and he would accept Nick the owner attempted to RIP ME OFF. Please read carefully as I will explain the scheme for all you out there that may have this scenario happen to you. I got a coupon in the mail for a $69.00 drain cleaning and free camera inspection. I signed up online. The technician, who was very nice, polite and clean. started the work. He than came to me and said I spoke to Nick the owner and you are going to have to pay and additional $100.00. I asked for what. First he said because it was a commercial bldg, than he said because it was on the third floor. I explained that the ad and everything on the website did not have any stipulations, another wards a sink drain is a sink drain. Next I said that you took the elevator up right? he did not have to walk up stairs or anything. He walked about 60 feet from the front door that was it. He next said that they really do NOT do commercial work. I said your website says you do. He really could NOT give me a legit answer for the extra $100.00 except the owner told him so. I asked to speak to the owner and he got Nick on the line. Nick tried all the same reasoning to no avail. Nick also said that if the drain went into the main line that the $69.00 deal was off. So I said you mean that if you go more than 10 feet down the 2 inch pipe into the 3"" inch pipe that is NOT covered. he said yes that is the MAIN drain pipe and that is extra. Now I know why they use the camera I said to myself so they can show you that the pipe expands. At that point he had me because I looked at the fine print and it says EXCLUDES main sewer line stoppages so I said that his advertising is misleading and he could and will get in trouble for that and he accepted that and I would pay the 100.00 extra. At that point I went to my computer and looked up the difference of main drain which he claimed and main sewer line wordage written on the coupon. The real definition of main drain is anything under the house and the main sewer line is what the house connects to going to the street. So he was trying to trick me with using the word main drain representing that to mean the same as main sewer line written on the coupon. It is NOT the same, In the end I printed off the info for the tech, who is really a salesman NOT a plumber and he refused to acknowledge the difference in words. he said we are NOT going to charge you the extra $100.00 and NO guarantee will be provided. So Nick is really ripping all his customers off with a polite smile through his salespeople. He needs to be turned in to the state licensing plumbers board for his deceptive rip off practices so beware all.

Oh my~ VIP Sewer and Drain Services is the best! We had an emergency due to clogged toilet over the weekend. Nick came to rescue us in timely and cost effective manner this morning. We can't thank him enough. He was able to retrieve my sunglasses successfully, and then they were safely and properly thrown away in a zipper bag as soon as he left. Hahaha ~ :)

Don't waste your time. Completely unprofessional it's unfortunate people like Nick can use yelp to get business luckily he didn't get mine..

This guy strung me around must be busy cause he will book appointments then not confirm.
He reads messages and doesn't respond. Then he will sub out your job and overcharge so he can get paid too.. Be warned this guy is a tool..

It seems that plumbing issues have haunted us, but we just moved into a new house and within one week of moving we had a main line issue. We called up a different plumber who first diagnosed the problem wrong and wanted to charge us an insane amount of money. We later found VIP sewer and drain who came to the rescue charging us a fourth of the price and fixed our issue. We are super grateful! Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with Nick, who performed a scope inspection for the plumbing on a house we are in escrow to purchase. Very transparent, affordable, and was easy to reach out to via Yelp. He provides a video after the inspection, and was friendly and transparent about any of his findings. Definitely recommend for inspection related services.

VIP provided great service. Nick immediately got back to me and helped me schedule an appointment convenient for me the very next day. Alvino came out and fixed the issue the same day and took the time to explain what the issue could be as well as possible ways to prevent future draining issues. I needed them to come back a few days later to double check the clog and everything seemed fine and there was no charge for the second visit. I would highly recommend VIP and Alvino for drain or clog issues.
