Both workers who have come are very sweet and patient, both explaining everything in detail and getting the job done. From fixing our sinks to installing and recently replacing our water heater, they are always making sure it's done right.

I needed to have some parts replaced on my water heater. VIP Plumbing had a technician arrive early the next morning to complete the job. I was very impressed with the timeliness, price, friendliness, and quality of work. They performed the job perfectly in record time, and charged much less than the other plumbers that I had called for estimates. Ive been having issues with my shower with no hot water, the water pressure is VERY low and cant regulate the temperature. I called Vip and the sent 2 guys . They were here for like 20 minutes and all he did was turn up the temperature which it had already been like that when the handyman vefore them had worked on it. Didnt troubleshoot for the low pressure or the regulating . I was feeling self concious cuz i hadnt had a hot shower in days so i gave them the 100 dollars they charged me for nothing . Called them back and told them they needef to come back and troubleshoot and the girl in the office was very rude and said that was the service charge ! What service ! Cause he turned a little dial on the shower handle . A good plumber wouldnt even have charged for that amount of work .! I told the girl to prorate and she said that was a service fee . Just them showing up and showing their mug is 100 dollars . And she ended up hanging up on me. I do not recommend them . Well only if you want to get ripped off

I had a backed up mainline which needed to be cleared. I called and spoke to the owner Victor who immediately answered and provided a quote and time frame for service. Junior arrived within the stated time frame and quickly cleared the stoppage. Junior was friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend and will use VIP again.

As luck would have it we got a slab leak the day before Thanksgiving. After determining the location of the leak they gave an estimate that I found reasonable. Here's where I feel they attained Hero status. They returned on Friday and performed the repair so we didn't have to go without running water all weekend. They do excellent work and thoroughly clean up after themselves when finished. VIP is our goto plumber and they should be yours as well.

Every time we have called VIP Plumbing in Oxnard, they have come to the rescue. Jeremy assisted us recently and he was fabulous.
