair. The 3rd technician also told me R&R's quotes were excessive.
Final Impression: The technician from R&R was courteous and professional. I almost want to add another start just based on our conversations with him. However, the up-selling without fixing our problem was a turnoff. I would still recommend R&R, but only for upgrading your system...not for repairs.

Anton and Matt came to my house today to troubleshoot and repair my a/c condenser. They were very professional and respectful. There was a slight disagreement on the quoted price but it was quickly resolved with a follow up call from the owner Randy. I highly recommend this local business as they really want to do what's right and for you to be satisfied. I will definitely use them in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Anton and Matt from R&R did an awesome job getting my AC units running like a champ. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. They did exactly what the work order called for and only recommended/replaced parts that needed replacement, unlike a previous tech that came to my home wanted to charge me for services that I didn't need and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to clean my condenser coils. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&R for all your HVAC needs! I will be using their services in the near future.
