Vince from VIP Plumbing did a great job installing a tankless water heater. His estimate was reasonable and he even lowered the final charge when the materials used were less than estimated. Vince and his assistant arrived promptly and worked all day. I love this new tankless water heater and would recommend VIP for any plumbing needs.

One of our sprinkler pipe burst during labor day weekend and Vince is the only plumber that willing to come and fix it at reasonable price. Vince is very knowledgeable and really great on what he is doing. I ended up called him again to install my reverse osmosis and replace some of or old pipe. Overall i have great experience with him.

I've had the tankless since we moved into the house back in 2007 and have been poor at doing regular maintenance myself. Vince came out and was fantastic at explaining the problem, fixing it and what I need to do going forward. Very nice guy, easy to talk with and pricing was fair (better than others I had contacted, some were not helpful at all). Also fast+responsive to get it fixed ASAP.

I used VIP plumbing to install an RO filter that I bought on Amazon back in October. Vince was very prompt in responding to my request and was on time for the job. Vince came in in less than 90 minutes (traffic at 5 pm ) for fixing a bathtub issue.
Trip lever was broken and water not draining out of the tub.
WOW, this man is AMAZING, he kept using his ""snake"" 6 or surely 7 times for pulling out hair sitting there for decades, very gross.
When others would have given up after 2 times.
He kept doing the job till all went clean and perfect on high level of work.
Never complaing.
I highly recommend him for any work.

Our water heater started leaking on Super Bowl Sunday morning! Called at least 10 plumbers but only Vince responded and helped my family the same day!

He was prepared and replaced the water heater in roughly 2 hrs. He patiently explained his assessment and provided various points for me to make the final decision.

Our Rinnai tankless water heater was leaking. I called VIP plumbing and left message and within minutes, I got a text back. Vince did the diagnostic and immediately told the problem. I was stress free because Vince did all the work from calling the manufacturer for the replacement part that was under warranty, updating me,installation, and even texted me the next day to follow up if everything works. I arrived home on a Wednesday night, in late January, and noted that my tankless hot water heater was running (it is just 5 years old). This was very unusual (I don't have a 'demand' pump). Immediately, I walked through the house to see if I had forgotten to turn off the hot water somewhere or if a hot water faucet was leaking (shower, bathroom sinks, kitchen sink). No faucet leaks. More than a little concerned, I accessed the tankless hot water heater manufacture's website for a recommendation. The website recommend three plumbers, but Vince of VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters, Inc., was the only plumber that would provide service in my area. I also researched VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters on Yelp for customer ratings. I was pleased to see all customer ratings for VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters were five stars.

I scheduled an appointment with Vince for Friday morning. Upon arrival, Vince assessed the tankless hot water heater and determined that it was not the problem. I had a leak somewhere (oooh nooo). He walked through the house assessing all faucets, no leaks. Next was to look at pipes under the house. Upon removal of the trap door leading to the crawl space under the house, we discovered standing water about 6 inches deep. Unable to get into the crawl space due to the water, Vince leaned in as far as he could into the space and discovered water spewing from a hot water pipe. Immediately he turned off all hot water. I called a water remediation company to evacuate the water (it took approximately 6 hours on Saturday - there was a LOT of water).

Once all the water was evacuated, the absorb-it laid down, the industrial fans, air scrubbers, and humidifiers in place and running, the wet insulation was removed on Sunday.

Vince came back on Monday morning and was finally able to get into the crawl space to assess and repair the broken hot water pipe (he had given me an estimate for the repair work on Friday). The hot water pipe repair took a couple of hours, which also included an assessment of the remaining pipes to rule out the need for additional repairs (no additional repairs were needed). Vince offers a reliable warranty for all services provided.

Vince also serviced my tankless hot water heater and replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper in the guest bathroom toilet.

Excellent service and experience. Vince was on time, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, straight-forward, honest, trust worthy, and hard-working. He provided quality workmanship and fair pricing. I am so glad I found Vince and VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters. I would definitely hire him again. He will be my lifelong plumber. Contacted Vince regarding a large leak in our water supply line right beyond the meter. He was able to come out on a Sunday and repair the pipe and clear the tree roots which were causing the problem. He also detected high water pressure and replaced the PRV valve. Vince is very knowledgeable and informative and helped me understand the situation. I strongly recommend Vince and will be using him in the future.
