OMG! Dustin the owner came to my home and gave me a few quotes so I could compare them apples to oranges! They were straight up with me and did not beat around the bush and I decided to go with them because they saved me thousands of dollars for a new heat pump and a/c system in my home. They are fair and honest and very personable and will tell you straight up how much and how long it will take to do the job. We came back from vacation and the upstairs unit was not working in the middle of July. I called at like 10:30 at night and Dustin answered and set up an appointment for next day. Gabriel came out on time as scheduled and the problem was fixed. It has been almost 100 degrees, and we don't know what we would have done without them. We have two kids and four dogs. So seriously grateful. I highly recommend.

Great customer service all around! Whitney scheduled a same day diagnostic, which Dustin performed 4 hours later. Dustin detailed options and I went with a new AC/furnace system. 3 days later, Larry and Daniel installed my new AC/furnace system just in time for summer. This company sucks! They are always on time in getting payment from your bank but when it is time for the service scheduled appointment, it's either they are hours late or they will not show up at all! I do not recommend this company to anyone at all! Find a better company that will value your time and do keep their words, pretty sure there's a lot out there!

Update: Dustin fixed our issue. Fair price, No BS, no upsell.
Made me aware of a few potential issues down the line with our ductwork, thanks to the home builder, but didnt pressure us into paying for something unnecessary--just gave us an FYI. Will definitely keep R&R on my contacts for any further hvac maintenance we have.

Called R&R in the evening to diagnose and fix an AC issue and they were able to schedule me in the next day. During a heatwave, for them to be able to do this, is a real solid.

Responsive, efficient and great value! They were quick to check my 37 year old unit when it quit on me and gave me an honest recommendation to replace the entire system as it was not only inefficient but also dangerous and a liability. The installation was fast and I am a well satisfied client.

I cannot recommend this place enough! A previous pro had come to the house and recommended a new AC compressor and an over two week wait to get it fixed. This pro arrived and realized a switch was off! The issue was fixed in 10 minutes! Efficient, capable, and mostly honest!

R&R responded very quickly to my request. After some confusion on my end Dustin called me himself and was able to explain everything and was willing to come out same day and look at my AC.
