5 stars well earned! Vince replaced our broken water heater in 1 day. We were impressed that he visited our home the same evening we telephoned in order to assess what it would take to replace our failed unit. Vince was able to schedule the installation the next day, on time and also offered advice on replacing a water softener unit at no charge. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Call VIP!

Vince was great. Great communication and arrived in the agreed upon timeframe. We had an issue with one of our toilets. Vince arrived, identified the issue and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend Vince for any of your plumbing needs!

We woke up this morning with no hot water. I noticed the pilot light was out but could not get it restarted. We had just replaced the water heater 5 years ago so no way should something be wrong. I looked on Yelp and found VIP Plumbing and called them at 8:30am they answered immediately and were at the house in 45minutes!!!! What a great experience they were so nice and replaced the broken part easily. I would for sure use VIP Pluming services again.

We called Vince about a clogged toilet and Vince responded immediately saying that he would drop by later in the day. We called other plumbers and they were either not interested or could only come the following week.
Vince kept us informed of his ETA by texting us and then showed up within the time window that he said he would. He did a thorough check and found that we had a larger issue with e main sewage line clogged. He then had to get a snake to unclog the main line and also then installed a new WC. Then he checked everything to make sure everything was good.
Several days later our main sewage line clogged again and we called Vince again. Again he responded immediately and although he had a full day, he arrived late in the evening with a larger snake to unclog the main sewage line. Since then everything seems to be working well.

Vince was very reasonable and went out of his way to ensure that everything was taken care of. He even texted the next day to ask if everything was ok. What an amazing experience. His fees were very reasonable as well. I would definitely call Vince for all future plumbing needs.

I called VIP because of a garbage disposal that stopped functioning. Vince came out the next day and diagnosed the issue immediately. He replaced the disposal, and upon discovering damaged pipes, he replaced those as well. I have had bad luck with plumbers in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised that Vince had all the materials on his truck and could complete the work in under an hour, even with the complication. I am extremely pleased with not only the overall work, but the professionalism and respect displayed by Vince. There are a few other highly rated plumbing companies in the Tri Valley Area that I have had nothing but negative experiences with. I highly recommend VIP over all of them.

Vince was quick to reply to a request for service and was able to replace a toilet the next day. His price was much more reasonable than another plumbing service I contacted for the same job. Very satisfied with the service and communication that Vince provides.

Wow! What amazing service! Not only was VIP the only ones able to come out within a day, Vince was extremely thorough and helpful. He was supposed to come out for just an estimate but was able to replace our expansion tank, fix our kitchen sink (that had been ""fixed"" by another plumber before mind you ), and check out our toilet that mysteriously started having hot water in the bowl and tank. Vince deserves a raise!!

I will definitely be using VIP for all future water heater and plumbing needs and will be recommending them to all friends and family in the area.
