We had a toilet that kept spiking our water bill. They changed the wax ring and flush valve . They came on time , same day and were very polite and friendly and did the repairs super fast. It was a fair price and I would definitely recommend them.

Eddie (Eduardo), his sons and crew were awesome! I first met with Jose and his brother they came in to remove my toilet and snake my pipe however after video inspection we discovered calcium and sediment buildup hence the clog. A duel clean out was installed outside and hydro jetting was done to clean out the pipes. We couldn't have met nicer genuine hard workers. It was a bigger job than we had anticipated but I felt they were transparent and honest with their pricing which made the process less stressful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to whoever needs plumbing/pipe cleaning work done. Thanks again guys for everything :)

Asked for an eval and quote for leaking gas line. Very prompt reply and sent someone out next days They were very thorough in the evaluation (free!) and very patient in explaining the issues and proposed fix. Fair pricing with good warranty. They were in good communication about drafting up the contract despite some last minute changes we were asking about. They did a very good and efficient job with fixing the leak. Our business kitchen sink was clogged last night. This morning I reached out to Viper and received a response within minutes with a reasonable quote. They arrived within 1 hour. The tech was communicative through out the process. He showed us that as part needed replacement and explained why and the price before proceeding. Price esas very reasonable. So we had a backed up kitchen sink, I had gotten a quote from one contractor and pretty much the kid didn't want to do it? He says you have this and that, I can't do this because.... he had more excuses not to do the job, but whatever his loss. So then came VIPER PLUMBING which I'm glad the first contractor didn't want to do the job for I would have never met these guys!! Jose was the technician that helped which he was answering all my questions and was very helpful!!

If you want an honest quote call these guys! Eduardo met with me early Monday and reviewed our issues (kitchen and laundry lines were completely corroded) and gave me a substantially cheaper price than his competitors and then, although offering to do the work asap, gave me the time to cost compare. We asked them to start Monday afternoon and they did amazingly clean, efficient work. My husband audibly gasped wen he saw what great concrete work they did on the plumbing line patch. Completed our project by Tuesday afternoon! A great family business that we'll be calling for all our plumbing needs.

I ended up choosing this company because they were the only ones who actually provided a quote in Yelp projects instead of wanting to come out instead - so thanks for that. The owner was responsive and flexible to send someone within my schedule.My pipes are old AF so the job wasn't as easy as expected and thank goodness we opted against the DIY route. The plumber who came out was professional, communicative, and open about the price, which was appreciated. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, even though it took longer than anticipated, and did so at a reasonable price. The cost was a bit more than the estimate which was fine with me since the job was more intensive and of course also, it was an estimate. I would call them again. I'm happy with their work.
