Having your air conditioner not working during the middle of summer is the worst experience of my life just about when I called R&R Heating and Cooling they knew who I was they had my warranty and their computer system they remembered me as a customer and they were over just about the next day. So the men came to the house they seen the problem executed it right away and also mentioned to me about the warranty that I forgot about which who does that nowadays I'm so happy for them they came and fixed my cooling system and now I can move on and have a comfortable night sleep . I did appreciate that I was contacted after posting my review, to see if they can make things right. We already went with another business, but did appreciate the follow up.

I had an appointment scheduled, and the tech was supposed to show up between 3:30-5. It was 10 min until 6 and the tech was still not here. I called their office and I was told they'd call me back to find out where he was. I waited another 20 minutes, and still didn't get a call back. I called back and told them to cancel my appointment. It's never a good first impression to be late and not even give an update

Can't say enough good things about R&R Heating and Cooling! They have fixed my air conditioner several times while waiting for the landlord to decide to get a new one. They always made time to come out and look at it, after hours, weekends they still came out! Today we finally got a new unit! They did a fantastic job! Even cleaned my ceiling where the dust was stuck to the vent! Seriously a great company!
