I got several quotes from companies today to replace the valve on my washer shut off. This was the most reasonable and they were able to send someone out within an hour or so. Eddie (owner) asked several questions and was able to give me a quote right over the phone. He was kind and gracious. The tech came out quickly and took care of the repair. He dealt with my daughter since I was at work. He (Alfredo) called me personally to tell me about the warranty on parts. He also told me that the washer delivery people left without checking a few vital things. Not only did he check everything but he made sure things left undone were corrected, checked the new machine and made sure nothing else would impede us from using the new machine. I'm so thankful and will be using them again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Viper plumbing. They provided me with a quote through Yelp for hydro jetting and were able to come out same day within a few hours. Mr. Eddie response promptly about plumber arrival , knowledgeable in plumbing, very good on follow up. Knows how to deal with client preference.

*But on inspection, they did not let me know that my shower has already a copper pipe.

Alfredo, did not give a written estimate in changing my shower head with Delta. We provided the Delta shower head, hose, only it comes with 3 way shower valve and I needed 4 way shower valve. They worked with me for my order from home depot is non returnable so they purchased the 4 way shower valve. At first he told me 569, few minutes later 695 even up to 795 only verbal estimate until I communicated with Mr. Eddie

Gets the job done for that day.
Alfredo went to store and buy our tub drainage.


Next day the bathtub faucet get lose and the caulk spill on the tub.
For one day, although they fix it the next day as warrantied.
