I got the dreaded call when I was out of town that our sewer drain was backed up and left some sewage in the garage. This was my first experience with any type of sewer issue and was dreading it. I booked Nick through his online appt system (big plus) and he came out the very next day. Diagnosis was that roots has broken into my sewer main. Nick was great to deal with and thoroughly explained the options to make sure it didn't happen again.

Finding an honest plumber is about as tough as finding an honest mechanic. If you happen to hire Nick and his crew at VIP, you're making a wise decision. Nick showed up and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having. He resolved them almost as fast at a good price. Day after Thanksgiving and our garbage disposal and kitchen sink completely clogged and out of commission! Called many local Plumbers who where either not working on the holiday weekend or couldn't get to us for at least 24 hours. Nick answered the phone and within 2 hours had his guy Jesus at our house to fix our problem. Jesus was very friendly, professional and clean! They are now our go to company! I can't say enough about Nick and his team. They're professional, fair and honest - 3 words that are seldom used for any company. Since moving down to Orange County from Los Angeles, they have been reliable for any job big or small, and are personable as well. Incredible service. I sent a Yelp request at noon and they were to my home (4:15ish) way earlier than I expected. They were super efficient at clearing a really bad stoppage and very respectful of my home and the space they worked. There's literally nothing I could critique about their service. VIP is my go-to service until I move out of their area of service, which is unknown.

I must say, I had a great experience with VIP. My main line started backing up every shower and toilet at my house on Halloween morning and we had friends coming over that night so I needed help quick. Nick was quick to respond and had two workers arrive by noon that same day. Jesus and Miguel were great...very friendly, professional, and personable. They explained and showed me everything they were doing and even went above and beyond helping me with a couple other things. The company's prices were good compared to most of their competitors. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends and family.
