Updating my review just to say Vince is still the BEST! He keeps talking about retirement, but I hope and pray that doesn't happen anytime soon because I can't imagine trusting anyone else!! I've never experienced such dependable, personable, reliable, knowledgeable service from anyone in the plumbing / contractor business... he continues to receive a 5 star rating from me after 3 years of service! Wow! Vince is AWESOME! I woke up with no hot water. Tried to fix it myself but it wasn't happening. Called Vince and he showed up in absolutely no time. Very nice, knowledgeable... fixed my problem in under five minutes. What a wonderful find. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I can only add my voice to those already here singing Vince's praises. He's the real deal - on time, fair, nice guy, super organized, excellent plumber - the kind of person you're happy to have in your home. Not only is he an experienced plumber but he goes above and beyond standard service.

I've used him several times and on my most recent call he came TWICE to try and repair a leaky faucet - a faucet that was beyond repair due to age and a flaw in the manufacturer's design - and never charged for either visit. What a prince.

Vince has been my plumber for many years and I've always been more than happy with his work. His prices are fair and he is a very nice guy -- the kind of person you want to hire. He's very even-tempered and never raises his voice even when an expensive piece of equipment breaks, which is what happened on his latest visit. His assistants have always been really nice people too. He works for my next door neighbor as well, and there have been several occasions when I have seen him at her place and have asked him to come over for some minor fix. He's always really accommodating. I really trust him, and that is no small thing in this world.

This review is primarily based on Vince's high integrity. I had a leaky kitchen sink, and found him on yelp after reading all the positive reviews. After my normal plumber failed to call me back, I left a voicemail with Vince. Vince quickly returned my call an showed up at my house a few hours later. He discovered that the tube connecting to my kitchen sink sprayer had come loose and it was easy for him to fix. Even though it was an easy fix, most plumbers would have charged for the service call. Vince said it was such a minor fix that he wouldn't charge me anything! That's classy service, and I will certainly use him for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Vince!

Vince is great! I live in a place with very old plumbing and it was no problem for him to deal with that and other factors. Now, our shower leak is gone as well as the toilet leak. Will always make Vince my first choice!
