I called in the evening with a clogged sink and I got a return call first thing in the morning. There was availability that morning and within two hours of when they called to schedule my sink was draining normal again. This is the second time I have used their services and I highly recommend VIP Plumbing for great customer service and excellent value.

We needed a dishwasher installed after Lowes-Oxnard took us for a major ""ride"" and nickel and dimed us to death after quoting us an installation price, showed up and then everything changed in an instant. They ever lost the dishwasher we purchased, so we had placed numerous phone calls to finally get it back to our location. We had other work done by VIP with no problems, great craftsmanship, and fair pricing. Always on time, a great attitude, and they explain everything. They were able to get our new LG Dishwasher installed within 48 hours of us receiving it, getting rid of our old unit, and everything looked great, and works great! We will continue to hire VIP for any and all of our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Victor and Jr.

Called VIP to repair a water heater gas valve. Was told would be here between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. They were here at 11 a.m. Very prompt.
Said it would cost $300-400 to repair gas valve. Since the water heater was ten years old elected to buy a new one. Went to Standard plumbing to pay in person for the heater. Asked the clerk to call VIP to pick up the heater. Was told they already came. Needed something from the 99 Cent Store before returning home. When I arrived was told water would be hot in 25 minutes. Could not expect better service if I had paid a million dollars. Recommend them highly.

Our kitchen sink clogged Thursday afternoon. As our home was still under warranty, I made a service request for a plumber to come in. Paid the obligatory $75 service fee and soon contacted by assigned plumbing contractor. Easily scheduled an appointment for next day and plumber arrived on time. He opened up our pipe and proceeded to snake the drain for about 15 minutes. After that, he started to point out numerous ""problems"", saying that our wall needed to be opened up so they could properly fix my clogged drain. Needless to say, he left, said their office would be in touch with a quote, and I was still left with a clogged sink. This was on Friday. Friday night, no call for follow up. Saturday and Sunday go by, still no follow up. I was not motivated to call them myself because it really felt they were just out to milk whatever they could from the insurance and us as well. Monday morning my husband browsed Yelp for a local plumbing company with good reviews and VIP caught his eye. Junior arrived in less than 2 hours, got rid of the clog, and price was way less than what we expected. Very honest and professional. We will not hesitate to use again should we ever have plumbing issues again! Highly recommended!

VIP Plumbing originally started as Victor's Plumbing and back in 1978 they became our go to plumbers. Professional courteous service offered back than by the father as the head plumber continues to be offered now a days by Victor Jr and the crew. I highly recommend them.

I had VIP come out to my folk's house when their water heater stopped working. Junior was prompt and courteous. It tuned out to be a cracked tank and they immediately went to work to acquire a new water heater for us. It was a Friday, and my folks (age 90 & 92) would have had a tough time getting through the weekend. Their old water heater was still under warrantee, and Victor went OUT OF HIS WAY to track down the manufacturer (a company that had been bought out by another company), and he was able to get a $500 credit towards a new water heater (70% of the purchase price). He DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! He could have easily sold us a new water heater at full cost; after all, I was rather desperate. He and Junior had the new water heater installed that same afternoon, with all the old, illegal stuff, fully upgraded to current code. I would highly recommend Victor and his crew to anyone.

I had lost hope with a few local plumbers...until VIP. I took the referral and now can happily refer them -- they are lifesavers! Not only did the owner return my call same day, he proved to be extremely friendly, professional and customer service-oriented. The charge quoted was reasonable. The appointment was made and I followed up the day prior, with an excellent result. The assigned plumber was highly courteous, well-prepared and knowledgeable. He took great care of my home each time he walked in or out and while working, neither bringing nor leaving any mess. He performed the work as had been discussed and in a timely manner, checked his work and answered any and all questions. It was a relief to have been directed to VIP after two prior horror plumber situations. I can only highly recommend VIP and be grateful that such a company exists! VIP, thank you so much!!

Had to have connection and some pipe replaced at water meter due to pin hole leaks. I called VIP Plumbing and they arrived during designated time, resolved issue within an hour and price quoted was exactly what was charged. The two young men Al and Jeremy were professional, efficient and provided outstanding service. I recommend this company and these two men for any plumbing job.
