Very poor service. My wife called him to fix a clogged toilet in my kids room. It was a new toilet seat ( less than did month old). He was in a hurry. Very careless. Put scratches on the inside it. Very unprofessional. Seems like he is clueless. Stay away.

Vladimir responded to my text giving him feedback on it. Came in on Sunday morning and took care of scratches. My kid is happy. He was very professional. I appreciated his response to my feedback. Mistakes happen but what do to fix them defines the person. He certainly took care of business very professionally. I'll definitely call him for future plumbing services. I am Updating my review to a five star.

I had some concerns about whether my water heater was venting properly. I requested a quote from VLN and got a very quick response. We set up an appointment for the following day. The owner showed up as promised the next day. After inspecting my water heater he reassured me about my concerns but did not charge me for his time. I highly recommend VLN and will definitely call them again if the need arises.

We had a leaking faucet from a Delta brand. We tried to remedy and tried to fix it but it was not solving the issue that our initial plumber told us that it would be more easier and practical to replace the entire faucet so off to Lowes we went. Selected the replacement faucet we wanted and availed of the installation package program they had. Lowes personally picked and sent Vladimir to us and guaranteed us that he was one of the best in their roster of plumbers. True enough,Vladimir called us the next day,agreed on our available schedule and exactly on our agreed day and time,he came. He was very nice and professional. Worked his butt off and replaced the whole thing even though it was quite hard to remove my old faucet because it was installed too tight by previous installers. He patiently maneuvered under the sink and expertly worked his magic. Now we have a spanking bnew Moen faucet. I highly recommend Vladimir to anyone who needs plumbing and water heater service needs. Will sure call him in an instant should we need more of his service in the future. Five star customer service,professionalism and friendliness!

I had a hot water heater that was installed incorrectly by the previous installer. After several months, our tenant noticed water leaking and notified me. After seeing recommendations for Vlad/VLN on Nextdoor, I checked him out on yelp and saw the great reviews. I called/spoke to Vlad right after getting the news from our tenants at ~ 6:45 PM, and Vlad came out and fixed the shoddy workmanship of the prior installer the next morning. Everything was properly replaced/fixed and the workmanship was fantastic. Vlad was very responsive and very reasonably priced...and a nice person. Thank you Vlad!

Our water heater just broke after 5 years of usage. It was leaking badly and we found Vladimir from Yelp. Based on his rating and his friendliness, we decided to use his services.
He responded very quickly and showed up on time even on the weekend. He gave us a quote and gave us a day to decide. We went with him because it was a very reasonable quote compared to the others.
He finished the installation and setup in a flash and cleaned up at the end. We can't put enough good words about Vladimir.

Vladamir was the best from beginning to end. He responded right away to our call to drain our water heater to see if we could save it. When we could not, he applied the cost of his call for the draining to the replacement water heater. He was friendly, polite (even asking if anyone was sleeping when he came to install the water heater in the morning) and left no mess for us to clean up. When he was finished he was sure to say if we had any problems or questions, text him or call him and he will respond right away--this despite the fact he was about to go on a two week vacation. I recommend VLN if you need anything water heater related.

Vladimir was a the most honest and easy going contractor I have ever used. I feel bad because I meant to do this review a few months ago when he helped me out....(sorry Vladimir). I had a 9 year old 75-gal on a wooden platform that I needed to replace due to mold. I made a web request via yelp to another company (Core Plumbing) giving exact details of what I was requesting...which was someone to simply help me disconnect and take down the 300lb water heater for $200 so that i could rebuild the platform. I stated that I needed it done that day. They called and I expalined again verbally. Then the son showed up and then I had to wait for the dad to show up. The dad/owner then pulled up and said mine was no good, that they couldnt get it down without breaking it, and that they would only sell me a new one for ""at least $2800"". After arguing about it for a while they left, leaving me with the task not done at 4pm on a raining Saturday. I contacted Vlad and he said he would do it for $150 and came by in 30 minutes. He looked at it, said I could maybe get a few more years out of it if I replaced the $30 anode rod, and he disconnected it and took it down gently by himself easily, and said he would come put it back up and reconnect it when I was ready for like another $100-$150 I forget...and he said I could just pay him when he came back! He came and put it back and installed a new anode rod as agreed. He said the heater would start making cracking sounds when it was starting to go bad as they usually only last up to 12 years. Mine is working fine with no sounds at all, so I am super happy I found Vladimir. He save me over $2000! I highly reccomend him for anyone with water heater issues.
