Vince and Anthony are each FIVE STAR amazing. Each and every time I reach out, they are near bye, they get right back to me and arrive shortly after. They're the best, also Dog Friendly which I appreciate. No job too small, appropriate pricing, no funny business with up-selling, etc. This is the best plumber in town.

I called Vince late in the afternoon for a quote on either replacing or removing a 'broken' garbage disposal in my ADU. He asked me to send pictures and call him in the morning. When I called the next morning, he answered and gave me a 2-hour window for his guy Anthony to stop by to take a look that same day--no charge. Vince called to adjust the arrival time window to an hour later, and Anthony arrived just within minutes of the first window! He was only here about 30 minutes, 'reset' the disposal, cleared it of a child's toy(!), and gave both the tenant and me a lesson on how to keep the disposal and drain clear--complete with a demonstration! He told me his minimum charge for a house call was $90, but since he was only here about 30 minutes, he said he wouldn't feel comfortable changing that amount! He charged me $60! Might I add, a handyman had taken a look earlier in the week, and after turning the disposal switch on/off a couple times and getting a 'stuck motor' sound, then no sound the third time, he assumed there was now an electrical issue, and that I should call an electrician, then call him back! I thought, now I not only have a plumbing problem, I also have an electrical problem--$$$!! I called my electrician, Wayne Beauregard of Burbank Electric, and he said to first have Vince take a look. I can't tell you how nice it feels to work with, 1) experienced professionals, and 2) honest human beings! It seems they're hard to come by in this day and age of ""how much can I make off this single, older lady!"" Thanks Wayne! Thanks Vince/Anthony!

In the past few years, Vince has been the main plumbing guy that I retain to resolve any plumbing issues in my house. Recently, I needed to do repair/maintenance on a few plumbing fixtures. Vince sent Anthony who is a super nice guy. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in completing all the requests. He also did a great job in cleaning up once everything was done. Great service!

Vince's guy didn't actually perform any work at the site, which is why I'm giving them such a great review. Over the holiday weekend, we had a puddle form under a toilet, which had the same issue last year and got roto-rooted by a contractor who was not a plumber, but we figured since the issue came back, better have real plumbers take a look. Vince's guy came and couldn't diagnose the issue because he couldn't recreate it (maybe the clog had drained slowly by then or something), so rather than charge us for some kind of make-work thing that might or might not fix it, they told us to just get them back here as soon as it comes up again. That's great customer service. Most contractors I've worked with usually try to find something to fix or charge you for the trip out. I'll be a customer for life now for every other plumbing issue that comes up.

Vince couldn't be a more lovely guy. He came over for a relatively easy fix without complaint! He called to notify us he was on his way and wore a mask when we asked. Couldn't have had better service! Speedy and reliable. Will definitely be calling him again!

Another great visit from Vince and Anthony!

I wanted to replace my shower hardware and wanted to make sure that I got the right type so that I wouldn't have to break into the walls to change out the weird valve that I have. Vince was kind enough to allow me to send him pictures of the set I was considering to make sure it would work and was kind enough to work around the schedule of my bathtub reglazer.

On the day of the job, Anthony showed up exactly on time and was super careful with my freshly glazed tub and had the job done in record time! Even though it isn't his job he also answered a couple of questions I had about water softeners and pointed me in the direction of how to start my search.

I'm reminded again why I never let any other plumbers set foot in my house!

Vince's Plumbing is great. They came high recommended by my friend who also lives in Burbank. Vince figured out the exact issue we were having over the phone and then Anthony and David came by a few days later and took care of it. Will definitely call them back when we have more plumbing issues.
