Vincent replaced our gas line with new lines which goes along the wall and then underground along side yard where there are big flower trees and tall tree stumps. It's a very complex project and it is turned down by couple other plumbers. Out of all the plumbers I consulted for the job, Vincent is the only one clearly explained nature of the job, gave a clear quote and answered all my questions over the phone.
He completed the project thoroughly, and PG&E guy who came for inspection also appreciated his work! He was very professional and made such a tough 2 day job look very simple. He saved our very favorite flower tree and also repaired the irrigation after installing new pipeline!

Vince and Emil (from Polis Plumbing) came on 3/6 to remove and install a replacement freestanding tub in my master bath. Vince was fast to come out to provide a quote. During the quote, he seemed thorough to review work required and provided a quote. He was also fast to schedule work and overall I had a positive experience with them. They found a few issues with the previous bathtub installation (missing pipe straps, tub stands not leveled to proper height) and fixed as part of replacement.

Vince met his committed price quote and overall both seemed to be professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend either for future work.

One of our sprinkler pipe burst during labor day weekend and Vince is the only plumber that willing to come and fix it at reasonable price. Vince is very knowledgeable and really great on what he is doing. I ended up called him again to install my reverse osmosis and replace some of or old pipe. Overall i have great experience with him.
