I called about my water heater not warming up the water and the flashing light telling me I needed to replace the burner. Vladimir stopped by same day and was able to clean out bottom and restart the water heater and it worked no problem, no need for a new part. Advised me if happened again to call the company as should be free under the warranty. Did this for free since didn't need any really fixing. Even sent me a text link after he left with info on warranty. And didn't charge me! Would definitely call again for any plumbing issues. Thanks so much!

Used VLN Water Heaters for the first time based upon reviews on Yelp. We were very pleased with Vladimir. He communicated with me quickly, arrived on time and was easy to work with. He arrived masked and took his shoes off when entering the house. But, best of all... he did a great job. We needed a shower fixed, a wobbly toilet shimmed and a gas pipe shortened. He did a great job on all three jobs very quickly. His prices are very reasonable and more importantly, we would happily use him again and again and easily recommend him to others. Overall an A++++ experience.

Vladimir is fantasic! Exactly how the reviewers described him - very accommodating. He wore a mask, and since we keep our shoes outside the house, he was okay taking them off or wear boot socks.

For my plumbing issue which was whenever we turned the shower valve to hot, it loses pressure. Vladimir easily pinpointed the issue with confidence. Had him fix 2 showers, and even when the first one had issues he didn't cause, he fixed it for me at no added cost.

His service fees are very fair and competitive. He came arrived on the agreed time, advised me what will happen, fixed the issues, had me check them out, and he's gone, saving my day and potential future plumbing issues.

I strongly recommend VLN for your plumbing needs! If I can give him 6 stars out of 5, I'll gladly do it! Thank you Vladimir! You have a customer for life!!!!

We have used VLN several times now for a variety of plumbing issues. We gave Vladimir a five star review after his first visit and he continues to deserve a five star rating. On this occasion we contacted him on a Saturday to schedule a visit for the following week to trouble shoot our hot water system. Vladimir came by the same day to look at the issue and he stayed to carry out the repair. So, in keeping with other reviews, he is responsive, straight-forward, with reasonable prices and he does high quality work.

We had a leak in our shower and issue with our toilet. Vladimir was extremely responsive. When he arrived, he was nice and very efficient. Just a quick look and knew automatically what needed to be fix. Took Covid precaution on wearing a mask when in the home. By the end he explained what was wrong and showed us that everything was working fine again. We will definitely reach out to him again if anything were to happen. Highly recommend!
