Our hose bib was located on the inside of my garage when we purchased our home nine years ago. I have always wanted it on the outside to make watering areas of my yard and planters easier. I contacted several plumbing companies and Vortech came in with the win. Not only was the price fair but the job could be done that same day. I am so pleased with Dustin and Tony!! All about taking care of the customer and great service. I am so pleased with not having to wrestle the hose anymore, I will use them again. I definitely recommend Vortech for any of your needs. We had standing water around toilet. They diagnosed new flange, wax ring, etc. Four return trips to get it right after shoddy workmanship, mortar splashes on wall, shims showing and stains on pedestal. Still leaked. Replaced supply line on fourth trip. After I complained and posted a negative review they asked for a chance to make me happy with an accommodation of AC service. I suggested a small partial refund of $200 on a $1,295 job. They agreed if I edited my review. I did that in advance as a show of good faith. Had to chase them to uphold their end of the deal. Finally Zelled me $150 instead of the agreed upon amount. I returned it. It's not about $200, which is lunch money, it's about honoring your word. Avoid these guys....

Came in promptly. Assessed the leak under the kitchen sink and gave two options. Said will try option 1 and fixed the leak. Said there won't be any issues, but the leak resurfaced a day after. Came by and fixed it and gave a 30 day warranty. Overall, a satisfying experience, highly recommended.

Wow let me share a quick story I called the team at R and R at 4 am after the heat in my house went out. My mom who I care for has to have heat due to her failing health. Whitney answered the phone! I was shocked I actually got A person at that hour of the morning. She was so sweet and understanding of my situation. 45 minutes later the technician, Miguel showed up. I was so impressed by their After inspecting the furnace and diagnosing the issue, Miguel had my heat back up and running and 20 minutes flat. I'm not a technical person but Miguel explained it in a manner that I could understand. He was polite, personable professional and the price was very reasonable. Thank you R&R you guys rock! For anyone who has an emergency. It needs a quick reasonably priced repair by professionals. I highly recommend you use this company. Thanks again, miguel for all your hard work and reliability!!!

This company was referred to me by family friend and came which came highly recommended I gave them a call they where able to come out the same day to inspect my unit unfortunately I need a new condenser the unit on my home is not big enough for my home they where very honest and quote for repairs was very reasonable everything was explained in details by Larry and Dustin also told me about programs to help me find resources to help with repair cost which was very helpful.

Great customer service. Came out within a day to resolve a problem that the installing company didn't fix on a unit only 7 years old. While the unit was working when the tech left, within a few hours it stoped working again. When I called (late Saturday afternoon) they set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a quick, and hopefully permanent fix. I will definitely use them again. They stand behind their work.
