Vince and his team at VIP Plumbing are very professional!!!

We had an issue with the water coming into the main line of our house. Water was leaking at a rate of 100+ gallons per hour. We called several other places, but most were booked out for over a week. We were able to schedule someone to come out in 2 days, and we had to schedule it since we were having such a bad issue.

While we waited, I decided to call VIP to get a quote. I explained my situation to Vince and luckily he said he could squeeze me, in last minute. He assessed the situation and he said he could have someone out that same day to fix it. We were so thankful since our family could not use the water in our house since we had to turn it off due to our leak. He was extremely understanding. On top of that, he didn't take advantage of our situation and raise the price for our last minute fix. He was able to fix it that day and he came in at a lower cost than my original quote.

We would highly recommend VIP plumbing to anyone. They did an outstanding job.

I needed several things done quickly- replacing a leaking garbage disposer, leaking faucet, a new RO system, a refrigerator line and all that needed to be done quickly. Vince was very prompt at providing an estimate and recommended the right RO system (which works great)- the one I bought was too slow to refill so I exchanged for the better one. The quote was easy to understand. On the installation day he was prompt and completed everything needed in one evening. The best part is the warranty on service and the peace of mind. I would surely use VIP plumbing again.

Our tankless water heater got a code 11, Vince came out and serviced the igniter and all is good now. Worth noting, we had this same service done 1 year ago by Valley Plumbing and the unit did not look properly cleaned, and they would only come out this time if we agreed to replace the unit which made no sense at only 7 years old. Vince is awesome and I highly recommend him. He's certified on many different brands and is a joy to chat with as well.

I initially made an appointment with Vince for RO water filtration system installation, but I found out there was a leakage under my kitchen sink, so I asked him to stop by on the same day because I was so anxious about the leaking that could get worse and damage cabinet baseboard & flooring. Vince is very responsive and he came to rescue. He fixed the leaking and installed my RO water filtration system. He made sure the job gets done right and proper though it was late night! I really appreciate his responsiveness even though it already passed his work hours. I just moved in to the new community, and I'm so glad that I found a professional and reliable plumber for any plumbing challenges!

Vince was responsive and came over to check out my non functional 50g AOS water heater at 6pm! He came and looked at it and gave me some options as to how to go about repairing the water greater or to just replace it completely.

He was knowledgeable about the water heater and was willing to replace it before the night was over! I was very satisfied with the work and speed in which he got everything done. By 11PM, I had got water again running through my house!

I would certainly recommend Vince for any future piping and water heater related issues.

Vince came on a Saturday night to fix a blocked kitchen sink. He was very good in communicating his arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what he thought was the problem, and how to fix it. He also made sure he was able to do the work cleanly, and gave good advise on what to and what not to do in the future.
