Anton and Matt from R&R did an awesome job getting my AC units running like a champ. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. They did exactly what the work order called for and only recommended/replaced parts that needed replacement, unlike a previous tech that came to my home wanted to charge me for services that I didn't need and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to clean my condenser coils. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&R for all your HVAC needs! I will be using their services in the near future.

My heater stopped working a month after I had another company ""check and clean"" the unit. R&R showed me that the heater had not been touched. No fingerprints in the dust inside or outside.
The motor was bad and they had to order it. After a few days they put it in and cleaned the whole unit. This cost the same amount as the company that just ""cleaned"" it.
They went over everything, took pictures and showed me everything.
They readjusted the Nest and everything working great.
Nice to have an honest company that will take time to explain what was done and actually want you to look at their work.

Heating system suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. The following day, we called them and had an appointment for 5 pm. The technician came in a bit earlier than the appointment time and left, leaving a card on the door. We called the company office and Randy (owner) personally came and rectified the situation. He showed up an hour after. He was able to fix and replace the burnt out motor. He even went lengths to find the proper motor for the replacement.

Would positively call them again if services are be needed!

I would recommend R&R Heating and Cooling to anyone having issues in that area. We had a clog in the condensation drain in our attic, and water was flowing out of the secondary drain on the side of our house.
Tyler, the technician who came out (the same day we called), worked quickly and got the problem fixed in about an hour. He was friendly and answered all of my questions.

I called R&R to come on an emergency basis for our a/c unit that suddenly stopped working. They answered the phone (no voicemail or auto-answer), and had a technician, Tyler, scheduled to come out within 1.5 hours. The service call minimum-charge was very reasonable and they had the problem fixed within 3 hours of me originally noticing there was even an a/c problem! At the last minute before he left, we asked our technician, Tyler, if he could check another unit that we're having trouble with. Even though it was 7pm he happily checked on the unit and diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed within an hour and he did it with a positive, helpful attitude. He really knew what he was talking about and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call R&R if I need any HVAC repairs in the future. R&R was the best AC repair guys I ever had to deal with. The fact that they were texting us updates, the honestly and professionalism of our repair guy. (Justin) I would highly recommend them.

Our AC unit went out on a Saturday night, and it was in the middle of a heatwave. I couldn't find anyone to come out on a Sunday, when I call their number they told me, they could come out, and we able to tell me what the problem was. Burn out circuit board.

Able to fix it the next day.

I was given a 2 hour time frame for when the inspector would show up and for actual the service, both times they arrived 10-20 minutes early. Awesome! I actually really appreciated that. All the folks I spoke to were really friendly and helpful. However, after the service there was a propane leak that actually filled my home with that propane odor, I think that's kind of dangerous. I'm not sure if it was caused by the technicians who worked on my air handler or if it just happened to start leaking at that time. Either way, I called and they dealt with it. I would definitely use their services again despite that.

This is an excellent company. Very responsive. Our AC went out Friday night, we called them and got an appointment for 10:00am on Saturday. They followed through with emails and when the technician was on his way. Anthony, our tech, was perfect and very knowledgeable. He replaced the parts needed and was very professional and personable.
