I asked multiple businesses for quotes on Yelp. Vince was the only one that actually read my message and answered my questions adequately from the first message instead of giving some generic response to call them. That was a good sign and it was the right choice. He gave me a fair price and was very professional and did the job cleanly and quickly. I called Vince to fix our leaking shower drain. He came on the same day, gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the problem in a matter of hours. He was very honest and thorough. Not only did he fix the leaking shower (replaced the drain), he also declogged the pipe with no extra charge. He also made sure his work area is clean after fixing the problem. Afterwards, he also looked at our aging tankless heater and gave us his honest opinion about it. He could have easily replaced some parts and charge us some extra $$$, but he didn't do it. I will definitely call Vince again for any plumbing issues.

We had a great experience with Vince. On Mother's Day we had an eroded pipe burst in the laundry room, Vince was on-time, efficient and most importantly incredibly neat, pretty sure he left the space behind our washer cleaner than when he found it. He also had everything he needed in his work van, many times plumbers have to leave and come back but he was prepared and even was able to take care of a broken hot water valve under our kitchen sink. He was really upfront and apparent with cost. Very much appreciated his professional services.

We called Vince based on a NextDoor post and also his Yelp rating. Plus he is local and we wanted to support local businesses. He came promptly to diagnose the issue with our water heater which had just stopped working. Given the age of the heater (8yrs old) he said it wasn't worth repairing and best to replace. We got the same advice from 2 other companies as well so agreed to replace it with a new Bradford White heater. His preference was actually for American Standard but he was flexible with our preference. He came out on Monday afternoon to do the job and replaced the heater efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. Only a small note - I had to push him to position the hose to drain the old heater in my backyard instead of the front - why waste the water?! He did it in the end so that was fine. Also he had originally said he could show me the part that was damaged after replacing the heater but when I asked he didn't want to waste time. I let that one go but it would have been nice for him to follow through but not a big deal.
All in all a good experience. We are considering using his services again to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system next.

I just wanted to share a very pleasant visit from Vince at VIP Plumbing & Water Heaters. We discovered a leak under our sink at night, we made a call to VIP, and they made an offer to help us immediately. We felt we could wait until the next day and we met with Vince today. Within minutes, Vince addressed our problem and fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he gave us a quick tutorial on what to do next time we run into this situation. Asked for a quote to replace tank for reverse reverse osmosis system. Vince got back to me within 15 min and it was a Sunday. I like that instead of just giving me a quote, he let me know he would make sure the entire system was working. No one else did that. Once he arrived he diagnosed that my tank was fine and the system was bad (which he showed me). He gave me the recommendation for a new system which I ordered on amazon. It arrived 2 days earlier so I gave him a call and he came within 2 hours to fix. I find Vince to be reliable, honest, and good with his labor. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs as he is conscientious and fast.

We contacted VIP plumbing about replacing our water heater and fixing a drain in one of our sinks. Vince contacted us right away and setup a time to come and look at our existing water heater to ensure the replacement would fit. We're in a condo and the venting had to match the existing location already in place. Thankfully he was able to work with our current setup and now we have a brand new water heater in place, not having affected the exterior wall so no HOA issues. He also easily fixed the drain in our sink and it's flowing better now. Thanks so much Vince! Will definitely be calling him again for future shower remodel.
