We just called VLN Water Heaters this morning about a plumbing issue, and Vladmir arrived promptly and addressed our issue. As his work was done so quickly, we asked if he would take a look at our pressure regulator, as we had another plumber recently ""test"" and who informed us that we needed a new regulator, as our PSI was too high. Vladmir dashed to his truck to grab a test gauge, and informed us that our water pressure was just fine, and that no new regulator would need to be installed. In this day and age when so many trades are dishonest, how refreshing it was to meet a truly honest person who cared so much more about telling truth, than his pocketbook! We'd highly recommend VLN Water Heaters & Plumbing without any reservation.

I highly recommend this company. Vlad is very knowledgeable and responsive. He came out and solved my plumbing issues quickly. He is very professional with reasonable prices. He came for a toilet tank issue but also took care of a shower issue in a matter minutes. He wore a mask and was careful to maintain distance. Overall just a great experience.

Vladimir came out and helped me replaced my water heater. He was available, came on time, and promptly did my install. He was also sensitive to COVID situation and wore a mask. I know that sounds like a minimum requirement but you just never know who dismisses masks. Appreciated his help and more than happy to give him more business if the need is there.
