Recently, I had a slow shower drain, all of a sudden get even slower. I decided I needed to call a plumber in to do the job right. Went onto Yelp and (based on all the excellent reviews) decided to give VIP Sewer and Drain Services a holler. Nick (the owner), got back to me in a timely fashion and told me that they had openings that afternoon and the price for snaking the drain.

Jesus arrived a bit late but he called to let me know he was running a bit late. They also send out text messages about arrival times, etc. He and his partner were prepped during this time of Covid (had masks on and booties on). Excellent. They diagnosed the problem (hair clog) quickly and within 15 minutes, they had the shower drain working again. Jesus was friendly to work with and told us that we had a 90 day warranty on the work. That's great. He also gave us some ideas on how to keep drain clear.

They take credit cards, which is great.

If we have other plumbing issues in our house, will be sure to call them again.

Got a couple other quotes from other places that told me I needed hydro jetting and snaking wouldn't work. Alvino came to look at it and said to try snaking it and it worked. Saved me lots of money! Great company!

Don't look anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. They came out (on time) and gave me an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done and provided a fair bid. Ultimately, all of the cast iron pipe under my home needed to be replaced and the line from the home to the street needed to be replaced, as well.

I obtained 3 other bids for the project, most of which were way more expensive or called for unnecessary work. During the project, they were on time and always professional.

We had a clog in our main sewer line due to roots and had been researching our possible options. We called VIP and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was very polite and cordial. A camera inspection was scheduled.

When he came out, he patiently answered our questions and explained our options. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise. It is very evident he cares about providing great service. He gave helpful advice with no high-pressure sales, and later sent us a detailed bid that was very reasonably priced. He also followed up with us. I had a problem with an outside drain in a garden backing up during heavy spring rains. I didn't get around to doing anything about it until we discovered a rat's nest in a different drain. I called VIP and Nick returned my call very quickly. An appointment was set for two days later. Alvino and Miguel came out and did an excellent job hydro-jetting the two main drains that fed into the street. That cleared out all 10 drains throughout the yard. Alvino also checked my gutter and drain spout to ensure it was clear. They were all done within an hour. I highly recommend VIP and will use them again when the need arises.

I found VIP on Yelp and called to make an appointment. Nick, the owner, responded by text almost immediately. We set an appointment. Nick arrived 10 minutes early, wore a mask and booties into our house (during pandemic), and went right to work. He is friendly, helpful, and diligent. We thought we had one problem (expensive) but Nick said, ""No, all you need is this"" at about half the cost of what we thought it would cost. He finished in half an hour, explained everything, and was pleasant throughout. I don't know Nick, and have not used his company before, but I will definitely keep his number in my contact list.

Top notch service, very happy. Communication prior the appointment was professional, the guys showed up on time, very pleasant, nice and clean, wore booties in the house, ran a camera first to see what the problem was and fixed it right away exactly to the quote. Definitely recommend.
