Someone from Vintage Plumbing called and confirmed on a Sunday that they would be out on Monday. William from Vintage Plumbing came out on time. He went over my issue ticket and fixed all three problems efficiently and effectively... I was so excited. Thank you

I used my home owners insurance. I called on a Friday evening. I received an email that Vintage Plumbing was assigned to me. At that time, I googled their reviews. I was NOT happy about their reviews. I had high hopes that some other company was going to come service my plumbing issues because I was not contacted on Friday or Saturday.

Sunday, someone called me and said, they were coming Monday between 12 and 4pm. William arrived at my home, on time and with his MASK on. I was super happy about that. I showed him the slow draining sink in the kitchen, the loud toilet that had to be flushed multiple times, and a bathroom clogged sink. I asked him, if it would be ok... If I left him for a minute. I went in my yard for a few minutes, while returning inside....

Mr William had fixed all 3 issues!!! I was absolutely excited. I waited 2 weeks to write this review. Vintage Plumbing was great.

Vintage Plumbing did not take my co-pay, but I will just pay online. 5 STARS for a job well done.

Home warranty sent them. I had a plugged up k line that needed to be snaked but they recommended that I use a hydro jet which would involve another company. I ended up hiring crows plumbing to snake the line. Problem solved.$99.

BEWARE! The plumber that was assigned to my service request informed me that he would have to install a T-valve and that my homeowners warranty would not cover the cost. He quoted me $570. Since I knew I would be out $75 if I did not have him fix, I told him to continue. He did waive the $75 service fee. Total cost to me was $495. He said that had the pipe already had a T-valve, it would have only been a $75 service fee. I watched him install this valve. Took him all of 5 minutes to install, but yet I am being charged $495. RIP OFF. Call them at your own risk.

I do not recommend Vintage Plumbing! They came out to fix my master toilet that was leaking from the base, we were told it was fixed but next day it was leaking again. They came back out and opened up the downstairs ceiling to see the leak and said that their boss would Call to explain the problem. NEVER heard from them again, we called and text several times and nothing! They were very rude and unprofessional!

Kenneth, from Vintage Plumbing came upon a call from First American, my home warranty company. He inspected problem and said it's best if whole innards of toilet is replaced. Vintage has ordered same. Kenneth was polite, informative and knowledgeable. He will return when innards are received. I paid him by check, and after finding out I'd already paid First American, he returned the check to me. I have no issues at this point with Vintage, other than both he and I forgot to wear our masks. I was very impressed.

We had the pleasure of having this company assigned to do some work on our kitchen sink through our home warranty company. They contacted us very quickly once the claim was put in and completed the work including needing to order the part very fast. The dispatcher (Lynn I believe was her name) was very courteous and professional and the technician assigned (Zach) did an awesome job and was very courteous as well. We were so impressed we are looking at having them do some future work as well for us.
