May 3, 2024. Replacing waterline piping from the city water meter to our home. We had an appointment between 8 AM and 9 AM. Abedo and Diego arrived after 8 AM. Really nice guys they assessed the job said no problem and got started within an hour later. Jose arrived to help. Everyone kept us up-to-date on what they were doing how long it would take when the water would be shut off and back on All of the guys provided excellent customer service, very courteous and respectful. Jose and and his team advised us after digging up the grass and soil there was a shut off valve for our sprinkler system that was connected to the waterline under all the soil and grass that needed to be replaced. They would install a very accessible shut off valve for the sprinkler system. We were very surprised to see this put together in poorly in the past. It was an extra $295 but it needed to be done correctly so we agreed Everything went smoothly after that. I was happy to hear that they use high-quality materials when doing their jobs from Ferguson plumbing supply Thank you, Jose and your team for providing us. I called about 10 places and they were the only ones who were able to do a heat pump water heater. They came out really quickly and were able to give me an estimate right away. I was really impressed with Alfredo, who was very knowledgeable about hybrid water heaters and i think was certified to install them. I had a small issue after the install, but they came out and fixed it for me.

My shower stems were leaking bad so I used Yelp to look for a plumber. I clearly described my issues. Received several responses and Viper Rooter and plumbing caught my eye. I read over their reviews and decided to go with them. Big mistake. Eddie their plumber contacted me and asked for photos of my shower valves. Took photos even included photos of an extra stem I had that showed the make and model of the stem. He showed up on a Tuesday and within 10 minutes says he has the wrong stems. Two days later he shows up but now does not have the tools to remove the stem. Shows up the next day and says the stem is stuck and he's afraid to turn it. Tells me it's best to replace entire system. I ask how much? He says $700. I question it and he says he charges $150 an hour. This job will take 3 hours which will be $450 plus $250 for parts. I'm several days into this so I agree. He comes back the following Monday. Says he has a part I need so another $50. Total now $750. He completes the job in under two hours. So the cost should be $600 now. Nope still $750. Labor now $225 an hour. I use my credit card to pay. He takes pictures of both sides of the card and will email me my receipt/ invoice in an hour. Three days pass nothing. I contact him he asks again for my email address. I give it to him again. Six days pass and still nothing. Since he has my CC info I contact Chase and have them terminate the card so it can't be used again. Two hour job took 6 days to complete, fluctuating hourly rate, and no receipt or invoice to show the work. Basically no warranty.

Many companies responded to my yelp request, but most were very over-priced. Viper Rooter responded and gave a very fair price, and showed up to complete the job. Guys are honest and reasonable. Jose and Diego did the job and were very efficient. Edwardo is the owner.
