Well I've been calling VIP plumbing for all of my plumbing issues. Last month I called them up cuz my water heater broke. Victor came right away and took it out. The leak damaged my fireplace and I asked Victor if we could replace the drywall first before he installs the new one. Then I asked him to come back because I thought the pipes need to be replaced but apparently not. All in all, he came 3X and didn't charge me extra for driving back and forth. I live in camarillo and they are in Oxnard. I highly recommend this company and ask for victor (the owner/father).

Had a leak in my shower- ugg. Called V.I.P. Plumbing. In less than an hour and a half, Victor came by with a cheerful attitude, knowledge and skill and took care of our problem.
He also gave me some helpful tips on another DIY project and am very grateful.
The charge was reasonable and honest.

We noticed today that our water heater was leaking. Found VIP on Yelp. They had someone (Victor) out within a couple hours. Victor was great and had a new water heater installed and going and we are very pleased. I will put them on my bookmarks to use again if we have need of a plumber in the future.

I wish I'd gotten the names of the two young men who arrived today to rooter out our main sewer line, because I'd love to be able to commend them by name. They were on time, courteous, professional, and took care of the problem promptly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely call VIP again!

This is possibly the worst group of workers I've ever had in my home. Extremely careless while working in my home. So much collateral damage just to repair a small plumbing issue. This company damaged my front door while entering with a toolbox. One worker dropped a large toolbox on my front porch, actually taking a big chunk out of the stone. They dropped tools on my hardwood floors. I can go on and on. If you care about the interior of your home, stay far away from this plumbing company.

Called on a Friday and Victor arrived a few hours later as promised. Checked the area made some measurements and said he needed to get some prices on parts and he would call me on Monday. Well 1 week later and no call. I kind of got the impression he wasn't interested in the job, even though it was going to cost a few thousand dollars. If you say your gonna call do it. Even if it's just to say your too busy or not interested in the job.

Victor and his crew took care of plumbing problems at two different locations for me. Both jobs were done quickly, efficiently and at very reasonable cost. His level of professionalism is remarkable. I am so relieved to find a plumber who I can rely on.
