~BEST $69 ever spent~

At the crack of dawn (before 5am) I sent messages to 8 plumbers, all with 5-star ratings, clearly indicating my plumbing situation.
WITHIN MINUTES, Nick Willis (Owner/Operator/Plumber) responded to my Yelp message with a quote and a brief description of how he could help resolve the issue.
He answered all my questions CLEARLY and QUICKLY.
We were scheduled for SAMEDAY SERVICE.
2 men in company work attire showed up ON TIME and properly introduced themselves.
Their work was EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL as they RESOLVED the clogged drain.
They went ABOVE AND BEYOND by completing the job with CLEANUP SERVICE!


This was the first time in my life that I needed to call upon a professional plumber for help...

On Sunday night, our toilet suddenly stopped working and the water would just not go down. After working the toilet plunger for a good 30 minutes, I knew that there was something going on way beyond the toilet bowl. My husband then tried to snake the obstruction from the outside cleanout access but still no flow.
Not knowing for sure, we left the access valve open to let things flow out versus overflowing inside the house. So, every time we flushed one of the other toilets or used any of the sinks, some of the sewage was flowing out to the side of the house. Oh my!
Just the thought of 5 adults in our home doing their regular Monday morning routines to start their days was making me cringe. All that sewage just spilling out onto the side of the house and down the driveway and onto the streets... AHHH!

The guy is so kind. I requested a quote for my dryer machine. I installed the machine by myself and it does not work. I message the team and showed them some pictures of the installation. They found out the gas switch is not turned on. I am not a mechanic guy so the problem is that simple. The guy that chatted with me was very patient and very professional. Thank you very much!

Terrible service , no follow up & ZERO recommendation. I would NOT recommend anyone to this guy. My mom of 80 Yrs old waited for this guy to fix sink/ washer/drain line plumbing and he never showed up.

We had such a good experience with VIP sewer and Drain Services !
Nick came right on time and even texted before to confirm. He took a look at the leak and knew right away what was wrong . He suggested going through our home warranty since we had one and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. He didn't even ask to be paid for the visit , just letting us know we could call him back if the home warranty didn't cover that leak. I highly suggest anyone to hire him and I will do the same as soon as the warranty is over ! Thank you Nick for your great and honest services :-)

I had a backed up sink and most places were closed on Sundays so I said out multiple messages to Rooter places. I had multiple quotes with a large variety of estimates. VIP Sewer and Drain had the lowest estimate which worried me a little bit but the owner Nick got back to me quickly and we set up a time for Monday. They showed up a few minutes early but I wasn't home yet and he texted me and pleasantly told me to text me when I got home. Long story short it was the most painless plumbing experience I ever had. They were in and out in about 30 minutes , total cost $69 and they Warrantee their work for 90 days. Nick also took a look at my running toilet before he left. I was expecting the worst but this company is awesome. I always think some yelp reviews are either friends or family members. I'm telling you I never met this guy before and I just kinda rolled the dice and I ended up a big winner.

Nick just saved my day. I had a mainline backup at my house and he was here within 1 hour ON A SATURDAY!! He even charged me less than he quoted over the phone. VIP Sewer and Drain is the real deal. So glad I called him.
